I have had a positive attitude towards this place until Dr Guthrie left. They can’t keep the same doctor in this location for very long. The doctor that is currently there Dr White adjusted me a week ago and I have not been able to walk since, even thou I went back the very next day and told her something wasn’t right . She suggested I get an MRI instead trying to fix what she mis aligned. I called to get my records so I could else where and they wanted $50 for my records which I feel is absurd seeings that their doctor screwed me up!! I finally found another doctor to adjust me and I walked out of his office with instant relief! Still a week later I haven’t heard from administration from $20 chiro . Never again will I go to this company nor refer anyone to them .

All I can say is wow. I have never seen a more professional chiropractor nor one that is devoted to healing. I feel so much better since seeing the doctor. Also, I want to give a shout out to the staff that works at this office. I want to thank them for laughing and dealing with my corny jokes. They really make me feel welcome.

Dr. Guthrie is a great chiropractor. I was in so much pain when I first came in to see him. He listened to my issues and gave me a plan. After following his plan I am in way way less pain.

Dr. Guthrie is really good at what he does- he listens and addresses the issues. His adjustments overall have made a huge difference in how I feel and have greatly reduced my pain. He gives useful advice, too! After following his advice on the setting on my sleep number bed, I slept better and felt less pain in the morning. I appreciate, too, his honesty. I have a wrist issue that I had surgery for. When he outlined my treatment plan, he told me I might feel some relief in the wrist, but for me not to expect it to go away with my treatment.Now, during Covid, he’s wearing a mask and the girls at the front desk will let me wait in the car if there’s other people in the waiting area. That’s a plus, in my opinion!I purchased the plan, and it’s a great deal. They provided paper work that explained in detail all of the stipulations. I wish you didn’t have to cancel in person, but at least they make that clear up front. Besides, I don’t anticipate canceling for a good while!Out of the eight times I’ve been so far, I’ve had to wait 30 min once and 20 another. There have been times they walk me right in when I get there.Update:I love Dr. Guthrie. He is good at what he does. However, over the past couple of weeks they have closed down the office and I havent been able to get adjusted regularly. Im now looking to go to the Buford office. They seem more reliable and the chiropractor there is very good also.

I started going to Dr Guthrie a few months ago. When I started, I couldn’t sleep on my left side because of numbness. That is gone. I signed up for the monthly plan because it is more economical and I have never felt better. Each visit, I am in and out quickly and treated very well. I highly recommend this doctor.Unfortunately, Dr Guthrie has left and now they keep changing doctors who don’t show up and they don’t call you to let you know. I also had the Healthy Choice plan contract. That contract is valid only if it benefits them. Great place to avoid.

The BEST chiropractor around. I went in because of what I thought was a pinched nerve. After a few minutes, I walked out feeling like a new man. Ive signed up for the monthly plan and see him weekly. One of the best decisions Ive made. The office staff is friendly and very professional. Visits are quick and to the point. I recommend them to anyone seeking a chiropractor.

Dr Clay Guthrie is the best Dr I ever seen. He has a warm heart, he cares, he treats patients like his family. My Mom and I see him for the adjustment every week and we feel much better. My Mom loves him ! Thank you to Dr Guthrie and the wonderful staff.

I was unsure when I first went, but after the first adjustment I felt so much better. Dr. Guthrie was very professional and he truly cares. He isnt focused on just fixing you for now, instead he is setting goals for the future. I highly recommend this chiropractor.

Extremely disappointed in the way I was treated today. Was always able to walk in. It was 11:40 am and was told if I didn’t have an appointment I was out of luck. Unfortunately we really liked the new doctor but really didn’t appreciate the treatment. Cancelled my membership today. If appointments are now required communicating that ahead of time would be the proper route for customer service.

Let me first start off with the pros: Dr. Guthrie is nice and professional, and does a good job. Normally, I would rate this place 5 stars. However, in the past few months, I have a weekly appointment, and have yet to wait less than 20 minutes PAST my appointment time to see the doctor. I really like the doctor, but I waited 30 minutes today (I got there 15 minutes early; and it was already FIFTEEN minutes past my scheduled appointment time) and still had 2 or 3 people in front of me and instead walked out of my appointment, as I had other obligations I was going to be late for. The horrendous time management is really starting to get to me, as its not just once in a blue moon; its literally EVERY. SINGLE. APPOINTMENT. Im on the fence about cancelling my plan.

Good luck if the doctor actually shows up for the day. I was scheduled twice( both in a different week, after arriving I was told he wasn’t there but never received a call. Waste of gas and late to work for nothing. You get what you pay for people.

Dr. Guthrie is extremely knowledgable and informative. I started going because of back pain and headaches and both have been drastically improved! Great doctor!

Been going to 20 Dollar Chiropractor every week for awile now.When we were ordered to shelter in place by the Governor i called to cancel my monthly membership. I was told by the receptionist that i could not cancel by phone, and would have to come in. After telling her we were shelter in place she gave me a number of the home office. I called numerous times and left message to which i got no return call. For 2 months i have paid for visits i didnt receive. Guess my option now is to wear gloves, mask, (Hall County has a large number of Covid 19 cases)and take my own pen ,and go down there to cancel my membership. Will not use this place again.

Adjustments have been great. Felt instant relief. He is a nice and caring doctor and the front office staff are friendly and kind. I highly recommend. They even have a plan that makes the adjustments even cheaper if you are in the maintenance phase.The office is clean and neat as well.

