Absolutely terrible experience with the place. I tried to use a Groupon Deal that I had purchased that day. The deal clearly stated that it was acceptable for anyone who hasnt been active with them for the last 12 months. I hadnt gone in for a visit since 4 years prior, so I should have been eligible. I tried to set up an appointment with a man named Alex and while doing so he stated that I couldnt use the Groupon. He stated that it was only for new customers, which confused me because it never stated that it was only for new customers. The conversation ended up like an argument with a child, he just kept repeating the same thing and never gave me any sort of explanation. Really disappointing experience, dont waste your time with them.

The Optician named Alex is the worst I have never met. I checked my vision and used the new prescription ordered a new pair of progressive glasses. a week later when I went back to pick up the glasses, I realized that I cannot read my phone and newspaper, but he told me I might need a few days to get use to it, after 2 weeks I still cannot read then call them back, and he asked me to check my vision again with doctor since he beleives my vision has been changed in 3 weeks! now I am still wearing the stupid glasses but need to remove it to watch my compute or cell phone, definitely wont go back again! horrible customer service, no warranty at all, I would leave a zero star if I could!

The manager Optician named-Alex has an Absolutely terrible attitude! The WORST OPTICIAN I have ever MET. He does not know how to provide good customer service. He cannot answer simple questions in a nicely manner He just wants to argue . The business doesnt care about customer satisfaction especially after you paid. This place offers, bad customer service, no warranty and the cleanliness of the store is lacking . I WOULDNT EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN !! If i could give them a zero amount of stars I would.

(January 8, 2021) Me or my kids never been inside let alone a customer, but I do love Chopard. Dont know to much about the other brand. I do recognize the name & they do have fly stuff. I loved these 2 pics so I had to take pic.

I would recommend Argos Vision Center; the service is excellent! The staff is very professional, informative and helpful. Also, they have the best eye frames.

I came to this office regarding a chalazion I’ve had on my eye for a couple of months. The doctor doing my eye exam was great, he was patient & did everything thoroughly. The doctor after was not, however. She was rude about my procedure—calling it a disease she has never seen before & making grossed out noises while observing, does not know how to talk to patients, rushed my visit, & did not even stay back to answer questions. Do not waste your time here!

I have went to this place and wont go again. I paid a pretty decent amount of money for a black cat eye frame. My frame broke on its OWN, TWICE at the same place on each lenses. I took them back and they made me pay an additional $80 for another exact frame, for them to only break again ON THEIR OWN!!! In the same exact place, just for me to go back and say that they discontinued getting those frames and that I would have to pay another $140 for a new frame. Needless to say, never going back there.

They made my lenses one month ago. The doctor was friendly and patient. My frame broke. I went to store and I tried to explain to the owner about the issue, and if the frame had a warranty. He was very rude because he never answered my question. He only told me that the frame was discontinued, and that I would have to pay $70 for a new frame. I never going back there. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

I like coming here! The doctors are very smart and patient. Each doctor that I saw took time to explain things to me. As a patient I feel very welcome and very comfortable here. I know that all my needs from glasses to medical issues will be well taken care of.

Always prompt and helpful, They are very meticulous in all the examinations and honest with you. You dont find that now a days... They are a blessing

Wonderful experience; very patient and attentive staff; nice selections of designer ware - wish that there was a larger selection of non-designer frames. Nevertheless, I am well pleased with their products and service!

This was easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist barely acknowledged me when I came in, and then ignored me when I tried to find out how long I had to wait. Then I had to wait for 40 minutes to see ANYONE, and nearly every staff member I talked to was rude. Find somewhere else to get your eyes checked, this place isn’t worth your time.

Not pleased at all. We discussed transitions for my glasses because that is what I previously had. After I received them I discovered they werent. I called and spoke to the doctor that did my order and pulled it up and said I didnt order them. He was supposed to send me the order and never did. I paid $380+ dollars and it didnt include transitional. The glasses I purchased were on the low end of cost

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The doctor is cruel. She talks so poorly about her patients when they’re not around. Don’t even waste a breath coming into this disgusting place! Everyone there is RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!

Very high quality vision analysis. Most such shops do not have an ophthalmic surgeon on the premises! Quick and friendly ordering of eyeglasses.
