Thankful to have found such a great group of people. All of the ladies were very kind, professional, and informative. It’s very rare to have all of those things from the front desk, dentist, and everyone in between. Still blown away by the great care I received. My visit to Lanier Dental Group came about after I experienced a tooth ache. Although the earliest appointment was two weeks out… it was totally worth it.The customer service was great from setting up the appointment to actually being seen. Ms. Katie and Ms. Grace were nice, friendly, and easy to talk to about appointments, and the financial part of my visit.My visit ended up in a root canal procedure which sounds scary and painful but ended up being an awesome experience.The actual dentist Dr. Lakhani was very understanding of my nerves, concerns, and provided great reassurance about trying to make it as painless as possible. She was very aware of my well-being through the procedure. She asked me if I needed a break, if I was ok, if I was feeling pain. Overall Dr. Lakhani was super professional and super friendly.Also, last but not least… her dental assistant Reanna was awesome from start to finish as well. She took my X-rays, and answered all my questions I was asking about the x-rays. She knew I was nervous and made small talk/ joked with me. I didn’t tell her then, but that made me feel so comfortable and made me feel like it was my 20th time at the office when it was actually my FIRST!Hands down, if you are thinking of switching dentist, or just looking for a dentist in the area, look no further… these folks are the best and super professional!Thank you!

I used to travel 1 1/2 hours to my dentist bc I have dentist anxiety. I recently had a dental emergency and my dentist was unavailable, so a friend suggested I try Lanier Dental group. My experience there was absolutely excellent; professional, compassionate and understanding about my anxiety, and they even lowered the price of my procedure when they found that a step they might have needed to take was unnecessary. I experienced no pain during the procedure, and the dentist and her assistant were so kind, and even laughed at my nervous jokes. I am so happy to have found my new dentist!

Best dental group in Gainesville, GA!

Dr. Ambreen Lakhani is one of the best dentists I have ever seen. As someone with dental anxiety and genetically imperfect teeth (not a great combination) she makes every visit if not a joy, then at least bearable even through the toughest of procedures. Her team is solid, reassuring and affable as well! I cant say enough good things about the practice and this specific dentist. Also, shout out to Grace at the front for always being on it! I am fairly certain she is keeper of the kingdom and always in a pleasant mood.

This is my childhood dentist. They’ve seen me grow up throughout the years and have always taken excellent care of me. However it is their treatment of me within the past 3 years that makes me love them even more. Long story - short I wanted to go by my preferred name and pronouns rather than my birth name and pronouns. These people immediately swapped over and have not even once slipped up! They are so careful to make me feel comfortable in their environment - both in the dental chair and in the waiting area. I have never had a bad experience with any of the dental work, either! If you choose them as your dental provider, you won’t regret it! :)

Worst experience ever. On multiple occasions the estimates I have got when getting work done were way off from what the insurance actually paid and I always owed hundreds more than what I initially was told. I also had so much pain from them pulling a tooth and got a dry socket which I have never got before. I also referred a friend there to get 2 teeth pulled and she had a horrible experience and had to go somewhere else to get a piece of tooth out they forgot to get and they too also got dry sockets. Just in general not organized and hard to deal with.

Dr. Lakhani is a kind, considerate,and gentle dentist available for your every need. Her assistant is also the best. Request them for all your dental needs.

I love this group of professionals. This dentistry team is about the health of the patients. I’m so grateful for this team. I recently took my children who normally went to a children’s dentist and the whole time they were terrified well not anymore they both said “Mom we like this one they are really good and they don’t hurt.”

Dr.Lakhani is a great addition to a staff I already trusted. On my recent visit, she noticed signs that I might be grinding my teeth. She walked me through my options, then told me the drawbacks and advantages of different mouth guards. When I mentioned a gag reflex, she even gave advice on how to get accustomed to using it. I feel fortunate to find such a friendly and knowledgeable professional.

