Osman is the best! He listens to what you want and does just that. For reference, I typically get acrylics with gel polish and some sort of minimal design.

The worst gel, wear off less than 6 hours later. I I usually do better myself than this pedicure.Huge disappointment

I am pretty disappointed in this place. I did like they used liners in the foot tubs. But my manicure was severely lacking. She blamed my short nails as to why they couldn’t be painted properly. Update: they chipped after 3 days as well

Came in early when it opened so the tech can take their time. The service was rushed anyway.They made me feel like I couldn’t get what I really wanted (which was designs). Had to tell the other tech to make my thumb nail on both hands even. I felt like I was the only one with two eyes and can measure. SMH.Won’t be coming back. Will take my money elsewhere. The reason why we need more black owned nail salons in Montgomery County, MD!!

Took my sister to get her nails done for her bday she got a full set with gel and a pedicure with gel color and she loves them. He did a wonderful job and he was gentle with my hands...and my nails came out better than the picture that I showed him... I also got a pedicure done with gel Polish and the ladies who helped me were lovely they assisted Armin and they were just as kind as him one of the ladies even tested out the Polish for me to make sure I like the Polish before I got it put on my toes...Thanks Ladies!! I get acrylic set with gel and the organic pedicure every 2 weeks. As a server i am constantly on my feet and the organic pedicure is so relaxing and helps a lot with sore feet. My nails always come out great and last past 2 weeks

Horrible experience!!!! I was requesting for a gel acrylic nails. When she got to the shaping part she couldn’t do it. One nail was thicker than the other. I asked for a square shape and some were square others looks round!!!! I had to fix some nails myself…. She kept talking in her language with her co worker which made it even more uncomfortable. I came to another salon to fix them and the shape had to be change to coffin because the shaping was done incorrectly… please don’t waste your time here!!!!

I usually don’t write reviews, but this was THE most unprofessional business I’ve ever been to. I walked in for acrylic nails and a pedi, and the man (I think his name was James and he was definitely the owner/manager) took me as his client.Everything he did was rushed and sloppy. He needs his eyes checked because he put every nail on crooked, then got extremely annoyed and rolled his eyes when I asked him to fix it. He muttered in his language behind his face mask. I should have left at that point, but he convinced me that he knew what he was doing… He didn’t. I couldn’t believe how he talked to me, calling me “picky” over and over. Luxury nails?? What a JOKE.Highly recommend finding another business to take your hard earned money to.

My dip lasted 4 weeks without a single chip and I’m rough on my hands. Only reason I had to get them done is because my nails grew out so much, and that even after they dipped them perfectly to the cuticle. They were so thorough, take down your info for contact tracing just in case. Plexiglass between you and technician. Very clean. Will be returning for my next dip manicure. Well priced too!

Walked in with no appointment and luckily was seated right away, but the whole job was rushed. A male tech took me in and seemed preoccupied and very impatient. No attention to detail. Should have asked for another tech or gone to a different establishment.

I came in late on a Thursday. The salon was clean and I was the only customer , which was appreciated given COVID. During my pedicure, the lady clipped too far and cut my toe. It is still bothering me three days later. I called the salon but was told “there’s nothing we can do. We tried and we cut you, oh well.” That seems... completely unacceptable. I also got a dip manicure and it doesn’t look very good. Overall, disappointing and potentially dangerous if my cut gets infected.

Very good and excellent service, done at reasonable prices. I love how much attention was paid to my toes and fingers and how well they turned out. I will be back!

This will be the last time I do my nails or wax here. A waste of $50 to do a gel manicure and eyebrow wax. I did my nails last Friday, one the ladies left gel on my cuticles and some streaks of the polish on my nails, and after a few complaints for her to fix it, I still wasn’t completely satisfied. 3 days later, the gel nail polish was already chipping and stripping off. It’s supposed to last at least 2 weeks. Then another lady did my brows, she didn’t know how to trim and clean them at all. I had to ask her multiple times how to clean them. The only reason I paid was to avoid any problems.

They were not following Covid guidelines. Not temperature taken, no plastic between pedicure stations. Also, my manicure looks like I did it. There is polish on my cuticles. Took a short period of time. I went there because of the great reviews. Do not go if you are concerned about Covid.

This place is beyond exceptional. Me, my girl friend, and her toddler came in an hour before close and they graciously accommodated all our needs including keeping the three-year-old happy and painting her nails sparkly pink which she was delighted about. They gave her gummy bears took there time on all of us and made us feel like VIP members. We will definitely be back there!

I have been trying numerous nail saloons and nail technicians in the area to finally find 2 of them (so far) in here. Both the manager and Anne did an amazing job, my manicure looks PERFECT, this is a word I rarely use. They work very attentively but fast, very nice and clean. Strongly recommend if u are still looking for a good nail salon and very nice technicians.

August 2020: Post-renevation, the service is extremely poor, the quality of the products is extremely poor, the quality of the work is extremely poor, the prices went up, and the work takes a longer time. The staff complains, leaves early, and never keeps an appointment. Today was the last time that I make an appointment, it gets confirmed, and they act like I am disrupting them at home. I made an appointment with Osman for 1845, at which time, he was working on two different people, then confirmed my appointment online at 1846. At 1851, I was asked if I had an appointment after repeatedly telling them that I do, then told to come back tomorrow and ignored. I will never return to Luxury Nails.February 2020 Update: My primary complaint is their business hours. They do not honor their posted hours, which is illegal and wholly obnoxious. They are already limited and inconvenient, but unless I suddenly have nothing else in life to do, they close the earliest on weekends and are closed before I can get there on inconvenient weekdays. They usually close an hour early. They either politely decline service during posted hours or are simply completely close after taking the time to drive all of the way there to spend money on services that are not mandatory. I really appreciate the technicians, however, because of this ongoing problem that seems to be unquestioned in this area, I am always looking for a new salon. I would have left my 5-star rating, however, professionalism determines my democratic economics.---December 2019 Update: Many months and services later, I am still a very happy regular. Every single technician in the shop consistently does excellent work and continues to provide excellent service.---April 2019: needed to find a new nail salon in the area and I found it here. I received very good service and am further pleased with the prices. The staff is very friendly, the shop is very clean, and the service was excellent. I was in and out in an hour after my pedicure and gel manicure. I will definitely be a regular here!

I disagree with the review below that says no one at Luxury Nails does good nails. The reviewer should try Cindy...Ive been going to her for over a year now after her sister Kim (who I went to for about 10 years) left. Its not the same since Kim left, but Cindy does a great job.

Super amazing. They fix all your broken nails, chipped pieces, and really take time to fix your stuff for little to to extra charge. They really take care of you here.

I had a perfect experience. Anh did my acrylic nails and gel polish. I was so relaxed, which never happens in nail salons—usually a question or judgement and everyone seems to be talking about customers. Anh took time to ask me what I like and was so patient and helpful in choosing a color!I also had a pedicure. The girl who did it was so genuinely sweet and adorable. My toes look so cute and I am so sorry I do not remember her name!My nails looks incredible, and I am thrilled. So happy I found my new place!!
