Slow slow slow X 100. This is my second time here... I must have forgotten the first experience! If there are other options available at a different locations, please head that way...a walk in appointment at other urgent care locations will serve you better!Even with an appointment, was made to wait 50 minutes just to get basic vital signs...then another 50 minutes until a doctor came to see us. No amount of great customer facing staff can make it better. They should only make appointments they can manage. At this rate, they can barely manage 6 customers per 12 hours shift. I feel sorry for the people that work here. Management needs to work out a better system. Clearly what they have now DOES NOT WORK.

Rude !! The front desk older women is very nasty rude , I asked her how long was the wait she told me to sit and it’s about 2/3 hours because I was a walk in. I said ok she said check In on the kiosk I did 15 minutes later she then handed me papers . No customer service !!! The nurse that triage my son was very polite swabbed my son and 45 minutes later(the swab result takes max 15 minutes) a Nurse Practitioner walks in tells my kid to open his mouth and says he has strep and said she would give him medicine and walk out she didn’t even last 2 minutes in the room . Prescribed my son Augmentin pills which are huge, didn’t even asked me if he can swallow, he’s only 12. I called to get it changed and 3 days have passed and no one has called me back . Never going back!!!

Unfortunately the last couple of times I had a very bad experience with the person in the front desk ,I was hoping you chose people who have the first contact with the patients more carefully!! They should be more understanding, caring and kind towards the patients who come in for help , the last thing a sick patients want to see it s a bad attitude!!

Although I think it seems time-consuming and risky to require patients in critical conditions to fill out pages of medical forms like in regular physicians’ offices, I had a good first urgent care experience in the U.S.. I went inside two hours after I injured my left ear severely. I appreciated what they did. Especially, the nurse Sami stood out as her professional nursing skills transcend all others I have ever encountered. Plus, Dr. Loremil managed extra hard to reach into my inner ear and gave me five important stitches. Hope to see them again in case of future emergencies.

The doctor was fantastic but the front desk staff was very rude. A patient came bleeding with a cut almost having a panic attack and the staff were unsymphathetic. They kept scorning her. We also felt the staff were condescending. Staff training folks! Or choose the persons with the right personality to man the front desk. It is unacceptable and there is no excuse for this kind of rude behavior. And I see that there are other reviews complaining about how rude the staff is, and the owner responds to them apologizing and not making any changes to the staff. Please do me a favor and do not respond unless you are going to act on it.

I’ve gone here twice for COVID testing, once for a concussion, and once for a sprained wrist. Every time I come here my experience is worse and worse. Either the wait is about 30 minutes to an hour depending on the time of day and very poor staff. I got an x-ray for my wrist and refereed to an ortho doctor and when they tried pulling up the x-rays from muddy branch there was no record so another x-ray was taken. I tried calling to talk to someone over the phone but was in a queue for about 30 minutes. I went from being 5th in queue to being 2nd to being 5th again after 10 minutes passed. No one ever answered the phone.This place is a urgent care center and seems like a rundown daycare…the staff seems like the just don’t wanna be working or always have an attitude/annoyed and rushing to get you out

This the worst experience that I have in my whole life. Waiting more than 50 minutes in the waiting room with my son for the doctor (if he deserve this appellation) Ahsan Habib to check him. The first time I thought he is an IT person because he was working on the computer. When my son iof 3.5 years cant wait anymore ( he was saying: Daddy no more boubou, go home) I went to the person how was working on the computer asking him to check if the doctor is going to come or not. He said okey, you will be next. 5 minutes later he came to the waiting room to check my son. I cant believe that he was working on computer and let me wait that much. If I could leave 0 stars I would!

I came here a year with my partner when he sprained his ankle, the wait was quick but it was obvious they didn’t want to see anybody. I could get past that, whatever.So I come back today to visit the neighboring vet, I park in one of their spots(they had other spots open too). One of the nurses asks me to move, I’m happy to move, I just need 5 minutes to hand off my dog and I’ll move my car. 30 SECONDS LATER, I hear the same lady screaming at me across the street to move now.Y’all got the worst customer service, it is not that important.

