I had made an appointment for 9/28 and was sent the registration forms via email. I was called 9/27 at 2pm by someone at the clinic saying I needed to complete the registration forms by 4:30pm that day, which I had no problem doing. When I tried to log into the portal it said that my information was incorrect, so I called the office and was on hold for 20 min and no one answered the phone. I tried calling again for a second time and the same thing happened. I call today to correct my information because it turns out they got my DOB wrong and they had cancelled my appointment because I could not fill out the registration forms due to an error that they made. When I explained this to the girl on the phone, she completely disregarded everything I said and continued to offer me another appointment on Thursday although I kept telling her that I could not make an appointment for the rest of the week and would have to do next week. They are unprofessional and rude. I will definitely be going somewhere else and not recommending this place to anybody. I was referred here by a social worker and honestly I will talk to her and let her know of my experience so no one else has to deal with this.

Proceed. Do not pass GO of these doors, for employment or as a mental health client. Take it from an insider. As either human, you are ONLY a number. Turn over rate is horrendous. With condescending talk to, about, and with clients and employees is ABSOLUTELY ETHICALLY UNACCEPTABLE. No merit for the care of others.Ps. Take note, the co. only replies to POS reviews. I feel very blessed to have my PCP doctor at All Day Medical Care, I love their professionalism, their attention to details, their fast collaboration in helping you with finding specialist and their doctor-patient rapport is beyond expectations. I was a bit reluctant to write this review, only because I dont want this clinic to filled up with patients and in the process loose the excellent service I been receiving. Dr. Anitha Kandaswamy is an outstanding doctor, Sofia in the reception desk is very sweet and attentive with patients. I been very sick with chronic migraines and other medical conditions, she has supported me to get the treatment needed in my efforts to get better. This is an Outstanding clinic.

First, misleading name, misleading adwords for the practice. I was seeking urgent care and their name came up as an urgent provider, open late. I arrived at 4pm to be told there was no doctor on site. Another four hours in your office hours without a physician on site? What sense does that make? If you do not have a doctor on site, you can hardly call yourself “All Day Medical Care.”

I found this clinic on Zocdoc. I didn’t have high expectations. But I have to say that I love this place. The staff is professional, compassionate and friendly. My wait times are always short and the MA’s have never failed to go over my past test results and answer any concerns I have. Then there’s Dr. Kandaswarmy. She is professional, practical and listens to any concerns I may have. She assures the staff follow up with me and when she doesn’t know something, she doesn’t make it up, she finds out the answer and gives me informed information. She is one of the best Internists I’ve ever had.

We are visiting Dr. Anitha Kandhaswamy from last one year. She is amazingly polite, knowledgeable and excellent doctor. She explains everything very clearly. I cant think of going to any other doctor in this area than visiting Dr. Kandhaswamy.

The entire experience went very well. The young technician in the testing trailer was outstanding! She went out of her way to be helpful and was very competent in performing the test and getting a printed confirmation for me.

All Day Medical is the best practice the most well run and organized group of providers I have ever met. There is very little wait time and the quality of care is over the top! Their quick response time is amazing. If I could give them more that 5 stars I would!

Great place and staff, convenient location and quick service for minor things.I just wish the receptionists would wear their masks properly. It made me a little nervous to see them wearing it loosely and bellow their nose and also not enforcing social distance between patients who also werent covering their nose/mouth while in the waiting area. I was seen here last week, and it has not been a pleasant experience. My regular doctor was closed due to the pandemic, and I thought I’d just come here for a physical. The original time/day I was supposed to be seen I received a call from the receptionist telling me that my doctor had went home sick.I tried to be understanding and ended up coming the next day after. But when I called to schedule for the day after and they were asking for my date a birth they were confused because someone had entered the wrong date of birth for me.When I finally arrived at the doctor for my appointment I noticed was they are handling the pandemic very poorly. The lobby was filled with people! No social distancing in sight, and yes, some of those people were coughing, saying their chest was hurting etc.When I finally got taken back, the bathroom was definitely not the cleanest which is key for a doctors office. Then when I met with doctor, it felt rushed, I told her some of my concerns I was having she brushed it off! That’s ridiculous.Furthermore, I had gotten blood work done, and it had been a week and I hadn’t heard from them. I called them and the receptionist says “I don’t think the doctor has reviewed your blood work yet.” After a whole week?!Lastly, they invited me to the patient portal and I couldn’t access it because they entered the completely wrong address for me. How unorganized do you have to be?Wont ever be coming here again.

