I have been going to this practice for over 20 years. You could not ask for kinder or more attentive doctors than Dr. Farrell and Dr. Frekko Raffo. Unfortunately, we live in a different area now, so Ive had to find a new primary care doctor. Anyone who is with this practice is lucky.

I set an appointment months ago to determine if I wanted to switch to my wifes PCP. I was just recently notified that I will be seeing an FNP on the first visit. That is their getting to know you policy and you see the doctor on subsequent visits. Thank you for wasting my time. I want to switch Doctors, not Nurses.

I was very happy with the treatment, the difference is unbelievable and I will continue to do how many laser sections are necessary to end the spider veins on my legs. I know Dr. Ferrell for more than a decade, I really recommend everyone to make an appointment and make a plan with Dr. Ferrell to treat veins, hair or any other issues that you might have.

I am so thrilled with the results from my laser hair removal treatments at LL! Dr. Farrell and her staff are as nice as can be. The treatments are painless and I am counting the days until summer.

Ive had a large cherry angioma on my cheek for decades that had grown quite large (maybe 6 mm in diameter). I went in to get a consultation about having it removed, expecting it might require an expensive surgical excision since it had gotten so big. But Dr. Farrell was able to treat it with a laser in a few minutes. After a month of healing, its almost entirely gone (maybe 1 mm now) and Im confident that one follow-up treatment will eliminate it for good. It doesnt even seem like there will be a scar left behind.Dr. Farrell did a great job of explaining how the procedure and recovery process would work and made me very comfortable. My only regret is that I waited so long to have this taken care of, particularly since it was much less expensive than I was expecting.

Excellent bedside manner. Dr Farrell explains everything in detail and answers all questions thoroughly. The laser was fast and pain free. Highly recommended!!!

Second vist, the tech did the work not the doc. The tech burned my face with the laser and left a deep scar.

Dr. Farrell was very knowledgeable about solutions to my abdominal weight post pregnancy. I loved how she has all of the latest technology!

Horrible practice. Never give refill, only give rx after going to appoinyment bc they want copay for Dr visit. A bunch of bs!
