Yvonne at the front desk was super helpful and kind. I went in last minute just as they were closing and though she was on her way out, she took the time to answer my questions and point me in the right direction to get the care I need. 10/10 service

Its very unfortunate to give a 1-star while I prefer giving a ZERO star.Ive called and made an appointment weeks ago for my annual physical, had to adjust my whole schedule, but my appointment was never made! I called, and the front receptionist, whom I wont mention the name, made me wait for more than 15 min. to find out what happened, and later answer the phone again asking How can I help you? When I explained again about my appointment, no apologies whatsoever and seemed like they really dont care about patients. Never experienced this kind of service before. I shouldve read the recent low rating google reviews before I even attempted making this appointment in the first place!

Dr. Gold is great. Hes personable, asks great questions and deserves better reprensentation in the front office. If you are sick, you cant get in for weeks. If you need a physicial, you can schedule months in advance, and then they change the time. I worked in healthcare for decades and I cannot believe they run a business like this. The front office will treat you like you a nuisance and are quite dismissive. I have given them years to course correct, and I think the place has just become toxic. Dr. Gold is great, but if you have to get past the gauntlet of rude people, its not worth it. Also, DO NOT try to get an appointment with them with Zoc Doc. They dont check it and act put upon when you schedule it. This has happened multiple times.

Medstar medical group has knowledgeable staff and doctors who go out of there way to accommodate patients . When dealing with with medstar I feel I am in trustworthy good hands. I love that I found my new primary doctor , Dr.Ford !

Extremely poor service from front desk...

Love the doctors but the front desk staff is atrocious when you call. Every single time Ive called the person who answers the phone has an attitude. I wouldnt bother with the review if this was a one time occurrence. You work in a customer service position and you cant even manage to not have an attitude when asked simple question. It blows my mind how you can have someone like this as the front lines of your practice. While I love my doctor I think I will seeking another primary care office.

Dr. Deva is the best doctor that I have ever had. She is thorough and patient. She has an amazing bedside manner. Smart and kind. I dont like going to the doctor, but when I must, I am happy she is my doctor.

I did a lot of research to find a medical facility and a primary care doctor. Both Dr. Levine and Dr. Deva are great doctors that care about patients health and satisfaction. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes for an appointment and Dr. Levine calls me back to speak with me personally when I call in with a question. I highly recommend this family practice.

Doctor Deva is fantastic, and the best family care doctor weve had. Shes extremely personable, willing to listen to our concerns, and has phenomenal bedside manner with our two young daughters - more than once weve made frantic calls regarding severe symptoms experienced by our daughters and she fit us in each and every time. I very much like the balance between having a technologically integrated office which allows for electronic records to be easily accessible by the associated Prompt Care next door (and by the parent MedStar Hospitals group, should we ever need to use them) and an office dynamic that harkens back to the time when ones family care doctor really took care of you without jumping to specialist referrals.

Couldve just been the right place at the right time but I have nothing negative to say about this facility...particularly the attending physician!She clearly knew what she was doing and was patient and thorough in answering all of my questions/concerns.I had pre-registered online and was pleased that even though the app was 3-hrs from the time I registered, they werent very busy and I was in and out of there within 75-min. It wouldve taken 3x as long at an ER!

Dr. Deva is a wonderful physician. She is very prompt caring and attentive. I would definitely recommend her.

I love love love this place, everyone is so friendly and the doctor really takes time to speak with you. My only issue is I can never get an appointment because their hours are the exact same hours as I work. I wish they stayed open until 6 so I could actually see them.

Originally from Illinois, it was difficult for me to find a high-quality PCP. However, after many trials and errors, I found the MedStar practice. I find the staff to be extremely attentive to all details and thorough when reviewing my medical history. I highly recommend this practice for family care.

I have had both Dr. Deva and Dr. Gold and the are very good. I got referrals and doctors notes for my job thanks a lot!!

Dr. Gold is simply the best. He takes a wholistic approach to my care. He always answers my questions and never makes me feel stupid for asking them. I couldn’t have asked for a better physician.

This place is not professional, I went there and the doctor spend like 2 minutes to check on me and told me he doesnt know whats going on. I end up have to pay close to $100 for the bill just for him to tell me that. I called back and see if they can help me with the bill, but they say because I got the service so they need to charge me. I did not receive any service! Do not go to this place if you have a second choice. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Worst front desk services ever. Cancel appointments last minute and their receptionist has a major attitude. Not worth it.

This is the worst place I had ever gone with. The reception is so bad and always in a tune that people owe her money.

I have gone to this location many times and the doctors have been extremely helpful.

I couldnt be happier.Doctor spent a long time with me and seemed to be on the ball .I truly felt they paid attention to all my concerns and needs.

I like Dr. Deva, but this low review is because even though I made an appointment it was never put in the system.I called back on March 27, and was given an appointment time for mid May. I confirmed the time and date over the phone. Don’t know what happened, but I showed up on time only to be told my appointment is not there.I needed my physical before the end of May, but now I’m scheduled past that.

Waits in this office are ridiculous. Run away!