After calling around to find a place that took my insurance, I was so happy this place had an opening; moreover, the admin assuring me in dulcet tones that they were transgender-positive. Spoiler alert: I left this place after six months.First problem: you have to write to the admins with ATTN: DR. NAME to get any communication to your psychiatrist. Yes, even private requests go through the admin team.Second problem: no matter how much you mark it down on your records, no matter how many times you request it, if you are afab nonbinary they will call you Miss/Maam/Ms. ad nauseum. In emails, in voicemails, during calls.Third problem: the psychiatrist was clearly overworked/overloaded and rushed me off every single session.Fourth problem: While taking my family history, the psychiatrist said out loud that my moms undiagnosed anxiety disorder was probably because shed had me as a child.Fifth problem: When I developed accelerated hypertension and tried to get the attention of the psychiatrist, I had to use that through-admin email system. I got a message back FIVE days later that it was forwarded, and I got no response from the psychiatrist. I ended up going to my GP before that so I could taper off the medicine and not get, yknow, a STROKE.Sixth problem: The psychiatrist sent a prescription to a pharmacy. They had questions about it. The admins assured me the psych would answer them by the next day. The psych never did. When I called a *month later* to ask her to rei-issue the prescription, the office called (and called me Miss again) saying that Id need a new appointment so I could get that prescription I was offered a month ago.Im done. Im just so done.

Boy! This place has grown into a clean, professional, nice practice. Great new office by the Mall and plenty of parking. No rotating unexpected doctors. Dr. Anitha Kandaswamy MD is the superb one and she is thorough, friendly and and advised well on solutions, prescriptions and referrals. I was seen on time and in and out in 20 minutes. I have been going here for 4 years but now it truly is a pleasure.

Be careful when going into the behavioral health department. Memouna Foudjou was very rude and prescribed me medication the very FIRST time of me meeting her. Gave me a computer assignment test and never explained what it was for or what it determines or helps her determine. She only said “rate these from 1-4” and when the test was completed she never told me the results & prescribed me a medication that she did not FULLY explain. Also, she gave a whole speech about how she doesn’t like using medications to help her patients! But gave me one the very FIRST time of me meeting her. When I googled this medication I found out it is used for EPILEPSY ! I do not have Epilepsy! I’m writing this review after getting a second opinion from another behavioral health department and even them finding it weird that I was prescribed medication the very first time meeting with her and for something I do not have.

If i could leave zero stars I would. This clinic only cares about your money this place is a total mess and seems to have no organization what so ever. I loved Dr.Kandoswamy but I cannot return here. Slow office no disinfecting being done, only 1 pregnant lady working just running around which is just sad. I spoke with a billing manager who ended up hanging up the phone on me! Horrible practice i hope the doctor can work elsewhere. Please do not waste your time as there doesnt seem to be a practice manager here either!

I feel like the only person in the review section that came to this place for a therapist. I only came here bc my mom saw the place off the side of the road and I LOVED my therapist. But the place itself doesn’t really seem like a good place on the outside. But it didn’t really matter because I really enjoyed my therapist. I felt better going into college and I didn’t need my therapist anymore. I was told that if I wanted to see her I could do it via video. But a year later I wanted to come back and see her and I was told that she stopped practicing And there was no way for me to contact her. They never told me she was leaving or that she stopped practicing. Afterwards it was hard to find a therapist I liked. I didn’t like any of the other therapist in the building, and it took me about a year to finally find one I liked again at another company. I understand that it’s not the companies responsibility to inform someone about this, but it would be nice if they contacted me about her departure. It was also saddening how they didn’t give me any information at all to contact her again. I understand that they are not allowed to do things like that, but I just wish I would’ve known sooner.