I tested positive for Covid here and the staff talked about me like I was not sitting right there. They were very rude and unprofessional with my condition and were not compassionate or sympathetic in anyway at all. They acted like I was a walking disease and it was very hurtful. You are supposed to be able to feel comfortable with you providers office. Very sad tge doctor he was not rude at all. It was the nursing staff that talked about me loud for the lobby including myself to hear. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS RIGHTTIME FOR YOUR CARE!! YOU DESERVE BETTER!!

On 07/05 my wife got into an accident and after leaving the accident she experienced some neck and back pain. So she went to this urgent care center but she was turned away by their reception because they said they didnt have an x-ray ability. Ultimately the didnt want to see her so they dissaude from care. Very unprofessional and not consistent their Hippocratic oath.

I was very satisfied with my experience and care here. I think it’s important to be kind to the staff, especially during this pandemic. They are trying their best to keep everyone safe while offering optimal healthcare. I walked in and made an appointment for later that afternoon (they were busy). Everything was very professional, organized, and clean!

I am extremely disappointed with how rude the young woman was working the reception area. I went around 5:30pm this evening, opened the door, and before I could ask a question I was told to wait outside by the young woman working the counter. I waited outside for 5 minutes while she finished helping the one other person there. After another 10 minutes, I realized she was not coming to get me. I did not want to cause any trouble, so I sent my girlfriend in to ask my 1 question. She asked the other person there, a young gentleman, my question regarding testing and he was very helpful. His answer lead to more questions and as he was answering, the young woman interrupted him with a very dismissive attitude toward my girlfriend. My girlfriend asked her to please not interrupt while he is explaining, but she would not stop. This cut the conversation short, and we just left. It was a big waste of time and we only got partial answers. I am 40 years old and this is the last place you should go if you dont want to be treated like a child and talked down to by someone half your age.

Righttime was where we went when I cut my finger badly. I was attended to with the utmost care and kindness. The staff was friendly and attentive and calmed me down. They followed all the COVID precautions and still fixed me up well and in a timely manner. The team is incredible and I am so glad I went there!

I was greeted with stares and silence followed by uncouth, short wouldnt even call it a conversation. None of which related to why I was visiting the location. I then took it upon myself to tell the inept receptionist/nurse that I suffered an accident on the slopes and wanted to get checked out just to be safe.With one person in the waiting room and the other nurse texting on her phone, I was told that it was a three hour wait. As soon as my minor brother and his mother came in( who were injured) we were abruptly and insolently told that everyone couldnt be inside of the building. ALTHOUGH I was still waiting to be checked in and given paperwork to start to fill out. Whether electronic or traditional. I am not from Maryland and immensely dissatisfied with my visit/interactions here. I hope in the future that your staff would embody professionalism, empathy and a sense of urgency with EVERYONE that enters your business.

Twins went in one day apart for Covid tests, even though tests are supposed to be free they were charged were office visits. They were charged different amounts even though they had the exact same things done (tests only). After repeated calls to the billing number with no answer, I finally got a person. She said that I had to fax the dispute to their quality care team, which I did. The QCT sent a letter agreeing to adjust. Of course, I got another statement with a balance due. I called the billing number again multiple times before getting a rep. She said she would email the manager. Next month, I get another statement. I call again. Same story, said no response from manager and would email again. Not friendly or helpful, nor is this system efficient.

Stopped off there around 9:00 PM with aches and pains from a car accident the previous week.. They told me there was a 2 hr wait due to COVID testing. I went home, called about a half hour later and was able to make an appt for 45 minutes from then. Arrived and I was the only one there so was seen immediately! Great! Friendly staff and thorough doctor.

This evening was my first time there. I called around 6:30pm and was lucky enough to schedule an appointment the same day. They practice social distancing, offer hand sanitizer, and carry a positive environment. Staff and Healthcare officials were friendly and professional. I was in and out in about an hour. I will recommend this location to my friends and family.

