Very good experience with doctors. Was a bit crowded, but not terrible. They were as efficient as they could be.So why do they only get one star? Because they did not inform me that I would be charged separately for a hearing test. I did not know that I would be charged for it on top of my usual copay until I got the bill a month later. Unfortunately since my insurance paid some of it, it doesn’t fall under NY’s surprise bill law. It’s just a shady business practice.Do not go here if you can’t afford two copays in one day, and don’t be shocked if you get a second bill a month later!

The doctors are good but the one thing I dont like is theyre always pushing a hearing test on you when it is not required and you are not there for that reason. The other thing I was charged $25 for a CO payment When usually it is $20. I asked a receipt and the Woman said she would send it to me and when I got the email it was only for $20!!!! Now where did my the extra $5 go? Now I am going to have to fight to get my $5 back!!!

It was easy making same day appointment where as other places couldnt take us . Upon arrival we saw how big the place is so I thought is a good place since everything was fill out online prior to the arrival there was not much wait time. Routine check up during covid. Everything was positive until Dr B show up. My preschooler is here to get his ear wax remove. We had previously done it in other places, but this time his canal is block by harden earwax. Rather than softening his earwax first Dr B went straight at my preschooler ears with only one loop tool trying to take out the earwax. My preschooler was able to wiggle free a strong kid. So Dr B instructed I hold him tighter along with the nurse, I should not have listen to him for he cause more damage and trauma to both of us. My preschooler was left with bleeding ears thanks to their incompetence and trying to do the job in 1 shot. Thankfully my preschooler eardrum isnt damaged.

Doctors are good, but the wait is extremely long!! Last time I waited 45mins. Right now Im currently in the room, its been 30mins since my scheduled 9am appt. They do not respect appointment times, but god forbid youre late, then its a problem. Now Im going to be late to work smh.

Dr. Jeffrey Zauderer was fantastic . He took the time to listen to my concerns and was very thorough . I didn’t wait long at all in the office and the front desk was very nice . I highly Recomend Dr . Zauderer .

Made an appt for partner. Office follows all covid protocol to the extreme. He got up there, 90 plus minute wait for his appointment and the waiting room looked like JFK after a cancelled flight. Shame on you with resurgence of covid and disrespect to assume people should wait that long. Always used this company in rockland county but would never make another appt here. Good luck to anyone going there

The doctors are good but the staff is horrible, they never respect the appointment time. If you complain, they will take you in to a room and leave you there, Ive waited inside once for 45 mins.

Dr R is great, thorough and personable and was able to get an urgent visit. However if you need recommended tests that are done through this practice..good luck with that. Ive been back and forth for 3 weeks trying to get appts and their reply is always someone will get back to you. No sense of follow up.

Excellent service. Staff was helpful and pleasant.Dr Bell made my nervous son feel at ease . Dr Bell explained the procedure and took care of my son’s nose bleed . Would recommend this practice to family and friends .

Dr. Rechtweg was extremely knowledge and took his time to convey that information in a way I would understand it. He acknowledged all of my questions and took his time in answering them. I generally don’t love going to doctors because I’ve had experiences with them being dismissive; this was certainly not the case and I was happy with the doctor I had.

Dr Block was the BEST! Great personality, very professional and did not give up until my issue was resolved! The staff at the front desk were very nice and Sylvia was super kind and professional. I would recommend for sure!

Dr Bell and this office have provided terrible service. Went to them for a medical issue in November and they didn’t get the test results until early January - then it took until the end of March to get the care needed. Trying to get someone on the phone at this office is a nightmare and there’s no response when you email the doctor through the patient portal. I would not recommend this “medical mill” to anyone. They also referred me to a company called Ocean breeze infusion care for the equipment needed and that company has turned out to be an even been a nightmare but Dr. Bell wouldn’t know that because he doesn’t respond to any attempts to speak to him about the issue.

Dr. Rechtweg took his time to explain the condition in the way I could comprehend. Dr. Rechtweg seemed generally concerned on how I as a patient felt, and appeared truly vested in what else could be done to ensure I’m on the right track to feeling better!

Excellent in every aspect of what they do. I recommend these doctors to everyone. Super friendly!

Dr Gordon listened to my symptoms and asked many questions to help diagnose me. He was considerate and pleasant, as well as knowledgeable.

Dr. Block was very thorough in his examination, from listening, reviewing patient history to actual examination process, I was grateful for the time he spent and content with diagnosis and treatment.

1 hour wait for a morning appointment. Avoid if you like punctuality.

After 9 months, 5 visits and over a $1000 spent - I still have no diagnosis.Never got a call about my results, never doctor on his own have reviewed my results, doctor never knew why I was there (either it was a new visit or a follow up). It seemed that every time I was there (seeing the same doctor) it was like the first time and he had no idea whats going on. During follow up appointments he would not know what to follow up on! It seemed that nothing was ever documented because how else would you not know what to review on the follow up appointment?Front desk employees were nice.I would not recommend this place. Time and money spent for nothing. Plus, still experiencing the same symptoms and they got worse. Ridiculous.

Very easy doctor visit! I waited a few minutes in the waiting room before I was called back to the exam room. Dr. Rechtweg came in shortly afterwards. I told him my concerns and after looking in my ear unblocked it with a small vaccum and in a few minutes everything was fine. He is a very pleasant person and as per his advice I had a much needed hearing test as well. The front desk staff was very pleasant and organized. Lovely office in a modern building conveniently situated. Would definitely recommend!