I had trouble with the audio so we were zooming and using the phone for the audio. Other than that, everything was great. The appointment went smoothly. I got answers to my questions and we discussed my numbers.

Nice place if you are relatively healthy and need to get basic medical care quickly. My waiting time was about 15 min, which i consider not bad. Medical staff seems to be professional and attentiveto details. Overall, 4 stars, because nobody is perfect :)

Came here to see if I had strep, waited for about three minutes and was seen by a doctor immediately. Staff is very friendly and the facility is extremely clean. The doctors are very aware and knowledgeable. Would recommend this for anyone in need of an urgent care.

I have never submitted a negative review for anything as usually there is something that can be done to fix things. Apparently not so in this case...Requested appt for hubby with this Dr. through his email process. He was listed as accepting new patients in the insurance provider locator for OPTUM. I believed this Dr. would be a great fit for hubby based on his experience and positive reviews. I emailed and got an appt which was confirmed for a video meeting this morning. The process was fairly smooth (given two possible times within about 3 day window) and had telephone support to complete the paperwork although I had to spend most of Saturday preparing the massive amounts of paperwork requested by the office. Waited for the ZOOM link they were supposed to send for the video meeting this morning, but it didnt come - so I called and was put on hold a few times. Was then told this Dr. was not accepting new patients. Asked politely if an exception was possible since we had gone this far and had the confirmed appt and submitted all the required paperwork. They said no, did I want a substitute provider? No I did not - I wanted what was already set up with this Dr. Extremely upset after all the research and prep - not at all sure the Dr. was in the loop or was even contacted. Complete waste of time and energy. They should compensate me for all the effort I put in and the suffering hubby is enduring as I start over. Would have appreciated the opportunity to at least talk to the Dr. and get his take on this. How do they even stay afloat with this kind of mismanagement? Obviously this is a facility review as opposed to a Dr. review as the gatekeepers bait and switch technique did not work. No points at all and would give less if possible, but it will not post without one star...I hope the good Dr. will see this at least. I am making this public to save others the aggravation

Among all the locations I could have gone to get my drug screen done, I decided to go to All Day Medical Care Clinic which offers services including primary care and family care, family medicine services, womens health services, mens health services, pediatric services, occupational health care services, and HIV/STD services.Ill admit that I had trouble finding the entrance. The back entrance started that the clinic is on the second floor. When you go up the stairs, it says that it is not an entrance but rather the entrance is around the corner off Westland Drive. I wish that there was a sign on the door to tell people where the clinic is located rather than climb up a set of stairs or two to find out its not.This clinic accepts walk in appointments. When I arrived, I was greeted by the staff and asked if I was a new or existing patient. Since I was a new patient, they gave me a two-sided paperwork to fill out. Shortly after, I was called back to perform the drug screen. Within minutes, I was done. Shout outs to Kim and Roxanne for getting me in and out in a timely, fast and efficient manner.

Several times I’ve visited this place and they’ve given me medication however when I visit my doctor or my the specialist they inform me that this was the wrong medication or the wrong strength to treat what’s wrong with me ...I’m a very forgiving person when it comes to me but not to my children ...today takes the cake for me and I must inform others to not go here if you value your health ....recently my daughter went there with a gum infection that spread to her face...she was prescribed an antibiotic but the pain steadily increased in her face ....her ear and she was having very painful headaches ...at the end of the 5 day treatment she was still in so much pain in her face ...her face is swollen and her face and ear still hurts ....she called them back to inform them that the medication didn’t work at all for her ...she also ask for a stronger or different antibiotic and was refused service without them even looking at her ears or face ...to me this is deplorable...she could have been misdiagnosed or anything but they refuse to even check to see ...maybe she just needed a stronger antibiotic... this clinic is on the corner of where we live it’s ideal because it’s reachable when we are not able to make it to an emergency room she informed them that she couldn’t make it to an emergency room but was still refused service ...I’m so sure that these doctors are qualified to treat people but maybe you need to have better training when it comes to your listening skills...you need to pay more attention to the need of the patient ...everyone makes mistakes and just because you’re a trained professional does not make you perfect ...own up to your mistake and at least agree to try and fix it especially when a person is in pain and what you prescribed did not help ...

