Any clinic I have to visit I automatically feel my anxiety rise. But I must say, visiting the Gaithersburg site, I was greeted w professionalism and compassion. I think my nurses name is Tiffany, but I feel she’s goes out of her way to make my experience as comfortable as can be. I hope not to be back, but because I probably will be, I’m happy my care is in her hands or you all continue to recruit quality people on your staff. It makes a difference and it’s not unnoticed.

I love this place. Everyone there is really nice. Ive been getting my blood drawn here for a few years now and I really like the staff change. They are really quick and efficient.

The service is going down every time I go. Take longer and longer. Staff rude to each other. This happen in front of the supervisor. This is not a place for customer first. I wish I have somewhere can go to replace this. Ridiculous.

I had the pleasure of encountering Amber at the PSC. I dont think Ive ever had such a pleasant experience having my blood drawn. She acknowledged me right away and with a smile. She gave clear instructions and her technique was exceptional. I honestly didnt feel a thing. I even enjoyed our chitchat. From one healthcare professional to another..Shes amazing! The other guy at the desk, an older gentlemen, could take some pointers from her! Ill be back and sure to call and see if Amber is working first lol.

This place will keep billing you even when you pay there bill stay away and look for another place they will keep billing even if you have a proof of payment

Worst place to go for health care.
