Even though Cigna is no longer accepted at Doctors First, I continue to see Dr. Shirani. She listens and treats patients with complete respect. She is very knowledgeable. Im in the medical research field and perfectly capable of understanding the research on my own. So I can attest to the fact that she stays current. She works with patients to find the best course of treatment. I could find a primary care doctor that would cost me less, but I trust her.
