Dr. McLeod was very reassuring and made the procedure as easy as possible. She explained each step thoroughly, both before and during the procedure so I knew what to expect.

Excellent experience at Dr. McLeod’s office earlier this month. The doctor took the time to explain, reassure and made the visit less stressful. I was accompanying the patient and was pleased with Dr. McLeod’s caring disposition.

My visit was a disaster! The office staff is incompetent and unorganized. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to have a second FNA done and informed the office staff of this when scheduling. I drove about an hour to get to the appointment only to find out that they dont do that. Why was this not communicated prior to the appointment is beyond me. The doctor was kind enough to offer to request results from the previous sample that was taken to provide a second opinion. However, getting the results has been a nightmare. I called the office to get the results and no one knew anything. I was told many different things which left me even more confused and irate. After a 30 minute phone conversation I was told three different things and finally that the doctor wants to schedule another FNA. Isnt that what I originally came in for? I dont understand how this business is still standing.UPDATE: In response to your comment, I have been trying to get in contact with you for over a week now. Your office staff is telling me that you will not go over the results with me.You should also know, since you’re concerned about privacy, a staff member informed me of your findings over the phone.I’m sure you are a great doctor. You came highly recommended, which is why I drove an hour to see you. However, your staff makes you seem incompetent and sloppy. This makes me question whether I can trust you.

Wonderful experience this morning. Racquel (assistant) and Dr. McLeod both made what could have been a scary situation a light and enjoyable one. Dr. McLeod explained everything as she was doing it, as well as explaining everything prior to the procedure. Her great bedside manner, and sense of himor made for a great visit.
