By far the best imaging facility in my opinion. Clean. Intelligent administration staff and very polite. Awesome tech. My doc is extremely professional. Highly recommend.

I had a coworker recommend this facility over my usual imaging facility since I now require yearly neck ultrasounds due to previously having papillary cancer & having my thyroid removed. My ultrasound orders (as well as my Dr) were very clear on checking the thyroid bed & soft tissues of the neck. The receptionist actually called my Dr back & argued that they would not do the soft tissues, only the thyroid bed. Receptionist even went on to say that their radiologist recommended an MRI or CT instead (mind you, hundreds of thousands of patients like me have this imaging done yearly via ultrasound per Endocrinologist orders!). When my Dr asked how the orders should be written so they would do the soft tissue or what she should do, the facility suggested she send the orders somewhere else!Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Makes me question how sound & reliable their imaging techniques actually are if they refuse to do what is medically necessary.

The best! Love Dr. Yancey and the staff! Always a welcoming and caring experience. I highly recommend MUSIC.

I came in today for an ultrasound. I have to say that my experience was very good. All of the staff including the receptionist were very nice, caring and showed a genuine interest for my needs. Dr. Yancy is very caring. I am happy to have found this practice for my needs. Would highly recommend!

I had mammogram and US a few months ago. Smooth and professional services done by a great team. Made it easy from the appointment scheduling to results delivering. Just had my mammogram completed and could not be happier. The facility was so clean, organized, welcoming, and the staff was outstanding! Will definitely go back there for future exams.

The entire experience was great. This is the first Dr office that I dont have to wait more than five minutes after I check in. It is obvious they care about the patient experience and do their best not to overbook t their doctors and techs. 5 thumbs up!!!

This is my third year of having the dreaded mammogram here. But I no longer dread the annual experience! The entire team is friendly, professional, and prompt. Ive never had to have a do over that Ive had elsewhere. This year was no exception. I arrived 45 minutes early, and they didnt make me wait, which I was fully prepared to do. I actually left 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Thank you to all of you for making it easy to keep on top of my health!

I went for the first time today and it was actually AMAZING (and Ive never used that word to describe a mammogram). The only wait I had was because I was early. Everything else moved so fast, I almost walked out of there wearing my exam cape. The tech had to remind me to change! I was actually in shock. I had the results (good) in my hand when I left. The doctor even came to deliver my results to me in person. Seeing the doctor is usually NOT a good thing, but they do that with everyone. Every woman should go here!UPDATE (1 year later):Had my annual mammogram this morning. I cannot say enough great things about this clinic. All the staff is lovely. They get you in and out of the scanning room as quickly as possible. They put you in a small, private room while you wait for your results, so youre not awkwardly parked like cattle in a room, wearing your little cape. The doctor comes to you to look you in the eye and deliver the news. It is respectful and kind, and they make a not-so-great experience as pleasant as they can. I dont know why any woman would go anywhere else. They can NEVER close!

Excellent staff. Very professional. Friendly. The bad thing is the chairs in the waiting room are the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on in my life. No joke a concrete bench would be better.

Dr. Yancey is wonderful and so is her staff. Everything goes smoothly from setting the appointment through the office visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Yancey.

I would have loved to continue going here, but unfortunately they wanted to go against my doctors instructions, in an effort to corner me into a mammogram (which my doctor says Im not a good candidate for at this time). Multiple calls to schedule JUST a breat ultrasound and then they called me back to reschedule me because they needed to schedule me for both even though I had told them repeatedly that I wasnt coming in for the mammogram. Oh, and I have already been seen there for JUST the ultrasound earlier this year by the same doctor and still they wanted to give me the run around. This was going to be just a follow up, but I wont be back.
