Overall a good experience. Took about 3 hours but there VERY busy lots of people need there service. Nurses VERY nice and professional. People giving bad reviews about wait time should realise there not the only patient there. Nurse Dianne was fantastic....

Sat over 3 hrs for my husband that has a super bad back. Dr has to see him after all of the tests. STILL NO DR!.WILL USE ANOTHER hospital pre op place next time..will tell his Dr about this place.

Everyone was super nice. I showed up 2 hrs early, but they took me anyway. They were very busy, but they still were professional. It took about 2 hrs, but I had about 7 tests done and filled out a lot of forms. Ive never met healthcare workers that are that busy but yet still keep their cool and treat you with respect and caring!! I wish I could tell their bosses how hard these people worked!!!

Very friendly and efficient, fill in a few forms and you’re done. Well, not done exactly, but ready for pre-op. Not much going on decor wise, cream colored walls throughout.

Had a 9:00 am appointment, this office doesn’t open until 10:00 🤷🏻‍♂️

Absolutely awful. Dropped my sister off at 1:28 pm for pre-op. Its now 4:00pm and she still has had EKG, but nothing else.

Came on a transport job. Very disorganized...my client had an 830 appt and wasnt seen until well i to 945-10. Adittionally my client was wheel chair bound and requested to sit in a specific seat and we were asked to relocate to a secondary seat which placed her not only directly in front of the bathroom but also directly under the television making her the victim of undue and unrequested attention. My client still has yet to see the actual docor and it is well 11:00am....nurse shawnnwas very thorough and attemtive to clients needs but the rest of staff appeared inconvenienced.

The entire staff, is amazing, caring, and friendly.
