Doesn’t listen to you at all. Made me cry today during my appointment, no bedside manner, appointments are 3 months out and when you get there it’s a short 10 mins of him trying to sell you different products instead of encouraging you to choose healthier products and manage your diabetes. They measure your heart rate with their hands (with no gloves) not any equipment. Very disappointed.

I am always pleased with my service at Washington Endocrinology. Jose (the office manager) is always responsive and helpful! They helped me get in contact with all the right people so that I could get on the Dexcom CGM. Thank you!

This morning I was there for a routine visit with Dr. Juarbe. When I walked in the office and found two front desk recipients without their masks on. When I approached the front desk to check in for my appointment, the recipient (Junie) put her mask on then but the male recipient (who later said his name was Jose and that he was the office manager) did not have a mask on. I immediately felt uncomfortable.After my consultant, I stepped out of the room and the same Jose walked by me in a really tight hallway - still without a face mask on. I decided to politely approach the front desk office to ask them who I should contact to report this complete disregard of the state mandate to wear face masks in a public place... let alone a doctor’s office!The front desk recipient passed my note to the male recipient and he approached me and informed me he was THE manager. The manager of this doctor’s office is the one walking by patients and working at the front desk without a face mask!What is even more insulting is that he shrugged his shoulders as if what I was saying was irrelevant. In addition, this is the only office that I have visited (during the pandemic) that did not do a temperature check, self-assessment form, and/or request to hand wash or hand sanitize.I have reported this morning’s observation and incident to the state’s hotline and will not be returning to this office ever again. I cannot trust the people there with my health if they cannot respect themselves or their patients with basic precautions amid a pandemic.Shame on you, Washington Endocrinology. Be safe. Do better.

Very unprofessional. Feels like more of a business than a health care provider

The Dr I saw there was very nice. If you have a balance you better pay it or you get sent to collections... I was sent for $ 30 and the collection agency charge a $ 30 fee.

They have a very high turnover of endocrinologists. In only one year, Ive seen at least 4 different doctors, and they always quit their jobs. You can tell nobodys happy working there. I just called to cancel my next appointment and they did not ask for a reason or to reschule, they SIMPLY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU! Im giving one star for the friendly nurses. Glad I found a caring doctor elsewhere!

I am totally Dissatisfied with employees. I received an unprofessional call with an Hey introduction and no name, also threatened me to send me to collections and block future appointments when they were inefficient to contact my insurance provider after I met deductible. Dr. Anda Gonciulea was professional courteous and efficient to handle my issues and concern I will surely miss her.

Ive been seeing Dr. Chidakel for my thyroid condition for a year now. I have been nothing but impressed with Dr. Chidakel and all the staff. This office is both very well run and very personable. I highly recommend Wash Endo.
