I received a call about becoming a part of this group and I was told at the end of a long conversation and a lot of personal questions that I would have to pay over $500 to be a part of this group once I said I’d have to think about it if they could email me the information they quickly hung up on me but was brave enough to send an email the next day asking for a lesser amount of money but still wanting my money. Please be careful and do not believe this company as they are a scam company. The scary thing is is that I saw the ad for this company while I was on LinkedIn which made me believe it was a legit business

I received the call congratulating me...During the call, I asked about the membership fee,199.00 life time, and 99.00 for 5 years... This is cheaper than the quotes from most of you. However, I told Savanna that I needed to read more about them before providing credit card info. She was polite, however, the info about the society of internal professional women was vague. After the call, I goggled them, and saw the post from all of you.If they call, the answer is NOTHANK YOU. 😊

I listened to the pitch about SEO advertising and the pitch quickly fell apart. I am disgusted to see that this is a scam operation, but fortunately googled as I spoke so I was able to disengage. How can they be in business? Please note: the star should be a thumbs down,

Oh Lord, I wish I read this reviews before signing up. If I could give a zero star I would. I heard about them from sponsored ads on Google. Since I am a brand new entrepreneur I was eager to network and grow my brand. I could not successfully log on to their website. Each time I did, it took me to different sites. I made a down payment which I was told told was good for one year. I guess I have to reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charge. Thanks everyone.

Someone by the name of Eric called, as the other reviews stated....I was interviewed and accepted. Then I was made aware of the payment options of $589 unlimited. I then mentioned that I had no money to pay and asked that they call me back.Due to my past security experience, I usually do my research to see if these companies are scams or fraudsters! Eric became very arrogant when I mentioned that he would have to call me back. He asked why he had to call back (RED FLAG #1), I explained him that I was not certain if they were fraudsters and that caused him to become even more upset. His tone (RED FLAG #2) changed even more, as he explained that they never had problems before and started defending the Worldwide Association of Fraudsters Professionals...(ahem, I mean Female). When he realized that he wasnt getting my credit card number so easily, he quickly ended out conversation by stating that someone else would call me back in 1 month. His attitude is what further prompted me to do my research online, only to find other persons complaining. Just a few minutes ago when I was typing, I got another call from someone else (RED FLAG #3), congratulating me once again for being considered. When I mentioned, that I already was called he was quick to ask if I was successful to which I mentioned that I was presently typing up a bad review about their fraud service.Sorry Worldwide Association of Fraudsters Professional, this is one prey you will not catch!

HUGE SCAM!!!!! I applied a few days ago and got a call from a women who I am sure was a man at 8am. I was getting ready for work but he/she insisted they had too many applicants and could not call me back. After asking about my professional background he/she allowed me to join and congratulated me and offered me a package deal for over $500.00 dollars. and when I said I wanted to read over his material he said, well it is too hard to call him back and he call me back because of the number of applicants so I need to do this now. Or I could do the 5 year membership for $400 or the 1 year for 290 but I had to do it NOW. And Im like no I am sorry I do not make such payments over the phone without reading information on it first, and he say okay goodbye and hung up on me. SCAM SCAM SCAMMMMMM

Spoken to a nice guy who approved my membership and told me that they refuse thousands of memberships a day. But then... was asked to pay over the phone a $200 membership for 1 year or $500 membership for life. I asked to send me the information but was told that they cant send the information first without payment. How strange. I told him Id get back to him. He gave me his name and number. All your reviews have helped me to decide and have saved me from loosing my hard earned money. By the way, check the website carefully and see if its worth your money, if you choose to go ahead.

Was trying to find an organization of women to join and stumbled upon this one. I looked over the website, saw no mention of a cost (if fact it said no cost to apply or join). On the apply screen (since it said no cost to join which is BS as you’ll read below), there was a short form to put my contact information and an open-ended question. I paused on the application and wanted to come back to it after a little more research. I never submitted the application nor submitted my contact information. Two days later, some lady calls me saying she needs more information about my application. I never submitted it? She tells me it’s must’ve accidentally been submitted, which makes zero sense. She then asks me questions so she can fill out the application over the phone: schooling, experience, etc. Her responses were all very scripted. And magically at the end of the call says “it seems you’re really accomplished so I’m happy to say you’ve been accepted!” All very strange and shifty for a professional organization. Made it seem very desperate for membership, a very red flag. She proceeded to be extremely pushy with her pitch and have zero self awareness. She wanted me to process my payment card for membership fees over the phone, which I of course declined. She then said she would give a portion of the benefits to me for $189 and subsequently asked if the card was Visa or MasterCard. I told her I needed more time to think about it and she said “Well, there isn’t any time. We have thousands of applications and a newsletter to publish. If we waited on everyone, our newsletter would be delayed.” I’m sorry, what? I politely declined her offer and told her she was being extremely pushy. I hadn’t submitted my application so why was I being forced to pay over the phone to this organization? Moral of the story: do your research and don’t feel pressured. Seems like this company is a scam and preys on women looking for professional networks.