I went to this facility on Monday because I was experiencing chest pains and wanted to get an EKG done to assess if I needed to go to the ER. The young male Latino receptionist was extremely rude. He acted as if he didnt really want to be there and had little empathy in his approach. I presented him with my ID and insurance card but for some reason, he stated that he could not verify my insurance. He told me that Blue Cross Blue Shield office was closed so he couldnt verify it then told me I couldnt be seen and moved on with the next person. Of course, this didnt make any sense. I have a PPO and valid insurance from the tech company I work with so I know it is valid. He told me that I could not be seen and I left the facility with chest pains. I ended up going to another urgent care facility that could magically verify my insurance with ease. Negligence such as this will cost someone their life or exacerbate someones condition.

I needed to see a doctor so I went on Google to find walk in clinics that are close by. I decided to go with All Day Medical Care Clinic since it was the closet one by my house.Even as a new patient the staff was very friendly and welcoming (especially the front desk!). I filled out a few new patient forms and immediately after that I was taken in to a room to check my vital signs and then seen by a doctor. To my surprise the whole process was smooth and fast. All in all I had a great first time experience and I would definitely consider this clinic again in the near future.

The staff here is incredible! Very professional, kind and caring. All the staff members make sure that you are well taken care of. They even go a step further by calling you the next day to make sure you are feeling better. I definitely recommend this place for all your health care needs!

The front desk was very accommodating and attentive to my needs. Same with the physician on duty. She was very thorough in her diagnosis. Prescription was readily called in to my pharmacy. I picked up my meds in 30 minutes and was on the road to getting well.

Came here with my daughter, she had strep throat. The doctor called us back after four minutes and we left after 15 minutes. The doctors were great and the facility was clean. Love this urgent care and would recommend for anyone.

I want clients to be aware do not go here its possible fraudulent activity they want you to give a credit card without seeing a bill. Another issue I had experience fraud, why would I give my credit card to anyone who dont produce a single bill to you. You dont know how much your insurance is paying and they are making up payments. I am contacting medicaid , the State of Maryland and medicare to see if this is legal and dealing with vulnerable community that these people can not pay their own bills! It could be possible discrimination going on to take someone credit card and this office pay the bill for you without producing any medical bills! When I called and ask questions, they couldnt answer my questions however hung up the phone on me. I want to check everyone credentials, any fraud in their background or they just hiring from the street? What about conducting criminal background checks on these employees? Are they citizens? So much fraud going on and I suppose to trust these people who I dont know to take my credit card and pay my bills without producing any billing proof? The receptionist couldnt answer a single questions of mines and hung up just shows the incompetency and unprofessionalism this office which is a 0! Please watch before you take any services from this office incompetent staff at the front desk.

My daughter needed immediate attention after she broke a bone in her hand playing sports. The All Day Medical Care staff is very friendly. The facility is extremely clean. The doctors are very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about how well my daughter was treated.

I had a great experience, I have been having some awful knee problems after a bad fall while hiking but I hate going to the doctors so my friend told be to go to this clinic. She said that it would be quick and give me exactly what I need. The service was great! There was no long annoying wait and I would 100% come again!

It all started over a year ago when my mom came to visit me from Africa. She woke up one day not feeling good. We went to a pharmacy and took her blood pressure. It was unusually high. We decided to take her to All Day Medical Care because I had taken my kids there before and liked the results, and also because it was not too far from where we lived. She was then seen by Mrs. Solomon. Her kindness, caring, patience and loving touch amazed us all. She has everything a patient in distress would need in order to heal. She was thorough in her examination, ordered the lab work and tests she deemed adequate. When she received the results, she called our home herself after 9pm to share them with my mom. The following visits were as smooth as the first one. She managed my moms healthcare all throughout her stay, making it very pleasant and comfortable. Mrs. Solomon is an angel on this earth. We sincerely appreciate her. We wish her the best.Next time you visit All Day Medical, remember to ask for her.

