I have tried getting into several massage places in Gainesville. They are always booked. I just happened to be at the mall and saw Chi Massage and thought I’d give it a try. My massage was one of the BEST I have ever had! I will always try to stop in there when I’m in Gainesville!

Love this place, its clean,friendly, and welcoming. They take their time and work out your muscles. Only issue Ive ever had is sometimes they can be a little forceful to the point of pain but other them that perfect..highly recommend

It was an ok massage not really what I was expecting for a reflexology massage nice people. But it kind of seemed like they were just going through the motions to get to the next customer. Probably wont go back

Clean environment and friendly staff. Very good at what they do and offer a wide variety of services. When they say 30 or 60 minute massage...they mean it. These other places count talking to you about what you want out of the message as part of what your paying for. Very honest. Wife and I enjoyed it a lot.

I was having a bad day and just needed something to make me feel better. I called several places and understandably they were booked. I called here and they said come on in. There are only 2 workers, very hard workers, so I did have to wait 50 minutes, but it was worth it. I dont remember her name, but its the only lady there, did an excellent job for a table massage. Only reason for 4 stars is because the language barrier. For example, she was doing perfectly as far as pressure goes and I had asked to do my feet or something and she said more pressure? and I said no, but then she did more pressure... not a huge issue, but the language barrier is an issue. Other than that excellent service. Clean, too! I will go back.

They have a specific sign to call to make appointments. My wife and I made one. Drove an hour to get hete only to find out no appts taken. Staff does not speak English. Will never come back again.

Clean and the massage was amazingly therapeutic. Reasonably priced. Andy did my massage and he was amazing, attentive , considerate, and seemed to have a very good grasp on massage technique. My particular massage was some deep tissue and Thai stretching massage combo. I’d go here again. I had to acclimate and properly position on the table so my face rested properly.

The best massage in the town. clean and comfortable , nice massage therapists, i have a very relax experience. i will keep going.

Overpriced, bad massage, incomplete service and they asked you for a tip at the end. Pretty much 1/minute.

Did a 30 minute table massage and 10 minute foot massage for $45 plus tip. Well worth it!!
