I love coming here! Robin is always sweet and always knows whats best for my skin. The first time I went to her, I had terrible acne and just after that one time, my acne started to get better. I have been going to Skin Solutions for 5 years, if not more than that. I love the place. Robin is very attentive to the clients, and she gives great advice on the products to help with skin problems. My skin is oily, and it is very hard to manage especially in during. Robin helped to select a care system that make my skin look good. Robin also does an excellent job with massage and with shaping eye brows.

I got a facial here from Robyn, and it was more relaxing honestly then the massage I got (both great services). she tells you anything you want to know step by step. She can help you make your skin better. she really took her time I never felt rushed or pushed in or out like I do at other places. I cant wait to go back for my next session.

This spa is wonderful! Robin took time to address all of my skincare concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable and my face looked amazing after my treatment. Sarah did my hair and she did an amazing job transforming my look. I went from long/dull/drab to stylish and stunning! It was a pleasure to spend the afternoon with these women and feel pampered!

Friendly staff and the massages are the best in Gainesville with a pleasant waiting are. This is a full-service Spa with a full time professional staff. As a senior male its nice to find a great spa that provides everything in one location. My wife especially enjoys getting a massage and manicure or facial here.

Robyn is very knowledgeable about rosacea and customizes facials for her clients specific needs. Jorge is also very good and provides gentle pedicures, which I appreciate very much.

The service was great, my daughter-in-law loved it. Very clean place. The voice on the answering service is like nails on a chalk board.....soooo rude and snippy, very unwelcoming. In addition the old lady at the reception desk needs some serious help in the dental hygiene department. We had to look away because of her breath. Sorry but its true.

Always a great experience! Robyn has been doing my eyebrows for 7 years and every time Ive had them done elsewhere while traveling, I have regretted it. She also perfectly knows my skin and what products will keep it calm and happy. George is a wonder at mani-pedis. Holding it all together, always with a big smile, is Suzanne. Making an appointment is never a hassle and check out is pleasant rather than painful when handing over payment. I trust the care specialists so much that I send friends and relatives whenever I can, as well as buy and give gift certificates for others.

I LOVE this place. The staff is amazing, the products are top-of-the-line, and ALL of the services are outstanding -- especially the facials, which are the BOMB. You will leave looking and feeling radiant!
