Wonderful place! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I rented a lift chair for use after surgery. Delivery and pick-up worked great. They were on time for both.Highly recommend them for whatever you may need to help you with any medical issues.

They are truly Amazing. Called this morning about pediatric crutches. They had them in stock and told me they would hold them for me. I told them I was on my way after not getting home from the ER until 0300. Walked in the door helped us and taught how to use them. Great staff!!! Took their time taught/coached her. No rushing involved just genuine concern. Customer service is impeccable 👌.

Really great experience shopping here. I bough a rollator and they provided me with excellent service. Very responsive when something broke, they called the manufacturer and replaced the part. Very customer oriented, they understand we have disabilities and helped me with putting stuff in car. Highly recommended.

Great local place with wide range of medical supplies and related rental items. Weve been their clients for years and they are awesome. Knowledgeable people working here who are not trying to sell you something you dont need and always helping to load the big bulky items in the car. Definitely recommend to yall

I’m not sure why those people are saying the staff was rude. I had a completely different experience! Maybe different people were working on the day that I went but, the staff I encountered was VERY friendly, knowledgeable and extra attentive. They went above and beyond to find what I was looking for and when they didn’t have the item they even suggested different ideas that would possibly work, staying open 20 mins past their closing time. I was truly grateful and in fact this is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time! The guy that helped me was young man and there was another lady that was helping out as well.

Rude customer service. If I could give them zero I would. Purchase prices are not on items. Told one price to purchase an item on the phone and then once I arrived at the store the price was higher. Refuse to do business with rude and deceptive business. BEWARE!!

This storefront is on a narrow street with only two parking spots in front. Jessa is mainly a supply delivery business, the store is packed with items but the staff is horrible. Went on crutches and had to park around the corner. I fell on concrete stairs and was bleeding when I went in. There is not an automatic door. Nobody approached me, I asked for help and they had a hard time coming up with a band-aid and antibiotic. I complained and the man, the owner/manager argued with me until I left in tears. Nobody helped me with the door on the way out. Never will I go in there again. Horrible place with nasty mean people.

Wide selection and friendly staff. I dont know how the prices compare to other places but we couldnt complain.