I am a extremely nervous person when it comes to dentist. With that said the first time I went here I was treated with the upmost professional service. I had some major work done here and they did absolutely amazing. They made sure I was completely comfortable every single visit. I had been to other places for consultation and nothing compared to Lanier Dental group. Dr. Lakhani was amazing. She made me feel a lot better about everything. She definitely knows what’s she’s doing . Ce Ce was the assistant and she was hands down the best. I can be a difficult patient but she knew exactly how to help me . I can’t thank Dr. lakhani and Ce Ce enough. Because of y’all I am able to smile now with confidence. The way they took time to give me all my options and never pressured me to do anything I didn’t want to do, I have so much respect for them. Grace and Katie in the office are the best at helping you come up with a plan and answering all your questions. They always called me back and emailed me back in a timely manner. This place is simply the best. Honestly, I was about to give up getting work done because my fear of the dentist. But Lanier Dental Group has changed my whole outlook on going . This place some of the best dentist in town. Ive been to quite a few but the staff here is kind, caring and respectful. They work with you in your dental plan. They notify you in a timely manner of all appts and they dont harass you to come in. I dont like going to the dentist like many but this place makes me feel welcome and its very very clean!!!

My first visit to Lanier Dental on June 12, 2020. Was made to feel safe, with COVID19 policies, comfortable and welcome generally in office. Waited no more than couple minutes before I was taken back and examined by Dr. Lakhani. At no time did I feel hurried or confused with the options offered to correct a serious problem with lower implants and dentures (done elsewhere). She explained clearly each option, including close estimates of cost. The charge of this first visit was much lower than I had anticipated. I would assign an even higher rating to Dr. Lakhani and the entire office if I could.

Dr. Evans and her entire staff are fantastic. I have needed extensive dental work done and am very impressed with their work. They utilize current technology and methods in the practice. The staff is very caring and patient. Dr. Evans is extremely caring and thoughtful. I appreciate that she keeps her appointment times. The pricing is fair. I would recommend without hesitation.

My wife and I had an amazing experience here today. I have never been treated so kindly and gently at a dentists office than I was at Lanier Dental. From the moment I called to make an appointment to when I walked out the door after completing my visit, I was blown away! Ive been avoiding dental treatment, but left SMILING and HAPPY because they did such a wonderful job and every single person there is amazing!

Cant praise enough the response to my abscessed molar by your team. Couldnt sleep for 2 nights ...aspirin and ibuprofen not enough....antibiotics not working from 1st dental office before yours that I went to...first place took Xrays and said they would not pull it for 3 weeks, once infection was gone. Came to your office next day in sheer misery and you number and removed it. Good aftercare instructions and upgraded antibiotics helped get me out of pain. I will return to this office...thanks for your empathy with my pain!!

Being I hate the fact of going to the dentist for any reason my experience with Lanier Dental Group was quiet the opposite. They have a curtious staff who is very knowledgeable in what they do. Unlike other experiances elsewhere they made me feel like a part of the group keeping me informed at all times of what was going on. This has been my only visit but Id recommend them .

Wow. That is a GOOD wow. From the minute I walked in it was relaxing and friendly experience. From the fire place in the waiting area to the friendly personnel that I came in contact with. This practice is the best practice in the area! My family and I have been going here for almost a year. They use new technology coupled with highly experienced dentists, dental hygienist, and staff!Jennifer does an exceptional job cleaning teeth; in addition, is very knowledgeable teeth and gum health. She has answered questions other dental hygienists have not. Dr. Evans-Hatcher was very gentle when working in my mouth; she used techniques I have not seen in years. Plus, did a great job keeping me calm when she did some clean up work on a filling I received at a different practice. Dr. Hannah is my sons dentist. I had several questions about his recommended treatment path so I called their office. Dr. Hannah was on the phone within several minutes answering my questions! Wow, Im not use to this treatment, hah, the patient does matter. At this practice you are in good hands.