I was very impressed with the staff - most especially the nurse/health attendant Fatima and the Manager Juliane. I needed a strep test. I discussed with Fatima the procedures to secure an accurate throat culture, my strep history and anatomical quirks I have about getting an accurate sample. Fatima confirmed my questions and did an excellent job. All and all I was in and out I think in 45 minutes. I have been going to a Medical Office for 20 years but under an urgent situation would use Urgent Care Facility again. The place was clean, all staff efficient, and serviced well.

I went to the clinic with my 2year old son because of his coughing and fever. The staff was very friendly and polite. After filling out just a couple of forms it didnt take too long until we were seen. The provider was very helpful and patient. She suggested a X-Ray. It was great that we could do it right at the facility. After just about 30 Minutes we got the results back. She prescribed antibiotics and nebulizer treatments. We received a call back the next day asking me how my son was doing and if I have any questions. My son is now feeling back to normal and I am very thankful for the services we received. Overall, great facility & wonderful staff that knows how to handle even the little ones!

Clean facility, nice and professional staff. I got my x-ray exam in almost no time and the report was ready in 15 minutes. Would recommend this place to anybody who needs urgent care.

Horrible. We entered the building and there was no one else there. After waiting for about fifteen minutes, finally a nurse escorted us to a small room with hardly any medical equipment in it. The nurse seemed impersonal and asked irrelevant questions. Then, the doctor came and asked some more irrelevant questions. She was condescending and dodged all of the important questions. Although I was in a serious condition, she brushed it off as if it were nothing. Then, she recommended that we go to an urgent care after we paid her our money. And theyre supposed to be the urgent care! This was an incredibly disappointing experience. I hope that none of you have to go through the traumatic event that I had to go through.

This place is terrible. I went there with my 1 year old because it was the only place close by I could find while we were in the area visiting family (we are from out of state). I knew I shouldnt expect much considering it is not a pediatric care facility and it is an emergency clinic and not my regular pediatricians office. I thought because they had an entire page on their website dedicated to pediatrics and state Our board-certified physicians and medical providers are well trained and experienced in seeing children of all ages. that it might be okay. I was wrong. We showed up at 10:05 am, the doctor wasnt even there yet. I was okay with that because the weather was bad. I filled out paperwork and was told I had to pay $100 up front because they couldnt contact my insurance company. I thought that was strange but went ahead and did it because you cant put a price tag on the health of your child. They had no working thermometers in the entire facility! The two ear thermometers did not work so the girl from the front desk took us to another room to use a regular thermometer under the arm. It said my sons temp was 106! I let it go and waited to see the doctor. When she came in she asked what was going on and kept restating what she thought she heard from me which was absolutely not what I told her. I was concerned with my sons ears (he had recently finished antibiotics for an ear infection and had been very fussy and not sleeping the previous 3 days) and just wanted him to get checked out before we flew back home the next day. She kept saying I was concerned he wasnt eating and insisted he had diarrhea when I never mentioned anything about either. At this point I had to walk out. I requested my card be refunded and left. The money was returned to my card within 48 hours like they said it would be. For this I will rate them a 1 instead of 0. Do not take your children to this place, or yourself for that matter!

I went to All Day a few days ago with fever, sore throat and cough. The staff was very polite and friendly.I waited approx. 15 minutes until I saw the doctor. She prescribed me the Z-pack which conveniently was available at the facilitys in-house pharmacy, which was really convenient! Overall, the facility was very clean, short wait time and super friendly staff.

What a great clinic. Being new to the area and needing emergency help for my asthmatic 5 year old, I was completely lost, Googled some places and came across this one, the staff was so helpful , and welcoming. The Dr as well. It was only my first time, however I will be returning. Hopefully the service and educated Drs will remain the same as my first visit.

Doctors are knowledgeable. prices are not so expensive and they stay open late on week nights thats why i bring my mother here.its worth putting up with the secretaries who are not very professional with a attitude, personal conversations on their cellphones, kind of rude if you ask me.

Needed a regular physical for work and this place was perfect. I live near by and it took about an hour to get it all done. The physical was pretty routine stuff, urine sample, vitals, etc. They were open on Memorial day and it is really nice to have the option to get healthcare on weekends and a holiday.

