I have been going to PVC for probably close to 3 months now. I came needing help with neck pains that had become constant throughout the day everyday and I could not ignore it a moment longer... I was desperate.I made some different calls to Chiropractors in the area and felt Dr. Spiro may be the best for me. 3 months later, I was right. The pains in my neck are hardly there now, I have better range of motion turning my head, I am feeling really good and able to workout more which I was missing so much as well.Dr. Spiro has also been working on me using dry-needling. I had never done this before and didnt have any expectations. Dr. Spiro was seeing I have a lot of tightness in muscles and joints from trauma (martial arts). I honestly didnt know and thought some of the tightness was normal and fine. Well, Dr. Spiro did some dry-needling on my legs to help my knees. I had a pain in 1 knee, but didnt think it was treatable because I had had this examined by doctors before. Nothing was done. The dry-needling worked and I am amazed everyday now! I used to wear a brace on one knee when working out because of a knee-cap pain I had when doing squats, lunges or bending in general. THAT PAIN IS GONE. Both knees feel fresh and I can do my exercises without discomfort. Its pretty amazing because I complained about the nuisance for 4-5 years.So, PVC is a great place like other reviews share and Dr. Spiro is able to help in so many ways. I have been seeing Dr. Theodore weekly for about 18 months, when I first started I had near continuous back and neck pain with constant tension and aching. Dr. Theodores regular spinal manipulation therapy and dry needling has been a tremendous benefit to reduce my pain levels in my lower back and mid spine. He has also dramatically increased my range of motion in my neck. The entire staff is welcoming, pleasant, caring and very friendly. An overall wonderful experience!

Very nice staff, clean location and equipment, excellent services provided with integrity - the one a true professional displays when suggesting and performing the services you need, not the most expensive and/or fancy that benefit their business, not your health. You can easily recognize everybody at this practice genuinely cares for your well-being. The only shortfall I have noticed is that they dont provide you smiling face stickers at the end of each session.

The moment I walked into this establishment, I felt at home. The Doctor and Staff are friendly, warm, provide great customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable. The Staff keeps the office clean and the whole experience is very relaxing. I always enjoy my visits and encourage everyone to visit as well.

Before seeing Dr. Theodore I was under the care of pain management taking all kinds of pain pills, A six visits Im no longer taking any pain meds. The staff is friendly and caring. The treatment rooms and office are always clean and sanitized after each patient. I give PVC 10 out of 10

Very helpful, friendly office with fun energy! Dr. Theodore instantly notices my alignment and muscle issues when I come in, even guessing some before I tell him. So impressive! Im sure this is partly because hes trained in physical therapy as well as chiropractic care, which I think is a powerful combination. This means that when I need it, he does some quick muscle work on top of the adjustment. He has also been so kind and generous with me, working out a treatment/payment plan that I could handle with my budget, which I am incredibly thankful for it because I would not have been able to receive treatment otherwise! Hes kind, fun, energetic, and truly caring, and this reflects in the whole office -- even the music is fun and gives me energy. In short, you will feel better with Dr. Theodores treatment, you will ENJOY your visits, and you will feel like you are valued and that you belong, which is a wonderful feeling.

I have had muscle spasms in my back for most of my adult life. I began seeing Dr. Theodore in January 2019 and my back has never felt better. I initially went in for neck and lower back pain and within several visits the pain was gone. I go back monthly for adjustments and I have not had any neck or back pain since early last year. Dr. Theodore and his entire staff are very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend the practice for chiropractic care.

My husband, me and our two daughters (and my parents and sister) have been going to Dr. Theodore for several years now and really love him and the whole office setting where everyone is so nice and helpful. I like the techniques he uses for his adjustments which always leave us feeling better, and the wonderful massage chairs for after your adjustment are a great bonus. My one daughter in particular has been diagnosed with migraines for about 6 years and she feels that her migraines have decreased significantly in frequency and severity due to Dr. Theodores adjustments and care. He is very honest and open about what he thinks he might be able to accomplish through his adjustments, and clearly loves people and his profession. We highly recommend him!

