My time here so far has been nothing but the exceptional. The treatment plan that Dr. Ryan has created for me has changed my everyday life. After feeling pain for 10+ years and never having an answer, I have finally found my answers. Besides the medical treatment, the staff ( including Dr. Ryan ) is warm, inviting and very well educated. Dr. Ryan and the staff at Body by Design are amazing! I went in with SEVERE hip pain, so much that I had difficulty walking for 5 weeks prior. Within a few weeks, I felt so much relief! Now, I am back to walking 7 or 8 miles some days. There was a weekend I overdid it, and sent an email for advice. The office promptly got back to me with advice from the doctor, which helped minimize the pain I was feeling. Any time I have a questions, the doctor takes the time to address it. The ladies in the office are so friendly, helpful, and patient. Sydney has helped me several times with questions I had, or when I didnt understand a at home exercise. I can honestly say Ive benefitted from my experience here. While I did originally arrive for shoulder pain I was advised that my chronic migraines may be an underlying condition caused by my spine posture, and after few sessions I barely see my 3-4x a week lasting pain, its back to being a rare occurrence. Being a full-time parent, working full time, having all of the stresses of everyday life, sometimes we forget that our bodies and our health are the keys to success.  I am the perfect example of this.  Five years ago, I had my first child, bought a house and got married within the same year!  Fast forward to today and we are blessed with 3 children!  My focus has been fully on my children, my job, my wife and my home.  I seemed to have forgotten about myself unfortunately.  But I am so fortunate that a few weeks ago, I hurt my lower back and was referred to Dr. Ryan by a close family friend.  Making that first initial appointment has been one of the BEST decisions that I have made in a long time.  From the first time that I met Dr. Ryan I knew that my life was going to change.  Not only is Dr. Ryan a Chiropractor, he truly cares about our overall health.  My back is starting to heal WITHOUT the use of pain medication or steroid shots!  From the beginning, he told me to be patient and the healing process will begin.  WELL IT DID!  Now he has me on a great healthy stretching routine as well as an active (yet safe) workout routine.  I am so grateful to have met Dr. Ryan.  I am excited to see what my future healthy lifestyle will become with Dr. Ryan guiding me the correct way!

As a student, I used to go to school with Tylenol in my bag everyday. The tension in my neck would cause such bad headaches some days that I couldnt focus in class or get through a test. I was taking Tylenol several times a week for years. I have been going to chiropractors since I was 11, but nothing was helping. After coming to Dr. Ryan, I have taken Tylenol ONE time this ENTIRE semester!! The migraines have gone away, the tension is reduced to virtually nothing and I am performing better than ever! Staff nurses are nice and helpful. Exercise with the ball helps. Decompression exercise helps alot. The exercise which Dr. Ryan performed on me is extremely helpful. The exercise for the knees is starting to help with strengthening my legs.

Since I havent been adjusted in several years, my first adjustment was a wakeup call on how much my body actually needed it. I only come in once per week, but I feel more alert and energized to begin my day.

I had met Dr. Ryan first at one of his dinners. That night everything he said made sense to me, being a health care professional, I totally understood and since then I have been coming here. Months later, I got into 2 car accidents and had a bad fall. I was treated by Dr. Ryan, no pain medications at all and I got better!