Ive been here multiple times, with appointments and without. I had good experiences here thats why I keep returning. However, today I decided to go elsewhere because they would not take a walk-in paitents for covid testing. I understand that the clinic may be busy with limited doctors and appointments comes first. But they shouldnt be doing a false advertisement on the website for walk-ins!! The clinic should leave room for walk-in patients(???) As a paitent, I did everything I was suppose to do- to followed everything stated on the website. Anyways,I was able to go to a different clinic that accomdated my needs just fine as a walk-in patient.

I went to muddy branch 3 days ago. I could not have been more impressed with how quick they got me in and out and I unfortunately did not get an appointment because they were booked all day. I recommend everyone to go online or call the number so you could book it as soon as possible. My symptoms were crazy, felt like I had a heart attack. Very scary. Thank God Doctor Rachel was there for me along with her amazing partner (i forgot her name) maybe Carmen or Claudia. If those were not it, im sorry but it was Rachel and her partner, they were confident, quick, did everything by the book and they cured me of 100% of my symptoms in 6 hours! I couldnt be luckier! I stayed for 1 hour total in and out and paid $40 , versus the only other alternative! Emergency room! Not good. No Bueno. Anyways, thanks again team and ya, i wanted to write a post here bc they deserved it! I am not even a review guy. HA!Good luck, stay healthy everyone!

Great place. Highly professional physician and nurse. The physician who treated my husband is named Roldy Loremil, he is very skillful in stitching my husband’s knee ( wounded by chain saw). The nurse who helped us has a great hand in shots (very gentle like mosquito), she is also very nice and patient. Definitely recommending this place for emergent care.

The PA, K. Diaz was phenomenal. From the time she came in to see me, until the time I was discharged, she provided great care. The young lady that took my insurance information was very professional, and took the time to explain everything. The two young ladies helping the PA were very thorough and made me feel at ease. These two young ladies deserve to be recognized for their compassionate care. I had been feelIng pretty miserable several days and this team went above and beyond to make sure I received the best care possible. I can’t say enough good things about them. They were quick to see me, and quick to get me discharged. They took every precaution considering the current pandemic, only having one person in the waiting room at a time. The young lady at the front desk, came out to my car before I was able to get out and asked me to wait a few moments to get another patient checked in, and came out again to let me know I could come in. The staff today deserves to be recognized for their compassion, dedication and taking all safety measures to provide exceptional care. I’ve been a nurse many, many years and have never seen a team in an urgent care facility work like this. A 5 star rating isn’t good enough for them. I know questionnaires ask how you were treated, and other nonsense, but they should ask if the providers were competent and did they know their jobs. ABSOLUTELY, every single one of them, are incredible healthcare providers. Thank you for providing great care and being an expert at your job.

This place is the best. When I was sick I went to righttime and they immediately started to make me feel better. The staff was amazing, by far the friendliest staff ever. Leila is extremely helpful and kind she was caring and helped me throughout my entire visit. Also, The doctors are really on top of their A game! Thanks to everyone here- highly recommended.

If you place any value on your time whatsoever, avoid this clinic.The kid at the front desk seemed relatively clueless and there was no attempt made to keep their appointed time to see me. I was told to wait in parking lot for a Covid test that was scheduled for a specific time. I was a few minutes early, and when nobody showed up at the appointed time, I called and was told to wait. After another 20+ minutes, I called again, and was told that someone would be right out. Nobody came out. 30 minutes after the appointed time, I went inside and was told that someone might be able to see me in another 40 minutes. They were not busy - only one patient waiting, and another in the exam room. This is a great place to visit if your time has no value and you are unconcerned with the quality of care that you receive, otherwise it should be avoided.