8 months ago I made an amazing review for this place.. but I have to say ever since the original allergy shot guy left getting a shot there is very time consuming... instead of 1 guy they have 3 nurses and they are never on time. sometimes I wait now 20min to a half hour just for a shot.... kind of ridiculous.. more staff and more wait time.. doesnt make sense. however, the allergy doctor, Dr. March is awesome and such a nice guy and the reception staff is wonderful and very understanding. but I suggest you go to another location if youre just getting shots... unfortunately..

Really want to give no stars...saw one of these physicians about a very real and very annoying problem that I endured with every second of every day. After being treated (if thats what you want to call it)for a period of 3-6 months, came to what would be my last visit when this all knowing well educated doc actually said you dont have to come here anymore. why dont you go bowling, have a glass of wine with friends. seriously Doc?! word of advise to him or any doctor out there-if you dont know, say so. should have realized mid stream I wasnt going to be helped in any shape or form when his diagnosis was its just a feeling.

Customer service is very bad. I came today with a newborn baby to see doctor Mendelsohn at a scheduled time and was waiting for more than an hour. When I asked the front lady how much longer I was supposed to wait, she was very rude and unhelpful. When I asked for my co-pay refund, it took them 15 minutes to figure out how to refund money on my credit card. This is ridiculous! Stay away from this office. I would give them zero but the lowest possible number of stars is one.

All the doctors are great here!!! My favorite is Dr Rechtweg hes always on time friendly and respectful. I always recommend family and friends to go to him and are always happy when they leave. He takes majority of insurances and works on Saturdays. Overall a great office 😁

Dont go here the rating does not match the quality of the doctor. I saw doctor Bell for a pain in my throat. He was extremely weird when talking to me. Diagnosed it as an abscess told me theres nothing to do about it but that he would give me a steroid cream to ease the pain it hasnt helped. Still crying in pain its getting worse so i looked it up and it says the treatment is an antibiotic and the doctor can drain it.

The wait is incredibly long. Appointment times are more of suggestions”. While staff is friendly, this fact is extremely unbecoming is the practice as a whole. Find somewhere else. It is truly an inconsideration

Jiffy lube of ENT. Horrible front desk and Dr. Rechtweg was even worse. Saw me for 2 mins and never sent the prescription to pharmacy. Called and was on hold for 20 mins, yes 20 mins and was finally told someone has to call me back. If you decide to go to this chop shop DO NOT go to Dr. Rechtweg!

Great staff. The allergy shot guy is the best! He seriously has the most amazing personality. I actually look forward to getting my shot each week.

Great Service

Have been slowly losing ‘high end’ of hearing for a number of years. Decided it was time to do something about it. Dr. Rechtweg (ENT) and Dr. Forlano (audiologist) were super. Both were patient, took the time to explain things and supportive. Good office location. Nice staff.

I’ve been back and for thing with these idiots for two weeks now, by phone as well as online. First they tell me they accept EmblemHealth Prime, so I book an appointment. Then they tell me they don’t accept it, so I cancel the appointment. Then they do, so I book a new one. Then they don’t. Since they can’t make up their minds, I guess I have to find another doctor, presumably in the Northwell LIJ system, since I can’t find a single solitary ENT specialist affiliated with NYU Winthrop. Pathetic.

Everyone that worked there was so very nice and attentive and you didnt wait forever. Dr.Jeffrey Zauderer is an excellent Dr. So thorough and a real nice person. Also at front desk Cara is very sweet and helpful to everyone.Patient: Soares

I liked the place the dr was nice. Hopefully my next appoinment he will b able to do more for my son, he was congested so couldnt do much. But he gv him mrs. To make him feel better

Jay Rechtweg was not only the worst doctor I had uncounted and might be the worst being as well. I had some fluid in my ear and went to his office. He prescribed some ear drops. And he also said there was some wax in my ear and he was going to clean up. He poked me so hard and I could not hold my tears. And my ear was still so painful and bleeding the next day. Worst experience! I pray for Jay Rechtweg not to treat other patient like this in the future. Also for his potential patient, it is FYI.

They use tablets for the check-in process, this made everything go quick and easy, which I really appreciate especially when dealing with an infant.I was seen on time, did not wait long at all for the doctor.

Just had the strangest experience at this office. I was a new patient, had a 2:50 pm appt. I arrived 10 minutes early. Politely greeted, info taken, given iPad to enter my personal information. Sat down and waited a half hour, when I was called to front desk. The girl told me the doctor would be at least another 30-45 minutes, even though I would be next for Dr. Berkhardt. Hmmmm. Then, she suggested I could reschedule with different Dr. Because Dr tends to run late. Ok, so what exactly just happened! Why not tell me when I walked in! Why suggest a different Dr next time? I found the experience very strange. I’ll find someone else, thanks. Not a great way to start with a new patient.

Dr. Bell is by far the best when it comes to ENT. I drive from PA to keep him. Also very trustworthy.

I saw Dr. Zauderer . I made the appointment same day i called. I was a few minutes late but i was seen right away !!! I came in for ear pain. He cleaned my ears as gentley as he could . I left with mild ear pain , the relief was immediate. I would recommend this office , they are very friendly.

Awesome staff and environment. Sign in with the tablets is better than doing the usual paperwork.

Had an appointment. paid my copay. they raised their price after the visit and sent me a bill for $10 while i was away for months. i get home to find mail from a collector.... for $10!! these people are unreasonable.

Well this is a great facility when it comes to the doctors but the wait time is unbelievable. No matter which doctor you are seeing at this practice, your minimum wait is an hour and a half. For God sake, im with a 3year old and everytime, im made to wait for over an hour with no explanation, no apologies. Be it a follow up or a first time visit, be ready to spend the day here. I try to make an early in the day appt. For a shorter wait time and yet its more than an hour. Im done with this practice. Save time and find another place. This is not an impulsive review. Its after dealing with them for more than 3 years.
