Looked divey, and not much dissuaded from. Although technically on the up and up as massage places go.I asked for half hour, so I was then overcharged,Understaffed; left mid massage, did not bother to use oil. Got half hour, did not factor in guy interrupting which took near 5 minutes. Or at least felt like it.Paid in cash in spite of fact their ads said they could take credit. And the sign outside the place indicated numerous charge cards they took. So basically false advertising.The table was uncomfortable.The heating was improper. It was in the 50s outside, and it felt about that inside.All of this I would have forgiven if not for the fact that there was a miscommunication and I was effectively short changed 10.00. I figured she would ask or seek clarification, but she did not, and I basically became complicit in my own rooking since I did not argue and I absolutely HATE arguing with masseuses over tips.All that said, the massage itself was basically fine, but nothing to write home about.parking decent.The bathroom was clean, which is better than the mcdonalds I was at earlier, but not exactly saving grace.Do not make the same mistake I did, and just drive the extra five minutes to a better place.One star feels appropriate. If on scale of 10 would be 1.5

The ambiance was okay however, my massage was great especially for the price. I left feeling less tense and so relaxed. I loved the hot stones. 👌🏽

Abysmal at best. The spa is a barely converted office space in a totally sketchy building. The front door was locked when i arrived. The receptionist, who is also the masseuse, was chomping on fast food when she opened the door. Very professional.She immediately told me this would be a clothed massage, which the Groupon did not state at all - otherwise I wouldnt have purchased it. There are no rooms, only curtains. Her phone was chiming in the next room the whole time. Schools were closed today so naturally she was babysitting her grandchild at work. The kid was talking on the phone (SPEAKER phone) just a few feet away from me. I may have even been willing to forgive all of this if the massage was any good, but it wasnt. It was rough and lacked any skill or technique whatsoever. She kept leaving the room several times. And, like someone else said above, she demanded a tip afterwards for what was probably the worst massage experience of my life. I love massages more than anything but you couldnt pay me enough to go back to this place.

Recently went here for a massage and it was one of the worst massages I have received. Price was cheap (from Groupon voucher), but that was about the only good thing. The room was next to a window so it was bright, music wasnt soothing, and the massage technique felt like it was someone who is just starting out - inconsistent pressure and focused on certain areas when it was a body massage so was rushed at the end to get to all areas.

Place is real shady. Door was locked. Inside there are two more locked doors. Some kind of office space converted to massage place.Came in as a first time customer paid the $50 price. Then I saw a Groupon and purchased it. When I showed up, they were going to set me up and when I mentioned Groupon, the manager fliped and began argueing with me. There was no fine print on Groupon at the time stating something like First Time Customer OnlyAgeless Spa charges $45 regular in Rockville. Annie Spa charges $50 in Germantown. This is not how you run businessI had called her on the phone and book the massage and explained I had a Groupon, she said I didnt. After arguing for a few minute, I left in anger. Got my refund from Groupon. Never again.

The owner doesnt have heat. I got a rash from the massage. Terrible place. Dirty

I did not get to even see if it was as bad as people say. I had a groupon and when I did not mention the groupon, availability was available the day before and the day I wanted to go. When I called again to confirm appointment and mention groupon, all of a sudden no appointments. I dont understand these businesses that want to use groupon for advertising, but then dont want to accept it after and change things around. This is not the way to do business. No one is forcing anyone to use Groupon.

Worst experience and people are not with good hospitality.I definitely say not to go here.

Communication is a HUGE problem in this place. Arranging an appointment was a big ordeal since they rarely pick up the phone, so most communication is via text. They also only offer GroupOn appts on M-F from 1-4. Once finally booked, I show up and the masseuse tells me she’s the only one there and there’s already an appt booked for that time, so I had to reschedule (for an hour later). She stated it was the manager who was texting - but again, where’s the communication? I went back for a SECOND time as asked when I showed up there an hour before. I was then told my phone number was actually written down for the next day; when the text clearly had started it was the day I had showed up. Why hadn’t they call me and avoided me going there for a second time on the same day? I was not available to come the next day so I canceled my appt and traded my GroupOn because I had a very unpleasant exchange of words with the masseuse who was blaming everything on the manager. At the end, neither of them apologized. Unfortunate because this place is so close to my house and I was hoping to become a regular but will definitely never enter that property again - not recommending this place to anyone who wants to be treated respectfully.

Very good massage environment, amazing massage techniques, I like it very much, recommend this home, I will come back again.

I have had a massage here , it feels very warm . Very relaxing .recommend it here.

Recently went here with a groupon voucher. Worst massage. I came in with body aches and I didnt leave relaxed and less tensed. The ambiance was terrible. The music was loud and not soothing. And get this....they demanded a tip.
