2 years ago my daughter didnt have the best experience here but our two recent visits have been AMAZING! The entire staff was so kind and patient and now my daughter doesnt have a fear of going in so I cant thank them enough. The dentist herself explained everything before starting and as she went along throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend bringing in children of all ages.

Dr Masha is an amazing dentist! My girls absolutely love him and refuse to let any other dentist work on them. He also corrected some bad dental work that was done on me previously. Ive been a pt of Broadway Dental now for some years, and I Always get great service. I dont even live in Galveston, but I literally drive down there from Dickinson. Dr. Andy bedside manner is so professional and he strives to give his best work.

I have to say a couple of things about Broadway Dental very PROMPT, COURTEOUS STAFF ,CARING & PROFESSIONAL! I was scared out of my wits not knowing what to expect my last 2 visits. Absolutely reassuring of attention & detailed work, being careful & mindful to their work & of my anxiety levels. Thanks for the OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

Terrible & avoid. They called me at 2 to come in early for my 4pm appointment. That they had to close early. Show up at 3 and they tried to tell me my insurance was invalid and Id have to pay out of pocket for my visit. Once we got that squared away and I waited until about 4 when my original appointment was, the doctor tried to put crowns in. I told him I only wanted a cleaning. Got moved to another room with a different lady, who does not clean teeth, to talk about my plan. Sat there for 30 minutes and decided it was time to leave. Super unprofessional, sketchy & thankfully got booked in with another dentist on the island last minute.

Busy place! Very personable and also professional. We came up with a plan to take care of my dental needs with the dentist who would do the work and then a financial person who put together the cost for me for each procedure after my insurance paid what they should cover. It was a painless process!

I had an appointment scheduled with my regular dentist for a root canal, but the tooth started to hurt so bad one night and my regular dentist was closed the next day. I originally scheduled an appointment with Todays Dentistry but when I got there they wanted to charge me $300 for a full mouth x-ray and said they wouldnt see me without it. Ok bye! Called Broadway dental and they got me in right away. I originally just wanted to get the tooth extracted but they gave me affordable options to stop the pain and save the tooth. Dr. Andy was aware of how nervous I was and was very gentle. I ended up deciding to just go back and have him do my root canal. Clean office. Everyone very helpful.

If I could give a zero I would. Was in the place for an hour and a half before seeing the dentist. Who briefly looked at my teeth. Sent me back to the lobby because I asked about my cleaning. They didnt 📖 my cleaning with the initial exam. I told them I could not wait any longer. Unfortunately I cant spend half the day in the dentists office.

Initially, I went to Dr. Andy to repair a little imperfection with my smile, which truly was a big problem unbeknownst to me. Dr. Andy informed me of my treatment plan, but the treatment plan was not anything I wanted nor considered. Dr. Andy carefully listened to what I wanted and my desired outcome, and he validated my feelings. Then, he took time to extensively explained the full scope of my dental issues, made sure I fully understood my dental care plan, why he chose a particular method, and used dental models to demonstrate and explain the rationale of my dental plan of care.Even though my first dental appointment with Dr. Andy was six years ago, his outstanding patient approach, dedication, and patient care have not waivered. On 09.02.21, Dr. Andy completed my dental concerns. When I left his office and took a good look in the mirror at my improved smile, tears of joy started rolling down my cheeks. Julie is an amazing dental hygienist. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a cleaning. My teeth feel super clean, and I didn’t have any pain or discomfort during the process.However, I wish the dentist had taken a little more time to go over my X-rays and what not, but that’s just my personal preference. I’ll know to ask next time.

My twins hadnt been to the dentist in almost 2 years because of Covid. They both had some cavities and this dental office is definitely the best!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Numbing my mouth for dental work has always been a bit more difficult than it is for most people. A need for an additional anesthetic and more injection sites were the solutions. No pain after! There is nitrous oxide on request. Dentist was patient answering my questions. I’ll be back.

Broadway dental is very good place. I am feeling like getting a new life after my teeth filling and gum treatment. I was suffering from jaw pain, tooth ache and gum disease since 5 years. I have visited many place but , one tooth fixed but other start paining. I would thank to Dr Hong, who is a great Doctor. She did my treatment. She is awesome , very experienced. They were all nice to me when I arrived and checked me in. The Dentist was awesome he took his time and made sure I was completely numb before extracting my tooth. He was so caring and didn’t feel a thing. This was my second visit here and I will continue to keep going for dental work. I definitely will tell family and friends.

I had my wisdom teeth extraction last week and was informed that I can do walk-in post-op assessment by Dr. Masha himself. Now theyre telling me I have to make an appointment before I can see the Doctor. This is very disappointing and poor communication internally.

I love Broadway dental! My husband, two sons, and myself go every six months for cleanings! We love it. Dr. Monique is wonderful and so is her staff. My 5yo son just had cavities filled there and he didn’t have any problems and he didn’t even know he got shots! I can’t say enough good things about this place! I have also been going to Dr. Monique for at least 15 years! I love Broadway Dental!

Very polite and informal, they were thorough with me. Inform me with everything I needed to know about my examination and what my insurance covers.

They do not wear masks. They speak bad about their clients in Spanish assuming that we dont speak Spanish. They will also try to scam you out of every cent to your name. Make sure you ask for a price quote BEFORE you schedule an appointment and dont sign anything without reading it. Very dishonest, manipulative business practices.

