This practice is well run and scheduling appointments is easy to do both on the phone as well as through the MyPrivia app that they utilize. Office is clean, COVID procedures are followed. Dr. Desai is a good doctor and is thorough, easy to understand, is kind and will gladly elaborate if asked for more detail. Trustworthy as well.

The provider, Dr. Mayo, was very personable and professional. I like to participate in my own care and usually do so with herbals and supplements. He listened to me, asked me questions and, I think, came to understand the amount of research I put into their use for myself and my family. Where most allopathic docs put me down for using herbals and supplements, Dr. Mayo listened, asked question and seemed to understand! This was my intake exam. I was very pleased and based on my experience, would recommend him.

If I could leave no stars I most definitely would. I was hoping this office would be more understanding with COVID and everything but they’re rude and money hungry. I had an emergency surgery performed and was recovering so of course I was unable to make my appointment, when I called TO RESCHEDULE the receptionist had a nasty attitude and demanded I pay 200 dollars to reschedule. When I explained my situation she said well you still owe us $200 dollars. I let her know I was absolutely not paying that and she said “okay” and hung up on me. Terrible!! I will most definitely be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Dr. Ball is a phenomenal doctor he doesn’t rush you out of his office he makes time for you and explains everything thoroughly to you, I would highly recommend Dr. Ball and his crew/office to anyone.The front desk and staff the phlebotomist she is awesome the x-ray lady she is awesome and the ladies at the front desk they are all pleasant and down to earth I enjoy going there.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😊💕

The staff were friendly and helpful and Dr. Mayo was caring and concerned about my condition. Very helpful in explaining my diagnosis and advising me. I recommend him and his staff.

Doctor Joseph Ball and his staff at Pulmonologist, PC in Gaithersburg, MD were extremely professional and thorough. This was my very first visit and I was grateful that Dr. Ball had taken the time to study my history based on information provided them prior to my visit. Despite this, he spent a good amount of time learning more about the history of my condition and gave me the necessary instructions to reach a healthier place in my life. I look forward to working with Dr. Ball and staff at Pulmonologist, PC and highly commend and recommend this practice.

Rudest doctors office I’ve ever been to by far. Also the doctors here have absolutely no concern about their patients. it’s obvious they only care about money.

STAY AWAY, PREDATORY BILLING PRACTICES. I was charged SEVENTY FIVE (75) dollars for no show fee when I called in to cancel my appointment. Give you an idea of what youd be charged if a doctor actually spend a minute with you. Ive seen 25 and 50 dollar no show fees but 75, are you serious?

Dr. Ball saved my life by diagnosing me with pulmonary emboli and deep vein thrombosis. He sent me directly to the emergency room at Shady Grove hospital where I was well taken care of. I have complete faith in Dr. Ball and recommend him without reservation.

Wish I could put 0 stars. This office has nothing to offer anyone. They dont care about their patients. Didnt even get to the first appointment because the receptionist give me a bad information So they charged me 75.00 for missed appt. Really dont want any doctor taking care of me from this office especially if all they see is dollar signs
