2 1/2hrs after my appointment I am walking out of the office. Staff told us after we said we’d need to reschedule an hour after we have been sitting there they say oh we’re ready for you... after an hour and a half in exam room I ask what’s the problem and staff says oh he has 1 more patient before you.... Nice way for them to make a 1st impression. There will not be a second

DO NOT SEE THIS CARDIOLOGIST!!!! I was consistently charged for services that was supposed to be covered but they billed my insurance twice and made errors in sending claims. The billing rep, RISHIE, was the worst person I had to deal with. I couldnt understand because of her heavy accent and that wasnt the issue, she would talk really fast and was just plain rude. She kept interrupting me and wouldnt hear me out. I had to have my insurance company do a three way call because I couldnt talk to her and my insurance company didnt get why the attitude and knew the office made errors with the billing. Yet, the billing rep wouldnt admit her fault and insisted on the bill even after my insurance was trying to explain it to her. People like her shouldnt be working at a medical billing office. She should work at the zoo with animals. If you choose to see this doctor, you will experience first hand. I warned you. Im so frustrated with this doctor and office because this has been going on for weeks. They corrected one bill and said I have a zero balance and then another bill and so on. NEVER ENDING PROBLEMS with this!

I worked for this practice for 1 day May 18, 2018. I personally called regarding me being paid for working 9-3 for this practice on a Saturday. I personally walked in his office and handed new Assistant my personal information (id,social security card, bank statement) in which i was asked to submit and it was personally taken to the dr the same day i submitted it. Still have not been paid.NOW I HAVE AGENTS FROM TEXAS CONTACTING ME SAYING DRUGS AND MONEY. NEVER LIVED IN TEXAS. THESE ARE THE LAST PEOPLE WHO HAD MY PERSONAL INFORMATION.I WANT MY MONEY. IT SHOWS HOW SAD PEOPLE ARE AND CORRUPTED.
