The staff always helpful and understanding.....Dr. Avila is responsible and understanding that all kids are different and requires different attention.....Sad to leave but happy to meeting such great people......I recommend 10000000 times....

Like many people, I didnt consistently wear my retainer wearing braces as a kid, so I decided to go back as an adult and get Invisalign. I went with Dr. Avila at Sublime Smiles for my adult treatment, and they gave me far superior results compared to my first go-round.  Dr. Avila is exceptional, his staff is fantastic (they gave me congratulatory balloons for my pregnancy!), the office is very modern and clean, and I was quite happy with the results.  Overall I would strongly recommend Sublime Smiles for anybody looking for orthodontic work.

I had no problems with sublime smiles. Every time I would snap a wire it would be fixed in just a few days. It was always easy to make a new date for your checkup. Everyone is very nice and it’s never annoying to go because the checkups are very quick.

We had a great experience with Dr. Avila and his staff. I had two daughters getting braces at the same time and they worked with us to coordinate appointments. My daughters always felt comfortable whether I was in appointments with them or not. The staff did a great job handling all of the teenage angst surrounding braces. We have had a few times we were nervous about brackets popping off or bands breaking and they saw us right away and calmed any nerves I had!

Amazing doctor with a great team! Im halfway through my program and am very happy with the results. From the start Dr. Avilas focus was to make sure I was happy with my program and he has been true to his word thus far. They even went out of the way to remove my brackets prior to my wedding just so we can have better pictures. Dr. Avila was out sick on the day he was supposed to remove my brackets, but was able to secure an appointment with Dr. Perez-West downstairs the same day to take care of the issue since I was flying out of town the next day. If youre looking for a good looking for an amazing knowledgeable doctor who actually cares about his patients then look no further!

Our 15 yo daughter just finished treatment with Dr. Avilas office. We were so pleased how her teeth turned out!! Prior going to Sublime smiles, I took my daughter to many others offices for consultation. Generally, either the cost was too high or was not happy with the plan. They are friendly, accommodating, very organized and even returned me money that the insurance had paid in excess! They talk you through the process before and during and there were no surprises. The two office locations gave me options for late afternoon appointments. Highly recommend Dr. Avila.

Its a pretty good place. They dont make many mistakes and when they do they are very sincere about apologizing. Ive only ever had three mistakes done and none were bad and were fixable! This place is pretty good.
