I messed up my lower back when I was a marathon runner. Im pretty careful not to do anything too strenuous but I still sometimes do something that causes my back to tighten up and spasm. I have been going to Dr. Taylor for over 10 years and he always takes care of my back issues and often at a moments notice. He has genuine care and concern for his patients. He also has a very friendly and helpful staff. If you have back issues, I highly recommend Dr. Taylor to everyone.

Dr. Taylor is the Miracle Doctor. I have been to his office quite a few times with different levels of pain. With his expertise and incredible approach to target the impacted area, I walk out feeling like Im back to normal. He has such a wonderful staff who makes you feel at home. I was having issues with my low back from years of sports. Everyone in the office was super pleasent and helpful. I got an EOB from my insurance and was confused. I just paid my long term chiropractor of 14 years Dr. Stephen Taylor office a visit on Tuesday 10/6/20 to have my body snapped, cracked, and popped back into place. I had been experiencing excruciating tightness and discomfort due to a few of my joints being out of place which caused my legs to tighten up as I walked just a short distance. My treatment went well as usual as I expected, and the Dr. answered all of my questions and concerns. His staff of two assistants Jenny and Geneses are always ready to assist me with answering any questions concerning billing options. The ladies area always professional, courteous, polite, and respectful regardless of whatever temperament I may come in the office with on any given appointment. My visits are always pleasant and I always leave satisfied thats why Ive been a faithful patient for over 14 years and counting. I would highly recommend Dr. Stephens Chiropractor services to any of my friends, family, and co-workers looking to get their body realigned to be able to move about without pain and discomfort while theyre just going about their everyday activities.

I had a horrific experience with the receptionist, Jenny. She took 18 months to bill me and she proceeded to argue with me and get defensive about basic questions I was asking regarding the charges. Not to mention she marked the bill as past due after not even being billed for 18 months post appointment. Their billing system is very sketchy and it’s odd she couldn’t tell me the original cost of service before billing my insurance. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache and avoid having to deal with the most unpleasant person, Jenny! I am definitely submitting this shady practice to the BBB.

Dr. Taylor is the best chiropractic Ive tried for the last 2 years.First, I had some doubts because of a past experience where its always the same things every week!I have regular issues with my lower back and my neck (due to past hernias) and Dr. Taylor did an excellent job at making me feel better. He also helps me with huge muscular issues after the loss of my wife.He really listen to the patient and never tries to make you come back every week if its not necessary.Even though Im really better, I still go and get regular adjustments and I feel great!The office staff is really efficient, friendly and helpful.I would highly recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone!

I have had back issues for several years and have been to a neurological institute, to medical doctors, and, of course, to chiropractors. I am not discrediting anyone, but I can honestly say, I really dont know how I could have lived all these years without the chiropractic treatment that I have received for my pain and discomfort. Not all chiropractors are the same. There are different approaches and different techniques that are used. Just as important, I feel, is the personal approach of the doctor- each person has to feel safe and comfortable with the doctor they choose.This brings me to Dr. Taylor. When I go to a doctor, I want him to listen to my problem- to hear me- to let me have the opportunity to tell him what I am feeling, how I am hurting, etc. Dr. Taylor does this. He does not interrupt and give me a book answer, then treat me in a book fashion. He evaluates what I am saying, along with his examination, and then makes a determination for my personal problem. Because of this, I have been so fortunate to live a very active life. When I am careless and do something stupid to aggravate my back. I know I can make an appointment, and Dr. Taylor will fix it. I also believe it is important to maintain by having routine adjustments - sometimes this is inconvenient, and I forget to do this. But no matter, when I need help, I know I can count on Dr. Taylor.
