Oh My God this place is amazing. The staff was friendly from the start, starting from the phone. Very professional when I walked in the door. The front desk staff we’re so nice and pleasant. The doctors are amazing, gentle and informative with my Dental treatment and procedures. The fees here the best in the area. I highly recommend this dental practice to everyone. I will keep coming here, I will bring my family and refer all my friends. Thank You for the amazing job.

Dr Lasaundra is an amazing doctor and the staff were very friendly and kind! I had my teeth cleaning done and then they want over my treatment plan. They informed me of the different options of treatments and payment plans. I am very happy with this office and staff. I highly recommend this office to everyone!

I love this office and the staff. Dr Lasaundra is an awesome doctor! She did all my dental work and I am so happy and grateful to her. The staff is attentive and helpful. The office manager took her time to explain my financials with and without insurance. She even offered payment plan options for me. I highly recommend them!

Had my first visit and it went very well. Yes I did have to wait a bit, but the treatment was done with the at most care. From the receptionist in the front to the doctor in the back, I was welcomed with the care and respect any patient deserves with a family friendly vibe that will makes it worth it to go. I do hope that the old reviews dont discourage people from going because they are making changes that is for the better, just give them shot.

This was my first visit at this office. Ive always felt self conscious about my teeth, which is why Ive prolonged dental visits in the past.The doctor at this office made feel very comfortable during my visit. Although I wasnt seen at the exact time of my appointment, the front staff was very courteous and professional. The staff was knowledgeable and explained the dental costs where as it was easy to understand.In the end, I was given an affordable treatment plan to restore my teeth. I left the office feeling hopeful and encouraged by the tender care I received.UPDATE: This dental office is looking to build its clientele without providing exceptional service. Although the first appointment was pleasant, most of the others were canceled by the staff several times in a row. The doctor would call out on a number of occasions or overbook appointments. I would not recommend this dental office.

I brought my whole family to see Dr Lasaundra and all of us were so happy with her. My whole family had our cleanings and treatments done will her. She is so amazing and professional. The staff is so helpful and kind. We have no complaints. We dont mind the waiting for great service and excellent treatment. Please dont get discouraged every person has their own point of view. First time there and everything went great. Professional and great positive atmosphere. One of ladies at thes desk was super friendly and helped me set up my next appointment. Overall, I was satisfied.

The doctor was on a call asking about iPhone upgrades. Patients walked out before me, and claimed the doctor was very busy.The staff sits around clueless. The office is not in the best condition. They have poor customer service I have never been in an office so unprofessional!!

Great first visit! At first I was skeptical of the office, my past visits with other offices were pretty bad. However, this office was fantastic, not much waiting and the doctor seeing me was very patient and thorough. Yes, the pasts reviews did influence my initial thoughts, but it seems they are overhauling the entire office for the better, so I look forward to my next visit

Have to wait a long time to get serviced. My appointment was at 10:30. Receptionist shows up at 10:35. Doctor and dental assistant show up at 10:45. Seriously? Anyway you have to wait 30mins -1hr at this place. Service is great but the professionalism, punctuality and wait times are not where they should be. If these things were improved this office would be excellent.

Ive been try Ill unsuccessfully to make an appointment for the past three months, but when you call you are routed to a call center where they can only take a message to have the office call you back to schedule and an appointment (these people are nice, but know nothing about the scheduling issues). Ive called (5 times), and gone on their website (3 times). I dont know how else to get ahold of them other than driving to the office. Im ready to take my dental records elsewhere. Very dissatisfied customer.

This is my very first review I have ever written and it seemed to me that it was greatly needed and deserved. When I went to the appt. in was astonished when I came in early morning and the front desk spoke both Spanish and English and was very pleasant. While I waited about ten minutes for the doctor and the traditional cleaning and exam went by fast, the doctor and assistance were very friendly to me as a relatively aged man. After the appt., I was sent off having a good morning and I will be very happy to come back in three months.

This place should close. The place is filthy. Patient care is subpar. The AA dentist is rude like she doesn’t want to be there. That woman cleaned my teeth for 3 minutes just to end up telling me how my teeth more time to be cleaned. I asked why? She directed me to the assistant to answer my questions. The Assistant requested that I made another appointment . I told them you are not going getting an extra dime from me. Then my son wal called and she did the same thing. Someone must report this dental office to the state of Maryland. Many healthcare providers set up their office in poor neighborhoods just to take advantage of the poor who are enrolled in Medicaid. I ask my insurance never ever to refer to this kind of dentist again. I am paying a whopping amount of money in premiums and I deserve a better care.

