If I could give it minus 5 stars, I’d do it.My family and I went to the Gainesville location for a physical exam, first of all, the two Hispanic girls or “NURSES” don’t have experience taking blood out, the first girl didn’t want to take the blood out of my wife because she couldn’t find the vein, the other one, the same story, but she ended up pinching my wife all over the hand trying to get the vein, and guess what? She could never find the vein. The Doctor had to do it, taking the blood out from her hand and not from the arm, as all experienced doctors and nurses do.The place is dirty and old, it doesn’t seem to be a clinic, and to finish, the exam is not performed completely. They don’t do the urine test. How disappointed.

This is the best team of doctors and staff I have ever met. They go out of their way to help in every way possible. They generally call all patients by name and treat you like family. My hat goes off to such a Beautiful caring staff. It is hard to find this kind of treatment in the medical world. To most you are just a number and a pay check and could care less about your health and helping you improve it. I promise you will find the help you need here or they will find someone who can help you. This place is 201 percent caring and take the time to listen to all your concerns and needs and most of all without judgment in any way. They have truly been a Blessing not only to me but my family and my husbands family.

Ive never experienced care and competence like I have here. They have wonderful doctors and staff.

Truly amazing crew, always in and out. Anyone company that is lucky enough to have a contract with them will be impressed, they take very good care of their clients.
