Avoid this circus at any cost! The hairstylist Jean is anything but that!!!!!!She cut my hair the exact opposite from what I asked her to do, AND CUT IT SOO UNEVEN! I have never in my life had a worse chop job done on my hair!! Dont bother contacting upper management, because they are like talking to a wall. Unbelievable !!!

Jean was so friendly and helped me get what I wanted and stayed late to get it done! Also told me how to take care of it so it lasts as long as possible!! Thank you!!!

My opinion, Jean is changing for service not given. She charged for a cut and shampoo. I did not get a shampoo. Way to many excuses given for the charges. Is this padding the books very poor service

I went in for highlights and came out with completely bleached hair besides my roots, I also paid to get my hair cut and there were uneven pieces where she didn’t measure it out completely. Never going back there to get anything done.

I went yesterday to get my hair cut and the woman working was Anabel. I told her the length I wanted and after she was done what I could see was okay but then I get home and I look around in my mirror and I notice my hair isn’t the same length at all it looks like I have three or four places where she just snipped and didn’t measure anything out at all. I definitely will not let her cut my hair ever again.

Went in as a walk-in today, Jean took care of my cut and dye. I was happy with my service and comfortable visiting with her shes awesome!

Terrible terrible terrible. My friend got her hair done. Over priced for terrible work. If you want your hair to look good dont come here. Susan doesnt know what shes doing, and shes rude. Please dont come here.Update: she went to get a refund and they refused at first, treated her like she was stupid, ended up only giving half of her money back. Terrible service.

I went in to get a light brown ombré and I ended up with my hair half orange. Susan was very rude when I told her I wasnt satisfied and that wanted my money back. NOT at all worth the price.

I have an hour waiting for a haircut for my son told me to wait if they can not or have a meeting back and back xq are not grabbing anything say do not have one waiting and still want típs. I fell design you have to be pigs but not stumbled. It is a lousy place I do not recommend itI pay nobody. Do not waste your time.