The weather has been pretty bad lately and I was surprised that this place was open during a snow storm, thank god. I had a high fever and a terrible cough and I thought I might be coming down with pneumonia or something. When I came in there the place was pretty empty and they had me filling out forms right away. I dont have insurance so I was getting a bit anxious but thats what a place like this is for I guess. After filling out the forms (there are like 3 sheets of forms you have to fill out) I waited for 10 more minutes and the doctor saw me.The room I was in was nothing special, pretty standard for a doctors office but at least it was clean. The doctor started by asking me questions about my symptoms and overall feelings. He took the standard heart beat test and listened to my lungs as I coughed. Next he told me that the only way to really verify that I didnt have pneumonia was to take an X-ray of my lungs. At this point I got worried again because like I said before, I dont have insurance. They ran me through the costs and it ended up being ok especially since its my health. I dont skimp out on my dogs medical bills so why would I skimp out on mine.I had to wait for the X-ray person to get things ready. The x-ray room is at the back of the clinic and once again looked like a pretty standard doctor setup. It took about 10 minutes to do the X-ray process and another 15min for them to get the results. Thankfully the results came back negative and it was just a bad cold.

All Day Medical Care clinic is one of the best places for urgent care that I have been to. The performance was on top and not expected. I would definitely refer them to my peers and others looking for something of that nature.

Worst experience ever. I dont know about doctors in this facility but receptionist is absolutely unprofessional. Her name is Meme. First she could not reach our insurance company because she did not listen the whole message on the phone. Then she spent 20 minutes in the phone in a discussion with our insurance company. And although insurance company verified our coverage in urgent care, as a result, she told us that they could not accept us because she could not find out the deductible amount. Although we were first in line we spent there 45 minutes for nothing and all this time my fiance had a high fever and cough.So what we did next, we went to Physician now urgent care and we got served in 20 minutes although we were not the first in the line. Nurse and physician were very nice and friendly. The whole team acted exceptionally great. My fiance got his diagnosis and prescription.

Be well aware it will take 1 hour before you can be seeing by the doctor. Came for my 9:00am appointment on time and asked for refund and left at 10:00AM

Absolutely amazing. Everyone was super friendly and I was taken care of quickly. Almost looking forward to the next time I need medical attention so I can go back and visit.

This is the worst place to visit when you have problems because the staff are not trained very rude and don’t understand professionalism, I Would really like to speak with the office manager or administrator , because the staff is not working for the patient but only for their money .

There was only one doctor working there and its was not a good visit. She didnt seem like she knew what she was doing but her medicinal assistant Kim was very helpful and knew so much more than the main physician did I would definitely not go there ever again.

Very happy with the how they cared for my son. He was suffering from a terrible soar throat and could barely talk. They tested for strep but it came up negative but they noticed that his lymph nodes were very swollen which probably meant that he had some sort of infection. They prescribed him antibiotics and told him to get some rest and eat appropriately (cut out the junk). The antibiotics helped a lot and thankfully he is much better now.

Great office Ive been! I got my physical exam done there, Dr. Kandaswamy was very friendly. I also got my lab work done in the office that really saved my time, other doctors office would send me to labcorp. They called me for lab result right next day. Would recommend it highly!

People, DONT GO THERE! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Employees are not friendly. I was feeling like hell, filled the necessary paperwork and was asked to pay even before the consultation! I was outraged, but not feeling well enough to walk out and drive myself somewhere else. The worst part was when I came back home and discovered I WAS NEVER SEEN BY AN MD. Yes, you read well, I was never seen by a REAL DOCTOR. I have nothing against nurses, but they are NOT doctors, and the person who diagnosed me was a practitioning nurse. Of course, they bill the full charge, as if a doctor had attended me. I will see a way to report them, because this cant be right.

They were so kind & went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. hands down the greatest clinic ever

Stopped by Sunday morning and saw a fairly empty urgent care center (one patient before us).Injury was potentially a fracture on a repeatedly injured little toe. Was seen by LynnMay, FNP, who had excellent bedside manners and provided an order for X-ray and foot specialist, along with some standard discharge instructions for managing pain and swelling.Was impressed by the care and attentiveness offered by staff members. Despite it being a minor issue at the moment, Ms. LynnMay demonstrated genuine concern through foresight and believed in addressing the root of the issue. The medical staff did not make us feel rushed out the door, but instead offered solutions for preventative care down the road.Clean facility; wait time was longer than expected even though there were no other patients.Would make this our go-to urgent care (although hopefully we dont need it).