Dr. Guthrie is a very caring chiropractor who has really helped me a lot with my migraines and sciatica flare. I know I’m one of his harder cases due to my scoliosis and back surgeries. I’m so thankful he’s here in Gainesville. I would highly recommend him.

Dont let the name mislead you! You get far more than a $20 adjustment. I drove by this establishment for a few months and never thought to stop because I feared You get what you pay for. I soon discovered that Dr. Thomas Crumbley was the chiropractor. I had gone to him for years and knew he was a professional and gave quality care. I quickly made an appointment and now my husband and I are on the health plan. You will not find a better chiropractor anywhere. $20 Chiropractic gets you in and out quickly. The customer service is excellent!

Ive been coming to Dr. Crumbley for several months after being referred by a family member. Absolutely the best Chiropractor I have been to, hands down!! Its more than affordable, and because Dr. Crumbley is so experienced, you can expect to receive phenomenal service with great results BUT you must be consistent with your care. My suggestion is to sign up for the monthly plan because you save more money, get 4 visits per month, and any extra visits are only $12 extra. They have a family member add on plan as well AND children are only $5 with a parent adjustment. You cannot beat it.... Plus, the staff is amazing and youll be in and out in no time. Highly highly recommended!!

I threw my back out of alignment Tuesday. Wednesday I went to a chiropractor in Flowery Branch and had a terrible experience. The receptionist was RUDE, the chairs had dog hair on them. The doctor adjusted my back, it HURT, and he failed to get the vertebrae back into alignment. I tried to tell him it didnt work, but he ignored this and proceeded to try to sell me MORE visits, telling me I may have to come as many as SIX times to get it back into alignment!In sharp contrast, I went to Dr. Crumbley, where the office staff was polite, the office was clean and the doctor was very nice. He got my spine back into alignment immediately and did not try to put the hard sell on me. He merely told me to come back when I needed to. I could tell before I got halfway home the adjustment had worked, as I was already feeling immense relief. I was able to go to work pain-free. Guess which office Ill be coming back to? Thank you Dr. Crumbley!

I have had great results with Dr. Crumbley. I signed up for a 3 month membership but also had an acute issue and had to see him about 10 times in August. His staff is pleasant, the office is comfortable and he is such a caring, compassionate man. I have loved the rapid release machine he uses on my neck which relaxes my muscles so he can adjust me. I sit at a desk every day typing into a computer for 7.5 hours and drive 2 hours. Stress goes all into my back and neck. So happy I have found this company.Thank you,

Under different circumstances I would rate it 5 stars, however I learned today that Dr, Crumbley is not returning here. He is the one I trusted most with realigning my back, and I refuse to continue with the new chiropractor.As he was substituting, Dr. Guthrie, who is now head of the Gainesville location, injured my back. He pretended to pop my back as I was on my sides, saying “good” as if something popped (but I didn’t feel a thing) and then had to force my back to pop while I was on my stomach. I now have the worst back pain and was told today that something is majorly out of place-and I’ve never had a bad back like this. When I told the front desk this after my appointment that day, they even told me “he has his days”. Be warned coming here. It may be affordable, but you don’t want to chance having your back injured and go to physical therapy instead. Lesson learned.

I have been using chiropractic care since being inured in an automobile accident in 2001. Dr. Crumbley is very knowledgeable and kind with a wonderful bedside manner. Plus, hes a Christian whose faith is evident in everything he does. His gentle weekly adjustments help to keep my pain in check and my stress levels manageable. I am very thankful that Gainesville.

Love this place!! Dont be skeptical of the price... it is $20 for each visit and EVEN CHEAPER if you sign up for a monthly or quarterly plan. I have a plan for my fiance and I and I think its $10/visit paying quarterly. Who cant afford that to feel better?Dr. Crumbley is so nice and has been a chiropractor for many years in this area. He is very knowledgeable and very gently gets your bones back in line! Im so grateful that we have such affordable care in our area now! Go see him!!

Just left bc nobody would come to the door during normal business hours. I saw the desk clerk and she wouldnt open the door. I got to the office at 525 during normal hours.

The 20 dollar price is unbelievable thats what I thought but its true. I have been to other chiropractors so I know Dr Crumbly is right on point. No long waits. He does have plans available, but there is no pushy sales pitch. Ive been going for a year already and his adjustments have really helped me

The chore of chiropractic care has been alleviated because of the laid-back nature of the appointments. I can schedule appointments or just walk in when I feel I need an adjustment. Its very convenient. Although appointments are quick, that doesnt affect the quality of care you get. Ive been impressed with Dr. Toms knowledge and experience. I went in there after I was given a $1900 treatment plan by another local Chiropractic.The Doctor there is professional and gets you in and out just what I likeI have never before been to any Doctor office without it having to be a hour thing, With this place its in and out and not extra fees that others con you about just to get your insurance info!

When I first came to Dr. Crumbley, I couldnt even get out of my truck without my hip being in pain. After a month I saw a difference and eventually my pain in my hip ceased to happen. I recently tried Chiro treatment for the first time after a notable back injury. Dr Crumbley listened well and offered an affordable treatment plan.I was a bit nervous as I had never been adjusted before, but he coached me through and I then learned that I had no reason to be nervous at all. I was surprised that there was no discomfort at all.Within a day of the first adjustment I began feeling better and hurting less.
