I am very pleased with Dr Lee and the entire staff at the Gailey Eye Clinic. He did my cataract surgery and I am very happy with the results!

Staff is very friendly. Every one is very detail oriented. I always get great care and a thorough exam.

Dr Elizabeth took great care of me several years ago and she’s been someone I brought my husband to to be taken care of. She is taking great care of us both and we will continue to see her as long as we can! Nancy took great care of me doing all the pre-work up tasks. She is really helpful to answer any and all of my questions.I highly recommend Gailey Eye Clinic and Dr Elizabeth Eyler-Allen!!

I did not find the staff exceptionally friendly. I may have caught them on a bad day...however, the further this adventure took me into having this surgery, I have to admit I was given all the signs to go elsewhere. Surgeon seemed rushed and not wanting to take the time to answer all my questions. When calling to set up the dates for the actual surgery I had to beg to get the time that would coordinate with my other challenges (which they were told about 4 times.). Finally the day of the surgery and I didnt feel the team was with the program. The IV process ended up with blood everywhere. The anesthesiologist may not have looked at my chart as I ended up totally under and was difficult to recover. I believe it took 2 nurses to assist me to my ride and the comment was Shes a little loopy. I will warn you - be careful what you sign pre-surgery. You will sign a great series of papers - of which you are not given time to read, but rather is summarized for you very quickly. There is one form in particular that is considered a non-medical procedure even tho its performed while you are in surgery and by a medical doctor for the correct measurement of your lens. This leads me to believe that if you dont sign it you may have to wing it to whether or not you will get the correct lens size.. I still dont understand that one....but it will cost you out of pocket. All in all I dont believe I will return nor recommend their services.

Clean and sanitized facilities with upmost respect to social distancing guidelines. This clinic goes above and beyond to offer a safe and friendly atmosphere to its patients in my opinion.

The Technician was great thru All of my Tests. She was Professional & Empathetic. Dr. Ehlers was informative, compassionate, understanding & Professional. She answered All of questions, and addressed my Concerns.

The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment appears to be up to date and I felt confident that my eyes were thoroughly examined. Dr. Eyler explained the test results in detail, patiently answering all my questions. Wait time was at a minimum.

I requested an Eye Appointment via their website and was waiting approval, the first time. Within an hour or so I was denied an appointment. Not sure how because they ARE in my network with my eye insurance but I just shrugged it off. I thought it was maybe a glitch in the system, so I filled out another request a few days later. I have not heard anything back since. I am not sure if they are that busy that they cannot hit an accept button to see a time I may come in to see the Optometrist but I have officially taken my business elsewhere. Best part, all I needed was a new pair of frames so this was such an easy sale for you.

Very friendly, professional and efficient. The staff seems to really enjoy their jobs. That makes for a very welcoming atmosphere.