Best urgent care/primary care clinic Ive been to. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced since I wanted it to be done professionally. The front desk staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They immediately took me back to a nicley decorated kids room and within couple of minutes, Dr. Kandaswamy came in to pierce my daughters ears for me. I was nervous since it was my daughters first time but Dr. Kandaswamy was so good, clean and gently with her. Dr. Kandaswamy made the whole experience stress free for me and though my daughter cried for a bit, she played with her to calm her down. Thats the type of doctor and place I will recommend to my family and friends for their urgent care/primary healthcare needs.

The doctor was ok, front desk staff had no idea what they were doing. Waited for over 45 minutes in total to see doctor even though I had an appointment.

Ive been continously going to this place for my ear infection and each time the doctors have checked my ear and gave me antibiotics. Finally, I had another doctor look in my ear and told me that he saw q-tip cotton in my ear. Really? I spent all this time on doctor visits and fees for nothing. Now I have to go to the ER. The staff is very friendly, but help us. Who are in need.

I was forced to go here because I now only have medical assistance. I only go here because I need my prescriptions refilled. The quality of the staff is ok. Just ok. Sometimes below average. The doctor I saw I did not like.i got a weird feeling from him that he really wasnt very educated and he just was faking things. They over refer you to every sort of specialist they can dream up that I dont want to go to and Medicaid isnt going to approve. I have learned to avoid regular hours to avoid dr. The nurse practitioner is kinder and more realistic and just wrote me my prescriptions without too much bs and requesting more tests. Ack! I just had my labs done and they were fine !! Blood pressure fine!! If your prescription has run out dont expect anyone to tell your pharmacy or let you know!! A very rude young man refused to issue my pharmacy a few pills until I could get my new dr appt! This is my high blood pressure meds. If a patient is out you cant just refuse to let them continue their prescription!!! Good god they are the very lowest of the low in minimal care. Dr sent my BF to ER cuz he thought he was having stroke. Ignorant fool ran up his insurance freaked him out when all he had was muscle spasms!! Do they get a cut of all referrals and extra tests requested? Thank you for reading. I wish I could go somewhere else but Im afraid to go to all that trouble with Medicaid

Well sure enough it was easy to get in and get seen by a doctor ..I was the only one there ,the front end people were ok and the place was somewhat clean the Dr. Vaser was nice and attentive , but thats were all the niceties end !! after filing in my prescription she gave me for my back pain and cough Tussionex felt good enough to go to work the next day ,now the Doctor had prescribed Tussinex for both since it has codine and it would help me with my back pain as much as my cough ,when I got home I didnt realize it had spilled in my backpack ,I musnt have closed it or something ..so I called in to the clinic and asked if I could get something in a tablet form to avoid this...instantly was told they wouldnt give me anything since other patients lie and say that alot to get more tussinex and that sorry btu that was not their problem and was hit with a bunch of answers without hearing fully my case was met with a barrage of sorry, too bad ,we just gave it to you yesterday all while not hearing what I was saying ...finally after I was shocked and couldnt understand she abruptly transferred me to the Dr. that day who I could not understand due to his heavy Indian accent and was very dissmisive and standoffish and would purposedly repeating my questions and patronizing me with a maybe you have pneumonia over and over ..I told him I didnt understand why he kept mentioning that over and over until I realized it was a tactic to frustrate me and get me to hang up ..well I was insenced and asked him why he was treating me like that and was only trying to ease my back pain which I still had ...to thai he kept saying ok?..ok?..ok? and finally hung up on me. Do not come here they are very helpfull if you have money or insurance with a smile..but if problems arise like me they treat you with contempt and get rid of you without hearing you out. I still have back pain and numbness in my left leg and have to other recourse but to seek help elsewhere I..I feel like I was uesd for my insurance but not taken care of ..Im soooooo sorry I came here.