I was called, interviewed and then told I was accepted into the organization. She mentioned membership was optional but if I took one it would provide great deal of benefits. Stupidly, I began reading my credit card number to her and also typed in organizations name to Google. pages of bad reviews came up accusing them of being a scam. I told the woman that I dont want the membership and to not charge my card. This happened 10 minutes ago. I called VISA to notify them but there was no charge implemented. Hopefully, this woman will not charge my card. Advice to anyone reading this, do NOT fall for the Worldwide Association of Female Professionals. I have tried to provide a ZERO star rating to this post but Google wont allow so I have entered 1 star. It should be ZERO.

CAREFUL! THEY ARE A SCAM! THEY ALSO ACT UNDER THE NAME OF INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF FEMALE PROFESSIONAL.I applied a few days ago to join their society. I got a call after that from a lady but as I was driving under the snow, she agreed to call later that day. It was a man on the phone who called me back: he was very professional and asked me a lot of questions until in the end he asked me to join and pay a fairly large amount of money. And I told him that I needed time to think about it. He became rather insistant and he was clearly unhappy with the fact that I wasnt complying to paying right away. Though he agreed to call me back the following day so I would have had time to check their website because we had spoken a lot about me but I knew very little about their organization. The following day he called me back and I hadnt had time to check your website yet. Which I told him: he made a very disagreeable grunt and hung up on me while I was looking at my calendar to reschedule a call with him. His behavior was very insulting and unprofessional. And it shows that profit is at the core of their action. A real scam.

Its a total fraud! They just want your money. Through a 20 minutes interview (just ask for the CV!) they decide you are admitted (you could completely fake it) and flatter you then ask if you want life association or 5 years. If you change your mind afterwards they magically reduce the fee offering it for life. Do not trust them, completely empty box. Money hunting, thats all!

Extremely bad experience. As per other women rating this association here, I had received a call from a representative who used high pressure selling methods. Since they called me, they keep calling me 2-3 times per day, each and every day. I blocked their number, but now, they call me with another number! How many numbers will I have to block to be relieved from them? Its really annoying, disrespectful and a form of harassment. Really, dont deal with them!

Very bad experience! A man called me 4 times, glorified at first my background, then asked for 500$ to proceed with my membership. When I asked to see some documentation, he started to argue, then lowered his price to 199$. I said politely that it was a lot of money. His answer: 199$ is a lot of money for you? And he hung up on me! Scandalous!

I was approved after a 20 minute conversation. At first I was eager to join, but then was asked to pay $600 for the membership that I knew very little about. When I asked for some time to do a little research, I was given a bit of attitude. I read the reviews on here and decided I would not proceed . I had already given my credit card number so I called them back , let them know I was declining , and I got hung up on. Very unprofessional for a professional association. Clearly a money grab . I hope my credit card does not get billed.

Just dont engage with them. BIG SCAM!I requested to join WAoFA via LinkedIn, thinking it was a group. Then I got several emails asking to finish the application process. I did so online. Then I got another email asking to finish the application process. All this time I thought it was just a group on LinkedIn.I had a lovely conversation with a woman who was very NYC rushing through our discussion. Once my interview was complete she said congratulated me and said I was accepted. She said she was going to send me a bunch of stuff and a profile packet. Then hit me with the fees. Thats when the heavy high pressure sales started. I would NEVER give out my card or pay $10 USD for anything over the phone with a company I havent investigated. While she continued to pressure me, I started to Google the company and found so many postings and articles about this SCAM!!!

If I can give this organization a negative than I would. There is no association, the main offices for this place is located in the industrial area of Long Island City 33-01 Northern Boulevard. It is a two story building with a call center in it that has about 2 dozen employees working there. The quality of the workforce is subpar, the main guy in charge is Scott Minuta who runs this operation. Once they get your card details you will get calls from different names. A classic churn and burn operation. PEOPLE DO YOUR RESEARCH, NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR DETAILS OVER THE PHONE.