I have been going to Dr. Theodore for years. He is the best and his staff makes you feel so welcome. I have had many issues from back, hip, shoulder, knees and I always feel better when leaving there. Nice family business that truly cares about your aches and pains. I love going to see doctor Theodore. He actually takes the time to listen to your issues and explains things in a way you will definitely understand. My back pains have gotten so much better. The staff is also great. they are kind and male toy feel like pay off the family. I highly recommend this place to any and everyone! I also take my 5 year old daughter here as well. She always asks when we will go back because she enjoys if so much.

Went to Dr. Spiro for my frequent migraines after my fiance recommended him. He did a complete assessment before recommending a treatment. After about two months of consistent adjustments my migraines that were happening about twice a week were almost non existent. Dr. Spiro and his staff are friendly and care about their clients. Plus the message chairs after adjustments are pretty awesome as well.

Dr. Theodore is quite simply one of the most skilled and effective chiropractors in Maryland. I can state this unequivocally because I receive tremendous feedback from the clients that I refer to his practice. I recently referred him a young man who was in a high impact auto accident. In the days following the accident, he was in tremendous neck and back pain. My client thanked me after his FIRST visit to Dr. Theodores office. A couple of years ago a friend recommended her chiropractor when she saw me walking my dog while bent over with back pain. I have been going here ever since. The family oriented atmosphere is one that makes you feel welcome while the care is top notch.

Doc Spiro and his staff have provided excellent service and care for my back issues for nearly five years now. A family run business, their relationships with their clients has always been personal and warm. Extremely pleased, and hey, Im writing this review from their rolling table now!

I like this place. 4 stars only because it sometimes feels rushed. But seriously, great place.

I have not seen the Doctor, I have the most horrible scheduling experience with the receptionist. She was rude and did not want to listen . I tried to spell out the name for her but she said I talked too fast. I only said my first name, that was all I said. She asked me the group no of my insurance card, I have been with this insurance for 10 years, and each and every doctor office asked about the group no, and I had never run in to any problem. This receptionist said if you have this insurance, the group no should only be 3 digits!. This is not what it says one the insurance card, my insurance clearly says the RXGrp no has 8 digits. She kept saying this is not what the group no is, I said the only number that has 3 digits is enrollment code. She made me feel like I cant read my insurance card and I was wrong. At the end of the conversation, she didnt even say bye and hang up. What kind of customer service is that?

If youre like me, you only go see the chiropractor when youre in pain. I dont do the preventative maintenance that I probably should, so typically if I walk into their office Im nearly doubled over with low back pain. On nearly every occasion I have walked out of their office a new man, with the only residual pain some soreness that goes away within hours. Dr. T has a fantastic manner about him that is both comforting and dynamic; you feel like you are a part of your own treatment. Every time I see him I say that I wish I didnt need to see him, but when I do I am grateful that he is there!And for those who are skeptical of chiropractic care, Ive gone from a pain threshold of 10 down to a 1 without swallowing a single pill, so maybe give it a try before going to an orthopedist who can only mask your pain instead of healing you.

I took a 9ft. Fall x-rays didnt show anything. Came to see Spiro, a few visits later everything was normal no pain

I was referred to this office by a friend and the staff here is awesome. Everytime I call the office, the receptionist is always generous and polite. They work with my schedule since I am always busy and they are willing to reschedule my appt if I have to. Elizabeth is one of the main receptionist and is usually the one to call me and schedule most of my appts. She is very friendly and helpful. The doctor is also the best. He knows everything that is wrong with my back when I tell him about my pain from that race I did last week, he knows what to do. He helps me in every way possible to get me ready for the next Triathlon or Marathon. I am grateful to have him as my chiropractor. After my adjustment, I feel great especially after sitting in the best massage chair ever. I would recommend anyone to come here. :-)Rob Roa.