This office is very unprofessional. Doctor answered personal phone call during visit. She was very judgmental when it came to my teeth. I came to this office knowing that I needed a lot of work done on my teeth. She showed no compassion and lack of respect to her paying patients. Then, when it came time to get my treatment plan, I was told that the oral surgeon I would need does not accept my insurance, and that they would not refer me to anyone who would accept my insurance. WASTE OF TIME. Do not go here.

I showed up for my appointment and the door was closed and the lights were off. I called the office and the receptionist said someone was on their way but 30 mins later no one showed up. This practice doesnt seem operational and they are clearly unprofessional. Dont waste your time!

I am writing this complains reference to in my bad visit on Feb 26th 2018 and March 7th 2018. Dr, Sandra treated my teeth which cause of suffered pain in weeks and still having pain due to bad adjustments. improper crown repaired, bitten adjustment. I have spoken to dr, Sandra regard this serious matter she stated that she have done her best and she dont want to debate about it. Dr. Sandra respond were very disappointed then I have decided to go another dentist clinic they had advice this issues needs adjustment the adjustment wasnt done correctly. i am not calling her as doctor. Sandra shouldnt deserve tittle dr. I believe she doesnt have any experience or lack of job duties causes suffering pain. this kind of action shouldnt tolerated. what a terrible doctor I have visited. this doctor should be punish. some one need to check her doctor certificate or license

So our first visit, we set up an appointment over the phone. After coming in on Saturday November the 11th, we found that the appointment wasnt set. So they told us to leave and come back in an hour. After doing so we get back and proceed to wait for four entire hours before getting seen. Myself for a routine cleaning, and my wife for a root canal. The man Robert charged me 360 dollars that night, 125 (so he said) for the cleaning, and the rest as a deposit for the root canal. Due to the long wait, he took me to the back to show me a binder full of names from the people that have DHMO and are here specifically for their clinic. I felt uncomfortable being shown such things given the fact that I used to work in IT and we were thoroughly trained in HIPPA regulations. That information should have been private, but due to the circumstances of the wait, and a shouting patient who was waiting longer than we were, he felt comfortable enough to show me. From that moment we should have taken it as a red flag and moved on.My wife set up another appointment, when we got there, we found out that there was malfunctioning equipment and that they would have to reschedule.The rescheduled appointment we go in and she gets charged another 390 dollars. Then they call asking for 100 dollar deposit for a crown. Then another 505 dollars for the crown the next day at her actual appointment, in which she was seen and told she would not be getting the crown. But that was fine, they assured her, they said there would be no payment next time we arrive.Several rescheduled and missed appointments later. (Malfunctioning equipment, four hour wait period so she left, another reschedule, one time the doctor was sick), she gets seen again. This time telling her they would not do the crown, because she was still bleeding in her tooth.With all of the weird occurances that happened at the office, I figured I should call the insurance to find out the actual prices, since I was charged a total of 1355 dollars for a root canal, a cleaning, and a porcelin crown. On our final appointment, we talked to the only sensible doctor in the practice. Not only did he tell us the root canal wasnt complete, but he had also written it in the notes for her visit. Available in her file. We also talked to them about charging us so much, the insurance had said a root canal is 335 dollars, and the cleaning should have been free (2 free a year with Cigna DHMO).The man at the desk, South Indian named Robert, proceeded to first refund the crown (we decided to change dentists), then he proceeded to print out the pay schedule for 2017 because in 2017 the cost for a root canal rose to 445. When the nurse pointed out his mistake, he glared at her and continued to explain how this was indeed the new fee schedule from Cigna. He explained that he was only charging me the estimated amount for such services after charging the insurance. That the 1355 were just estimated, but kept arguing with me about some hidden fees and copays that the insurance claims coverage speaks nothing about. I got the immense feeling that if I had not noticed, I would not have received any form of a refund.This is not the way businesses should be run, and that entire business just seems extremely shady. Im writing this mostly as a warning for anyone thinking to conduct business with them.