My sister and I were initially welcomed by a very professional staff, consisting of Crystal and Sami at the front desk. They assisted us in our registration for our Covid-19 test.Next, we were directed to go to the examination room and were met immediately by Rachael Lewis, the FNP. She answered all of our questions in a comprehensive manner as we were impressed with her depth of knowledge and professional demeanor. It was a remarkable experience in that she took her time to answer our questions related to the COVID-19 virus and other ancillary medical matters.Finally, Carmen entered the room to take our vitals and administered the swab test quickly and efficiently.We would definitely recommend using Righttime Medical Care for its exceptional staff and convenience (around the corner from where I live).

My family and i always use righttime for any unexpected medical care. This last time i came in for myself i had a really bad experience. I came in for sore throat , cough, sneezin, the MA tested me for flu and strep. I informed her that i already been tested for covid. 20 mins later PA Loremill comes in and he says oh miss ochoa your rapid tested results are negative so now you can go home..did not bother to liaten to my lungs, or even check my throat.. i never experienced that before. Usually even if the results are negative they will still do the basics. I felt like he did not even care because he would not let me talk. I would definitely be taking my family somewhere for any future medical care .

Front desk staff is great. If you schedule an appointment in advance the wait time is minimal which is great. Doctor or nurse practitioner (Karen Diaz) was rude. She prescribed steroids for a bacterial infection even though I told her that last time when I had this issue an antibiotic helped. She took no swab/culture or any scientific data to determine her incorrect diagnosis. She almost screamed at me when I asked for an antibiotic. Complete waste of time and money. With that being said I do not recommend this place unless you have a common cold or something that does not require any additional research / testing.

I was waiting for my Covid test results for 8 days, despite the fact that it was available 11/23. I was given a link to my portal only after calling and spending 30 minutes on the hold. Righttime Medical Care is a rip-off. I took both my sons there for a sports physicals. I was informed by the Medical Intake staff that the physical was $45 and did not take health insurance. At no time was I informed of additional charges of $135.00 for the Urgent Care Visit the day of the visit. Today, I received the bill. I should have been informed of all the detailed medical charges prior to service. I actually could have went to CVS for a cheaper exam. Righttime should inform their consumers of all charges prior to visit. I will not be returning to Righttime Urgent Care. Be aware of their costly charges. By the way, this center is dirty for a health care center.l and a rip-off.

I made an appointment online. They got us back to a room as soon as we checked-in at the desk. The nurse took my daughters vitals 2 minutes after sitting in the room. The PA came in moments later and could not have been more caring, kind, and thoughtful. I completely felt like she cared about my daughter like she was her own. We got our diagnoses and left. It was fast, caring, and wonderful.

Let me start that their MD doctor and the Chief of staff and great, approachable, good listeners, empathetic, and great doctors. But I dont care about the self righteous conservative approach BS of their female PA-C (Eleanor, I think), especially when my back is spasming up and havent been able to sleep. I did not come to urgent care for advise on going to an orthopeditic doctor, my primary care (closed on SUNDAY) can do that job quite well.

Care that we received was great. Sitting in the waiting area hearing three staff members complain about a coworker and how poorly things are run here, not so much. Staff needs to be re-educated about how to conduct themselves in a professional manner. They also need a refresher on HIPAA because they ask every patient who walks in what they are here for in front of a waiting area full of people.

Dont answer questions about symptoms in a tablet they will give you and dont let them do tests before you see the doctor. Or better yet, go somewhere else. They will end up doing unnecessary tests on you and then come after you when the insurance denies their claim. They did an Influenza test on me before the doctor saw me based on what a stupid tablet coughed up. The nurse never asked me anything, just told me she was going to do this test. I had a sore throat, coarse voice and some discomfort in my ears. I thought I had a throat infection, and therefore never complained of flu symptoms. After waiting for over 1 1/2 hours, it took the doctor less than 10 minutes to diagnose an ear infection. Of course, an Influenza test is not necessary to diagnose an ear infection and my health insurance not only refused to pay but their benefits statement showed that my responsibility to the provider is zero. Right Time still wants me to pay, but I will keep contesting this charge because it could have been prevented if the doctor had evaluated me first. They have probably done this more than once. Any Medicare patients to which something like this has happened should report them so Medicare can investigate why they are doing tests before doctors evaluate patients.

