I remodeled my living room and dining room and had to get the previous furniture out of the space before the new furniture arrived. Scheduling online was smooth. The crew that came to remove the furniture were quick and efficient. I was able to have my donation receipt emailed to me to complete the process. I would definitely use Donation Nation again!

AWESOME Service! Ive used them before and they are still great at what they do. Scheduled a pickup, went over details and team showed up on time and ready to go. They even offered to come early due to finishing a prior job. Team was professional, courteous, and easily handled my furniture removal items. These folks are just amazing at what they do.

This place used to be so much fun and a hidden gem but they have changed the pricing around so much. Things are way more expensive than they used to be and you can’t really go treasure hunting anymore. Not sure if they hired new people to change the pricing system around but I will just be going to the animal thrift store, which less than .5 miles away, instead.

We recently moved and werent able to take some of our household items. I had called another charity to pick up, but they were a little picky about some of the items. I am so happy that I found Donation Nation and that our items will be put to good use and not dumped in a landfill.They promptly called me back after I filled out their online form. I then received an email with the scheduled pick up date and time. Sure enough, they arrived, my neighbors let them in and they took everything I had requested to be taken.I highly recommend Donation Nation!

We were so pleased with the help we received in removing furniture and household items in preparation for the sale of our home. Donation Nation was extremely responsive, reliable and professional. We like the fact that our things will be donated and not junked. The young men who did the work went above and beyond. They took great care to protect our freshly painted walls and freshly cleaned carpets. The were very friendly, clean and helpful. They seemed to take great pride in their work.

This service was extremely convenient, the guys arrived on time (early, in fact), and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment exactly when I wanted, which was fantastic. And the price was more than fair. The only negative thing Id say is that this is not a professional moving service (nor was it priced like one) in that they didnt take super great care of the furniture. I noticed that the leg of the couch we donated was chipped by the time they got it into the truck, I wouldnt be surprised if all of the pillows didnt make it to be donated with the couch and love seat, as they were separated at the back of the truck, etc. I guess this isnt the end of the world, but I would have loved to see the furniture arrive at its new home in the good condition it was donated in. I dont think thats going to happen.

Really nice, professional guys picked up my piano for donation! I definitely recommend this company. They were also extremely reasonable in price compared to others.

The Donation Nation people were incredibly efficient, hard workers who completed the removal quite quickly. We used them twice. Once was a full truck load and the other 1/3 of a truck. There were heavy pieces of furniture, some dismantling and these guys were absolute professionals in doing the jobs.

I called them several times during the pickup day to rearrange the schedule and they answered every time and were extremely accommodating. I highly recommend Donation Nation.

It is a bit challenging to donate heavy furniture. I had someone come who estimated they didnt think the pieces would fit out my door.These nice men came and had everything loaded within 30 minutes.The cost can be offset since it is all tax deductible!So nice to have space again!

I have been using Donation Nation for over 2 yrs.I LOVE this company. They are extremely efficient and helpful and fair in their pricing. They also do all the sorting! I’ve had throw away stuff, give away stuff, clothes, appliances, toys, lawn, small appliances , old phones, furniture- you name it! Basically, everything and anything they will load up and sort themselves. Best of all though, are the guys who come. They are all wonderfully polite friendly, accommodating and genuinely interested in doing the best job possible. The ONLY removal company I use and will use.

This whole experience was great. From calling and scheduling the pickup with Charles to Jackson and Jose who picked up and loaded the furniture. Jackson called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way, Jose blew out the debris from the garage when they were done and both guys were so friendly and professional. Would highly recommend on so many levels. And my husband is thrilled since he can now get his car in the garage!

I love this organization. They are easy to schedule through their online scheduling! And I love their philosophy of donating furniture, etc and recycling and reusing, rather than dumping. The staff really knows what they are doing and get the job done very quickly.

Donation Nation is a awesome Funiture removal company, good rates timely pick up. They arrived even earlier then expected which in my situation was great. The gentleman over the phone named Charles set the date and time for the pick of my Sofa and Loveseat. The gentleman named Jackson arrived with another employee and removed the funiture professionally with a Hardwood Carpet end dolly, this made the removal even more efficient by me being on a first floor unit at an apartment complex. Its tax deductible for a write off just wonderful service 5 Stars.

