I had the exact opposite experience with some of the same staff mentioned in a bad review below. They were pleasant, helpful, efficient, and the doctor listened, was empirically minded, and communicated well.

Had a terrible experience with Dr. Lyda Cuervo Pardo- she is bossy and apathetic. She and her nurses are really rude (Gabby, Lindsey). There is an obvious lack of professionalism at this clinic and every experience I endured was problematic.Dr Cuervo will charge you to make an appointment to come talk to her, instead of utilizing modern day telemedicine or phone speak to a patientThey charged me over $300 for a test THEY knew they should not have performed. It was a blatant medical error that was handled carelessly and irresponsibly.The nurses are inattentive, disrespectful, rude and condescending. They were not willing to answer my concerns about the appointments, tests or procedures. I am disappointed by the quality of care I received at this University of Florida institution.

My wife went to this clinic after we did an elimination diet and had positive test by her pcp for food allergies. We wanted to see if further work up would be beneficial. My wife was told that she does not have allergies (despite elimination diet and failed reintroduction) because she does not stop breathing when she eats those foods. She was also told there is no reason to avoid these foods even if severe abdominal pain and bloody diarrhea present. She was then told they did not want to test her for bee allergy despite suddenly developing significant reactions after a recent bee sting. It was a waste of time and money, all they wanted to do was giver her seasonal allergy meds and send her on her way.

The people that work in this office are so nice, friendly, and helpful. I was able to be seen right on time which you hardly ever see at any other doctors offices. Definitely the best allergy doctor to see in the area, and if you need to get lab work done it can be done right there in that office building. So convenient! Relatively easy to find as soon as youre in the building, as well. Schedule appointments in advance is my one recommendation.

I was extremely overcharged for a 5 minute consultation... $200 (with insurance) for a lady to tell me no im not allergic to blueberries... she hasnt convinced and to this day i will not put one in my mouth fear i will break out. since ive eliminated that out of my diet my skin has considerably cleared up.... the doctor was so rude and thought i was crazy for thinking i was allergic to blueberries...