Do not waste your time!Let me preface this by saying literally EVERY person i meet always make comments about how perfect and pretty my teeth are.The first visit I was there for nearly two hours while they tried to figure out my insurance. I finally left and made an appointment for another day.Second, visit I was charged a copay, even though my policy states zero copay. Whatever I paid it because I it was time for a cleaning (i am new to the island and need a dentistand this place is the only office on the island who accepts my insurance).Had x-rays then, rather than having the cleaning and the dentist coming to do the exam and go over the x-rays, the dentist came to do the exam. She said I had numerous cavities and that I had several fillings that needed to be replaced. (I have never had a cavity in my life, in fact i have dental sealants to prevent them, what this dr was calling fillings are actually sealants). She also said i have gum disease and tartar build up... yet I have zero symptoms or issues...They refused to just do a regular cleaning even though i was willing to sign a liability waiver rejecting their treatment plan. Instead they kept trying to get me to sign it.If you have insurance beware of this place! Everything about this screams insurance scam! I have spoken to numerous coworkers who have told me they have experienced the same issue with this office and those that allowed them to do work now have irreversible damage to their teeth.I wish someone had warned me prior to signing up for a plan that requires me to use this facility. I will dump my insurance and pay out of pocket before I let these scam artists mess up my teeth!

Just want to say how pleased I was with my dental hygienist, Jackie. I have very sensitive teeth, and she made sure I felt no pain. I’ve had other procedures done such as crowns and fillings and never had a problem. Rose, Felicia and the entire staff are wonderful.

They are always professional, skillful and work with you if arrangements need to be made for scheduling etc....

I must say, I really enjoy the visit starting with walking in the door being greeted...Once escorted to the back I treated with care and comfort...I have to say Im one to really visit any type of doctor of any kind but this place help me to feel relax and worry free...Thank yall so much and God bless yall...

Very friendly service with lots of moving pieces. Staff seems to get along with each other well and the provider was articulate about findings and recommendations. Quality of work was excellent as well. Only con was that I had to wait quite a bit, but to be expected at any busy practice on a Friday afternoon.

I had a dental emergency today and have not established care with a dentist since moving to Galveston. I called Broadway Dental and they were so polite and told me to come in right away, they would work me in. Once I got there the front office staff was so helpful and compassionate that I was in pain. Mary Lou quickly got me registered and explained prices. Once I was taken back for X-rays and Dr. Andy let me know what needed to be done, it moved forward from there. Everyone kept apologizing to me for the wait and I was thinking how considerate that was, especially since I was put in at such a last minute. I had to have a tooth extracted and Felicia went over everything with me in detail about post op care. I felt terrible letting my tooth get this bad but she made me feel so much better. The extraction by Dr. Andy was PAINLESS, he was so gentle I didn’t feel a thing. I am happy to say I have now found a new dental office in Galveston and won’t go anywhere else. The staff there went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Thank you Broadway Dental!

The staff are so nice and really take time with their patients and the parents of their younger patients. They explained how to better care of your teeth and exactly what treatment was needed and why it was necessary. They gave my child the best cleaning hes ever had at the dentist. Literally the worst dentist office the staff minus the doctor are amazing, personable an helpful. But the time management for treatment is dumb long. Unless you have absolutely nothing to do that day I do not recommend.

Came to town on vacation and ended up needing emergency care due to an abscess. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I am very thankful to have found an office willing to fit in a new patient on a late Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Chances were slim I would find an open office anywhere, but this office helped me despite being booked full for the day. Thank you!

Quality care of my needs, but the wait time (too long) should be shortened and some of the objects they put in the mouth could be softer. Overall, the people are very friendly! I dont think I would feel as comfortable at any other dental office.

My first experience with this dental office was less than great but my second visit was fantastic. Broadway dental did everything they could to make sure I had a good experience and made up for my complaints. It really seems like they value each of their patients. Dr. Monique is by far the most personable dentist I have ever had! Very kind, and extremely knowledgable/skilled! I have had to get a lot of work done, and I mean a lot. Every time I go, I receive fantastic service and respect. The entire staff does a great job!You may occasionally have to wait a couple extra minutes in the waiting room, but in my opinion, the excellent service is absolutely worth it!

Very good dentists here. All staff are very friendly, professional and take great care of you. After a teeth clean, they give you a goodie bag of teeth care products. The dentists are very attentive to your needs and thoroughly check your teeth.

My son at 9 has perfect teeth!!! He Did Not want a filling and refused to go back for a filling because he does not like dentist!!!! BUT turned out to be my sons Great decision via I Did Not force/insist my son do the treatment BECAUSE a year later for his annual this dental practice said His teeth are FINE OMGAWD!!! So many parents force kids .. To this day I will ALWAYS BELIEVE IN SECOND OPINIONS AND READ REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Chan is awesome! She kept my 8 year old son calm and explained the process of the work to be done for his fillings. We were in and out in 1 hour.

They were super busy that there was a dude there since 2 pm and they said that a fill from 3 years ago has chipped and I have 2 teeth were the adult tooth is behind the baby tooth and they did nothing about except set up another appointment all they did was clean my teeth and they took me back to my mom and told us that wait for that lady to call your name and that was going to take 30 min. So we just were going to set another appointment

Everyone in the office was friendly and extremely patient with me. Which is not easy to do because when Im in pain Im am not a nice person. I did apologize profusely and then thanked them for their patience. They werent able to pull my tooth like i wanted but Im not a dentist so what do I know. Lol! They did however stop the pain and treat infection enough to make me an appt in one week to get it pulled. They tamed the hurt beast in me and that is amazing!! Props to all of them.

Very bad !!! I had an appointment for my wisdom tooth removal today April 28, 2018 and the lady told me at 8am (waited outside for an hr) but then they open at 9am , the worst thing is its been 9:20am and nobody in the clinic yet . I made a vacation request for this day and used my hrs how can they pay for that , but if you miss your apppintment you going to pay for some fee. It is the worst morning of my year !!! Anyways planning to transfer to a better clinic .
