Working here from out of state. Had some what felt like cardiac symptoms. Left a request for appt on his web site. The next day I received a phone call and an appointment within 48 hrs. Staff were wonderful and caring. DR spent as much time with me as I needed and came up with a follow-up treatment plan. Would rate his office operations as extremely professional. Excellent all round experience

New Patient- Front desk staff was very friendly and quick with check in. Dr. Lal is VERY thorough, knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. I was in the office longer than expected for additional testing but that did not bother me at all. I also like how some of the labs, screenings and testing are done in house and you dont have to be referred out. Overall my experience as a new patient was great.

I have come to the place after three years and the place is still kept the same way I left three years ago meaning the staff over there follow the policies and guidelines. they take good care of their patients in timely manner. As what they mention in the paperwork that is exactly how it goes at cardiac arrest. The staff over there are personable. I like it a lot. I would recommend you to anyone who is having issues with their HEART.

They were very thorough and were able to fit me in at the last minute for an appointment before I was scheduled for surgery. They explained everything well and were able to assure me I had a clean bill of health.

Honestly THE BEST doctor Ive ever had quite possibly, really listens and cares.

This Dr. was extremely rude and told me not to come back if I did not lose some weight. First, I was only a few pounds overweight at the time, and secondly I was asking for help and he pushed me away. I have since went to a new doctor that has helped me. Very disappointed in this medical unprofessional.

Dr. Lal has always been caring and respectful to me, I am an older patient over 80 and have been in great heart health because of his care and advice.

Everyone in the office is very nice and professional. However, the doctor spent about 90 seconds with me before saying he wanted to run a bunch of tests. Can’t help but wonder if he does this with everyone so he can bill the insurance companies.

Yes, the wait might be long but its due to the number of patients they have to see, its almost always a full house the few times Ive been there. That being addressed, I feel like Dr. Lal and his staff are courteous and nice. They joked with me and put me at ease, used my background to advised me on what to do to mitigate my condition. My interaction were positive so Ill recommend if you have the choice of choosing your own cardiologist.

He is our family doctor for over 20 years. Great doctor meet you with smile. Spend the time with you as family. Good on returning call. His staffs are amazing.

Dr. Lal is great at putting you at ease and taking your concerns seriously. He takes appropriate steps to ensure your cardiac health. For me Im only 46, but I had been having some disturbing symptoms and he didnt blow me off. He took me very seriously and ordered several tests so at least if they do all come back normal, I can rest assured that it is not a cardiac problem, but some other issue. To me the worst kind of doctor is the one who wont take your complaint seriously and just sends you on your way with nothing after youve paid your hard earned money and spent your valuable time at their establishment. Dr. Lal is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Lal and his staff get a 5 star plus rating. They saved Jacks life. When I called they immediately got him in for an appointment with Dr Lal. The diagnostic tests showed some abnormalities and within a day Jack was getting a new stent for a 100% artery blockage. Dr Lal and staff personally marshalled us through the process. Jack is 54 and a marathon runner so the fact that he had coronary artery disease took us by suprise. Capital Cardiac Care is indeed World Class health care at its best. No stone was left unturned in the persuit of finding the definitive diagnosis and fast. My dad has been a patient of Dr. Lal for 4 years. The staff cares more about what theyre going to eat for lunch rather than assist patients. We had to wait 1 hour prior our actual appointment time.

Did not have a good experience at this office. Doctor is trying too hard to be funny, but I did not go to doctors office to be entertained. Super long wait and lack of explanations on procedures.

Made an appointment online for 10am and received confirmation. when i arrived the office had its lights off and no one was there. extremely disappointed and a huge waste of time.
