This is the best “mom & pop” pharmacy I’ve been to! The employees are super friendly and very knowledgeable. If you have a question, they’ll answer it. If they don’t know it, they’ll find someone who does. They go out of their way to make customers feel like family and old friends. They don’t treat people bad for their medical conditions like some chain pharmacies have been known to do. The pharmacists here also don’t have god-like complexes where they think they overrule all doctors and they think they’re above everyone else. These people are intelligent and respectful and if they feel there’s an issue, they’ll politely talk to the customer and their physician and get it straightened out. My only complaint about this place is with their hours. I wish they’d stay open later (lat least until 8pm).

This is the best pharmacy in the city, probably even all of North Florida. The folks that own and work in this place are the kindest, most down-to-earth people you could ever ask to do business with. Its just a shame that they will likely not remain in business due to their distributor treating them like a pill mill, when in fact they have been the best resource for folks who suffer from substance abuse issues, and require treatment medication, such as myself. I truly dont know what the future holds for me now that Wises is being crushed under the heel of some corporate hacks who are just worried about liabilities and class-action lawsuits. Thanks Wises for being there for me for over the past ten years. It is not hyperbole to say that you have helped in saving my life. Best of luck to you all.

I absolutely love this little Mom and Pops pharmacy. Unlike the larger one’s, which shall remain nameless; the staff at Wises actually treats you like you’re part of the family. They are so helpful. If you have an issue, any issue, they do their absolute best to resolve it.I go a few miles out of my way and pay a little more to be treated like a human being. When it comes to my health and my medications it’s completely worth it. I love this place and I hope they don’t close any time soon. 💜🙏🏻

This place is the best and honestly the staff is the nicest staff of any business Ive ever been to in Gainesville. I drive all the way across town just to get my prescriptions here just because of the great, fast & friendly service. I always want to tip them because they are just that good. Never had a problem with them running out of medications or anything like most pharmacies do. Highly recommend

I cannot say enough good about this Pharmacy or the staff. They are exceptional- so helpful and friendly! I require special supplies as an ostomy patient, and they are the only place I have found that carry my supplies. If they dont have what I need the day I call, they will the next day. I drive from Daytona Beach to get my supplies from them. Kudos to everyone there!

I love this pharmacy. Its like stepping back in time. Ive never had a long wait time. Actually never had any problem there. I purchased a variety of supplies for home health care patients. If they dont have what you need they will order it. You have it usually the next day. Nice place to get your medications. Oh, and free coffee.

Family-owned stores like these are a dying breed. They know me personally and are personally focused on every customers needs Theyve gone out of their way to help me. Not to mention they are SO fast at filling prescriptions. Very helpful advice with scripts, ailments, aches and pains. I probably trust them more than my doctor. Never a rude moment in the years Ive been going there. One time my card declined and they let me take my items on credit! (Which I paid back of course!) Thanks to the Wises. Yall rock!

Wises is a locally owned, Mom and Pops, store. The staff is very friendly and professional, they have a very good relationship with most of the local doctors offices, and are more flexible than your big chain pharmacies. The pharmacist is a very sweet man that maintains a good relationship with his costumers. I love Wises Pharmacy.

Bad experience on the road with their drivers. Was honked at several occasions when I was stopped to make a left turn. They unsafely crossed into the oncoming traffic lane to get around me.

Great customer service kind and warm they genuinely care about you. they have things nobody else did and It was like a time warp in there stepping back to the 1940/1950s I loved it and Im thinking of haveing my scripts transfers over to them

I was driving behind someone in a company car for this company - at 3 consecutive lights I had to lay on my horn hard to get them to go when the light was green. Not the gentle tap (I tried that first the first time) that you give someone when theyre texting and havent noticed the light changed. Like full on press and hold the horn for 15 seconds.This was extremely dangerous to be sitting at a dead stop at a light while all traffic around you is moving at speed. There was a phone number on the back of the car which I googled to find this. Will provide pictures from my dash cam video once I get home.

The staff here is so pleasant. I was a first time customer here and it took only 15 minutes or so to process my insurance, fill my prescription and walk out the door with my medication. I wont go anywhere else now :)

I absolutely love this pharmacy..they are sweet an fast an have wonderful customer service..they understand how important people need there meds an have accommodated me several times in desperate messure an never looked at me crazy once..I have had pharmacies look at me funny or denie filling for whatever reason I guess cause I didnt fit the profile lol but these guys dont care but to give you what you need an very welcoming..I wouldnt want to go anywhere else an I live in lake City..so that should speak for its self.. awesome place

They dumped me after being a customer for over four years ! Said it was filling too many of my kind of meds. They do not care about the people they serve. Go somewhere else if you dont want the same treatment.
