Great place with amazing customer service that make you feel not just as a friend but as family, they always check up on you if you have pain in your mouth from a past appointment and make sure you dont forget your appointment, 10/10 place and its supporting locally owned businesses instead of going to big corporations that only care about the money.

My experience here has been great! My treatment has been a long one and every time I came in, I was given the best care. Treatment was explained and I was given choices. The customer service is amazing, trust me, am in health care too, so I can tell good service! And this place has exactly that. Not to mention names, the whole staff is awesome! I didnt have insurance but staff was very helpful in coming up with a payment plan that worked for me. Staff always finds a way to make the patient happy and comfortable! I really recommend this place for all your dental needs. I came here without a smile and I left with a bright one!

Unfortunately this place cant even keep a simple appointment. I set up an appointement last week in person and when i arrived they claimed i had no appointment set. I marked it on my calendar and got there and they acted as if they did nothing wrong. Glad I found a good dentist in the area! >>>> Not them. They were more interested in pricing out issues that i dont even have and all i needed was a checkup and teeth cleaning which is all covered by my insurance. I will also be changing my sons dentist because of this experience.

Amazing customer service, Tania one of the dental assistant was so kind and friendly. Tania made them feel comfortable during their examination. My kids have been a patient of smile dental center for over 5. years. As a working parent their flexibility to accommodate us on their busy schedule is truly appreciated, it resembles their genuine commitment of patient satisfaction.

Definitely recommend if looking for a great dental office. The doctors are amazing and so is the customer service. Me and my family have been patient for years and every procedure have always been done perfect 👌🏼Thank you all so much for the great work 😀

Normally I always take my children to their dental treatments, Tania Figueroa is the one who always welcomes me with kindness and a smile. Good dental place I really recommend it.

I don’t recommend this people’s, I get bad experience, they want to do everything a ones, they want to do a root canal and the crown fast to get the money, I got 2 root canal and the crown with then and after couple months I star with pain, and I get infección on my 2 root canal,BAD

Dentis did somewhat kind of a good job back in 2016 with my dental needs although i payed some extra money upfront because they recommend it and said if not all was spended on my treatment they would refund it is been 3 to 4 year and they still owe me about $300 no matter how many times i tried to get them to refund that money there is always an excuse so nope wouldnt recommend they are very unprofessional.

I waited more than a hour I moved one time and the man said he wasn’t going to do my teeth was being so disrespectful and rude.They were saying I wasn’t letting them do my teeth when I moved one time.

Fallen below the required standards of integrity . The dentist(s) in this office not professional. After I mention that the job was not done incorrectly, I was told it is the best they can do and they did a favor to me to begin with. I did pay for wrongly done favor out of my pocket but decided not to go back to fix the issue. I am afraid they will not be able to do it correctly and small fixes can lead to further damages and huge fees on the end. Feels like dentist is trying to make money by exaggerating the issue(s). I would get a second opinion and check their estimates before letting them do the work on your teeth as you may find out on the end there was no issue at all.

I will give 0 stars if I could. Overcharged nearly $2000.00 on my families treatment. Thank god I decided to look at the Explanation of Benefits that the insurance sends that I usually throw away. Anyways, Supervisor never called back. After about a month and a half of headaches, I got my money back. They still owe me 250.00 that according to them is my deductible but according to my insurance, deductibles goes towards your co-insurance/out of pocket expense. But they can keep that money. My time is worth more than that.

People from this office keeps sending my wife text reminding her of an appointment for me.This an office I didnt even know that existed, until I googled it. If theyre fishing for patients they are doing it the wrong way and it might even be ilegal.Patients beware

Never go here bad service and they only care about money. They will try to charge you well over service price. And they do bad work. Stay away!

I’ll never go back to this place!!! The guys working in the front desk are rude. Especially the one named Luis his the worst. I work in dental field so I know how insurances work. My insurance covers regular cleaning he told me it didn’t. Like what the hell? I made an appointment for cleaning took time out of my busy schedule for him to tell me I have to pay. I waited almost 2 hours just for him to tell me that. Worst customer service ever!!! Don’t waste your time!!!

Do not go here, went in for a check-up after having gone to another dentist a month prior. At the first dentist I had got fillings for one cavity. A month later I was having an issue with bad breath and I thought there might have been something going on (turns out my toothpaste was just not working for me). I brought my own X-rays and for some reason they could not read them. Said their email was down or something so they took new X-rays for me no charge. After I got the X-Rays the dentist proceeded to tell me I had 10 cavities. TEN!! I was in shock and in disbelief. The dentist sensed that and rudely told me to look at the X-rays myself, that he had 30 years of experience and I should trust him. Since I have no idea what cavities look like on an x-ray I left. He was not calming or sensitive to me as a patient, and I did not trust him to operate in my mouth. I wasnt covered with insurance at the time so they tried to push their plan with overwhelming urgency. I went to another dentist later that day, he didnt complete an x-ray but told me he only saw one cavity. 6 months later I went to a newer reputable dental practice, and after a new X-Ray told me that I only had one cavity. Long story short.. DO NOT GO HERE.

These people are awful with there clients, I had a half fast root canal done and they never put a crown nor any warnings at all. This place is not suitable for anyone please dont waste ya time at this place Ive never experienced pain like I am now 0 star rating

This dental place is friendly and they help you with everything. I came with a lot of dental problems and they helped get my smile back. Its is a good dental place I really recommend it.

Came here for a root canal. They messed up not only my crown but my daughter’s as well. They got infected and they refuse to help me out. Had to go to another dentist in order to get this problem that they caused fixed. It seems like they prioritize their money over their patients.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. First, the people who are in front of you are great obnoxious people like you are not paying them. This person Jhonny is the worst for everything he wants to charge when all the expenses are already paid and he is a very unprofessional person, they should send him to a school so he can learn more about customer service. I do not recommend this place lousy work .. and apart from serving three clients at the same time lost time and money after having almost finished the proseso I leave q I have to pay 300 dollars extra because the doctor charged me very little and I do not I could extract the last tooth and I paid the bank 8 thousand dollars and without finishing the work 😌 do not go to that place

I do not recommend this place, the workers are scammers, apart from not having the right material, when they ask you they give you a price and then another, the very unprofessional doctor seems to have no experience, they get angry when you realize they are You scam and do not want to sign payment plans or you give them insurance they treat you bad, when my daughter did the X-ray and I did not want to do the work with them because the unprofessional got annoyed apart from paying the x-rays. They charged me extra $ 25 for giving me a printed sheet bone ????? I had never been x-rayed on bond paper. Look for other more comprehensible dental places and know the work.
