Darlene at the front desk is always so sweet and kind over the phone. These reviews made me scared bc they are all kind of bad but I’ve had a wonderful experience! Also, Christy is the BEST!!! She has the most patience and love for her patients. I’m so blessed and glad I found these wonderful people! :)

It is sad to see the bad experiences described here! As for myself, I couldnt be happier with my first visit, via Zoom! I met with Ben L., he was charming and thorough, the meeting lasted an hour and not once did I feel he was rushing me or uninterested. I later had to call in a BP reading and the woman who took my call was courteous.

I went years ago, and at that time wasnt pleased at all with the services. Ive started going again recently, and their services are amazing now. I love my therapist and doctor. Theyre caring and actually talk to you rather than at you. They dont act like theyre better than you like other places. Id definitely recommend them to others. Theyve helped me a lot and I will continue to use their offered services.

The receptionist is very rude and uncaring and she is just there to collect a paycheck. They scheduled me with a therapist for 30 minutes which you cant get anything accomplished in that time frame and then she tells me she is leaving scheduled me with someone else but i have to wait a month to talk to her. I had brain surgery and need therapist now. Then talk to nurse for medicine and she tells me to come back in 3 weeks and we would discuss our plan for medicine. I explained i need help now per my surgeon and pcp. My copay is 60.00 per visit i need my visits to be useful and helpful.

Linda the receptionist is awful! She is very rude and unhelpful both in person and on the phone. If you can manage to avoid her, centerstone in Gallatin isnt so bad. Dont expect kindness from anyone, though. The atmosphere is very get in, do what you need to do and get out. Even the nurse on staff is disconnected and unkind. Im also going to add that I will be looking for another facility because you shouldnt have to be counseled AFTER dealing with the receptionist of a resilience facility.

Literally the most unprofessional healthcare facility I’ve ever been to. I started coming here about 2 years ago. I really liked my therapist and things were looking up. Then they bounced me to a different therapist because my doctor would only be available two days a week. okay, understandable. only then they changed THAT doctor’s schedule and they managed to bounce me around to a few more of their doctors before they put me back with the doctor I was originally with, who’s schedule had now changed again. you’d think they’d want someone who’s mentally unstable to have a halfway decently stable program for them.Once I showed up for my app (arrived early) and waited for over an hour. when I finally asked what was going on they told me my doctor had already left for the day!!! so I rescheduled and came back the next week. this time I was (literally) 7 minutes late and they told me I’d have to reschedule again. fine. okay. rescheduled for the next week. again, I waited almost 45 minutes. I asked if there was a problem and the lady up front told me they doctor wouldn’t have time to see me today. obviously, my appointment time meant nothing. so once again, I reschedule and come back the next week. FINALLY I’m able to see my doctor and she told me that the receptionist had forgotten to check me in the last few times so the doctor never even knew I was there. HOW? when the first thing you do is walk in and tell them you’re here and pay your copay?Yesterday, I called and tried to get a refill of my prescription. when I called, the receptionist told me she wouldn’t be able to send the message back to the doctor because I didn’t have any upcoming appointments scheduled. seriously? not to mention EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a refill they send it to the wrong pharmacy NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I TELL THEM WHICH ONE TO SEND IT TO. and you can’t just call them back and say “hey you called it into the wrong pharmacy. can you call it into the right one?” oh nooo. the nurse will get an attitude with you and tell you to do it yourself. so I have to call the pharmacy, tell them to put the medicine back in the shelf, wait for them to get around to doing that, then wait for them to transfer the meds to the correct pharmacy, and wait for them to be filled there. the whole process usually takes around 3-4 days. I guess keeping their patients on the medication that keeps them stable is asking too much. (and it’s not like I’m getting “hardcore” drugs here. I’m literally just trying to get my antidepressants refilled.)tl;dr: Unless this place is your last option, you’re better off literally anywhere else. Don’t waste your time. They don’t truly care about the wellbeing of their patients and that much is very obvious.