Frustrated every time we visit. Have had infections misdiagnosed, and last night took 6 year old in for stitches on the head. Waited 60 mins to go back, the the first thing nurse says to him is oh, yeah, you need a staple. Which of couse sent him into fearful tears. No bedside manner with kids. Spent another 40 minutes waiting and cleaning his wound myself. Finally doctor takes a quick look and lets us know we need to go to ER as they cant numb head injurues for kids. Please have the courtesy to tell patients that upon checkin. Wasted 2 hrs and had to start process over again at ER. Parents, do not waste time at this location.

Yesterday I checked in to Right time medical care Gaithersburgs location for my first time. I was referred my boyfriend who said they would take great care of me ! Which they did !!!!I checked in because I have a piece of a sewing needle stuck in my ring finger and was so deep it had to be remove surgically. I was very nervous and in a lot of pain but the care from nurse Toni Robinson was a true blessing. I enjoyed hers and Ms Sharon my doctor that worked together to help me out in any way I can. An believe it or not Ms. Toni Robinson was the one that got the 1 inch piece of needle out my finger !!!! She truly needs a raise for that one based on hers and Ms Sharon commitment to helping me out i will definitely be back !Thank you so much guys !

After reading all the negative comments I was little sceptical about going to this facility but since it was an Easter holiday and I dint have too many options to choose from, I went anyways. And to my surprise they were actually very good!! Very quick and very efficient. The staff and the Doctor were all very friendly and helpful. They had to run a lab test for the diagnose which took no time at all. Gave me the right antibiotics. Wait time was very little. over all, very good and satisfactory experience.I was in and out of the facility within half an hour.The only thing to keep in mind is to call before hand and take an appointment. They take all the important info on the phone and that way you dont have to fill up too may things during the check in (which by the way is all computerized!!!)

Have used them multiple times for quick visits when primary care physicians office couldnt accommodate with a timely appointment. Every visit has been quick and has had a satisfactory outcome. The staff, when they have time to talk, have been pleasant and helpful.

Went in today as a walk-in, was greeted immediately and taken to the back to see the doctor within 5 minutes of being there. Nursing staff was very professional and patient. The doctor I saw was amazing and I was diagnosed, treated, and out of the office all within 30 minutes. I highly recommend, and would go back again at a moments notice.

I was very greatful that Righttime Medical Care was open on December 25, thought I did feel bad for the professional staff that were working on Christmas day....never the less there was no waiting list and I had not made an appointment....the staff was professional, personable, and my son saw a Doctor quickly...is not my first time at this location....The Muddy Branch hopping Center but is always clean, friendly no extreme wait time and private...Thank you so much to the staff that were working that day.

I dont understand why people get jobs they dont enjoy. I had a family member go in there because they were sick. They told them they had the flu and was negative on strep throat. 24 hours later they called saying he in fact did have strep throat. Our problem was not that he waited 24 hours because of course they have to let culture grow. But the lack of educating the patient of the process was wrong. I then called to try and understand why they first said it was negative for strep throat, then 24 hours later called to say it was positive for strep throat. Instead of them being nice, welcoming, and educative, the girl who speaks spanish there named paola had a huge attitude and was justifying on how my family member was wrong for not already knowing the process of diagnosing strep throat. as if this is something everyone knows. She may have lied about her name. I dont know. However I do believe it is their job to explain thoroughly to patients about the tests and processes. We wouldnt of had been surprised about the positive test for strep throat 24 hours later should they have told us there was another test we were waiting on. i wont be going back here.

Ive been to Righttime on Muddy Branch several times for myself, my kids and my Mom and weve always had a good experience. The doctors have always been great and Ive never waited long. Usually I make an appointment or call directly to see if there is a wait time, and if so, how long it is. Im a repeat customer because its always been a good experience.