The folks at Donation Nation were first class.I was working with my father and sister to empty my parent’s home of 50 years. We had limited time and manpower and were “outgunned” by having some nice stuff we would like to keep but couldn’t and a bunch of stuff that we’d like to give away, but we didn’t have the contacts or commitments/transportation to do it. The alternative company doesn’t seem to want to properly disposition used goods, and prefers a landfill, but not Donation Nation! Donation Nation is your solution if you’d like to see things of value go to local people/Charities in need and provide a greener solution to a house clean out! Not to mention an itemized list of the donations for tax purposes.Charles was able to convey how the experience would go, and he sent some really great people over to get the job started before he arrived. Danielle, Jackson and Brian were so helpful and very understanding. They were able to work around us while we were sequestering some items we needed to keep. Charles and his team were timely, thoughtful and fun. I highly recommend Donation Nation and suggest calling to talk to Charles and scheduling your appointment in advance. What a great place to work with! I missed their call, but they even offered to come a day earlier than scheduled. They were amazing with communication and were right on time. The two young men (I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names!) were so professional, quick, and cordial. They even thought to add things to the receipt that I would have never thought of (I was returning a like-new mattress through an online retailer). I’ll absolutely be using them again for donation and junk removal. Fantastic service!

I’ve worked with them twice and had top-notch service both times. Great communication, on-time arrival, and full-service hauling of anything I wanted removed from any room of my house. I love knowing that they will find good homes for all my old stuff, and recycle/dump only the items that are not useable. I also love their easy online appointment system.

I contacted several locations in the area to remove this piece of furniture. I even scheduled a pickup with another company only to wait a few days for the pickup date to get a call back that they do not take mattresses.I called Donation Nation on Sunday and left a voicemail. Monday I received a call scheduling a pick up call for Tuesday.Today they called me to confirm, came and took it out of my hands quickly. I should’ve called them 2 weeks ago!The full process was contactless and they sent me email receipts.

Donation Nation was terrific. I had a lot of clothing, office furniture, file cabinets, shelves, chairs in the basement. 16 boxes of books on the 2nd floor. 10 boxes on the first floor. Friendly staff, went up and down stairs for 3 hours and did a great job. I found more stuff so they are coming back. I highly recommend them. They take you things and give them a second life.

I’d never worked with this company before but found them after a quick google search. I requested a pickup the night before we were having new furniture was being delivered, after Donation Nation was closed, and they called me to confirm pickup for the next morning. They took care of everything, including the tax forms we needed! So happy to have found them and will definitely be using them again soon as well as recommending them to friends and family.

Two delightful young men called me when they were leaving the place they did before mine to tell me they were on their way to me. They arrived at 11 as they were supposed to. They were very careful with the items I was having them take as well as taking care not to damage any of my things. Without saying anything they put the new items where the old ones had been. They had my TV and computer working and I was ready to use my new found space.Because I asked they explained all the good that Donation Nation is doing, what I could expect, and that I could take the cost off of my income tax.They were in and out in about 30 minutes. Leaving with a cheerful wave.I feel good that the things I no longer need are going to be used or done away with, but not in any way that it can hurt our earth.

They are called Donation Nation, I thought we were donating our leftover office furniture but we had to pay them $350+ for them to pick the “DONATION” up. This is the second time I used these folks, and they are amazing. The communication was great, they were on time, very careful, fast, and efficient. Really solid people with good trucks and an excellent service. And as they saw different items they were specific about which organizations could use the items - tools to Habitat for Humanity, etc. Plus they took nice donated furniture as well as a pile of junk from cleaning out a garage and basement. I tell everyone about them. I dont know anyone who provides the same service together with donation receipts and a tax deductible service.

These guys were great. I had 2 leather couches, a 2 seater and a 3 seater. I scheduled an appointment for 11am the night before, and they were at my townhouse at 10:45. They took my couches through my narrow stairway with tight turns quickly and with no damage, whereas when me and my friend brought these couches in we managed to scratch up all the walls. Really professional, friendly, and the price they charge is about standard. Highly recommended!
