I used to be kind of judge-y about people who did CrossFit and was almost certain that CrossFit would never be a place for me. I WAS SO WRONG. CrossFit Wig Wag is AMAZING. Coach Aleks calls it group fitness on steroids. Id agree with that likeness. I have always enjoyed group fitness classes, but I never felt like I was getting enough out of such classes. CrossFit is great because you tailor your workout to your capability. My muscles are consistently sore (in the good way that means youve done hard work and are getting stronger). I cannot recommend CrossFit Wig Wag enough. It is a real community that is welcoming, supportive, encouraging, and inspiring.

This gym has changed my life in so many positive ways. The other members and the coaches are incredibly supportive and inspiring. This is unlike any gym I have ever been a part of; I was intimidated and nervous when I first joined but quickly realized that this gym is about helping each other grow and reach goals. Ive met some of my best friends at this gym and I am so glad I decided to join CrossFit Wig Wag. Kid friendly, great location, lots of class times. I love this gym and the people in it.
