I loved my massage. The person was wonderful and asked me every so often if the touch was correct. You know harder or softer. She worked really hard to move knots that I had in shoulders and legs. She put a lot of effort into the massage and I totally enjoyed it. Was a member of another massage place and this was sooooo much better. Going back next week.You will love it, person on time, not crowded, and felt very comfortable.

I will never go back there but not because of the massage therapists but because of the owner. Today was the 3rd time in as many weeks that I called to see if someone was available to give massage as all of them are very good, and the owner answered and I asked for Cindy but she was not in so I asked if anyone else was available and he said yes and asked when would I like to come and I said is 20 minutes ok and he said yes and we will see you then. But When I got there he told me that no one was available. He did not even apologize and I left.My problem is is that this was the 3rd time this has happened in the last few weeks and I have been a regular customer there since they opened but now I will take my business somewhere else!!! the disrespect and lack of consideration for my time to drive there and my gas that I use to get there by the owner is terrible and with no apology at all and I would not recommend based on the owners lack of respect or customer service

Gave someone a massage for their birthday, and I was told they didn’t like the massage. The person who gave the massage on spent most of the time massaging their back area and only spent 5minutes on the front before they were ushered out. I feel so bad this person was treated so poorly on their birthday. Thank you to the lady who gave the massage, smh, I won’t go there again for myself nor will I refer anyone there.

The BEST massage EVER!! Anna really takes her time to understand my needs and concentrates on those areas. Shes so calming and knowledgeable, I will only go to her for massages. I went for a body massage and later sent my husband who also loved her. He said she has magic hands. He made his next appointment immediately after his session. Shes amazing!

Just had a massage at Lido, and not only was it professional, but it was the best massage of my life. I work long 12 hour shifts and will get two or three massages a year as I start feeling worn down. Because a massage is expensive, they are rare treats. As long as Lido keeps giving massages like today, they will have my business for life. Thank you to my masseuse! You did an amazing job!
