I called Tiffany Nails to see how busy they were. I figured since my husband was getting a haircut two doors down, that Id get a color change. The man who answered the phone told me that they were busy and to come back later and hung up. Didnt offer me the option to schedule an appointment or anything.I sat outside in the car waiting for my husband to get done for about 45 mins-1 hr. I kept checking Tiffanys Nails to see what the customer traffic was while waiting. Not one person came outside, the parking lot was fairly empty, and the place was not busy. First and last experience with this nail place.

The best pedicure in Gainesville hands down. Spent over an hour on my basic pedicure. So meticulous.

ZERO STARS. I called Tuesday and made an appointment for today (Saturday) for my grandmother and I. When I made the appointment I stated we would both be getting pedicures, manicures, and our eyebrows waxed. We showed up at 10 for our appointment and were not greeted upon entry, it was very awkward. After letting them know we were there for our appointment a lady then told my grandmother to have a seat and there would be a small wait due to her taking a walk in appointment before us. I asked her where I should sit and she looked at me and ignored me. After 20 minutes of waiting she started my grandmothers pedicure and when I asked about mines she said the appointment was made for one person and that they did not have time for the both of us and that we needed to leave. There were only 2 other people in the building besides us and one of the people was a walk in that she took in right before us. I leave on a trip tomorrow. Their customer service was terrible, I will never return.

Best manicure I have gotten in Gainesville so far. They look and feel amazing. Most importantly my cuticles are in great condition. I always feel like other places destroy them. Definitely will be going back!

Me and my friend went to get our nails done on a Monday around 2pm. I asked and was very clear that I wanted a gel manicure and that he wanted a pedicure. But because it was his first time he didn’t exactly know what to do. I asked multiple times for him to pick a color, so they would know he wanted a pedicure but that’s also mostly his fault! The lady I had did a very good job, and I’m absolutely in love with the color! There’s still some polish on the skin on one of my nails which is kind of upsetting busy overall, they were really good and very polite! And the only place in town that has Suzi Needs a Loch-Smith from OPI in gel! Pricing is reasonable and store seems very clean :)PS! I’m usually at Tami Nails but they didn’t have this color unfortunately

I called before driving up there and asked if they were accepting anymore walkins and Nancy told me yes they are come. I sat and waited 55 minutes at this place just so she can tell me that she won’t be able to take me because they were about to close. If you’re white you might get better service from what I’ve noticed. Never again will I step foot at this place!

Honestly after getting my pedicures done for 10+years this is the WORST pedicure Ive ever had! He put the gel on my toes before I put my foot on the water 🙄 then they put my foot in water for 7 min took it out filled the back of my feet and a five minute massage. 65$ pretty comical they are even getting away with this. Going back to creative nails down the street for 50 bucks he cuts my cuticle scrubs my feet uses hot stones and Im happy. The salon is nice as far as the look if you wanna pay for that go nuts

My college daughters gave me a $75 gift certificate here. I didnt realize it had expired 3 weeks earlier; I had not been able to come in any earlier due to a foot injury. When I presented it today, they would not honor it. Poor business practice as I will never return, nor will my daughters, and I will recommend Pro Nails in Park Lane instead, where we ended up.

I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure two weeks ago to the day and I have to say this is the best gel Ive ever had done. I dont have any chips at all. The total cost was $60 for both. The manicure was a little rushed and they didnt even do lotion or hand massage. She basically pushed my cuticles back and painted the nails. I would have liked a little bit more attention there. The pedicure was much more thorough, thankfully. This will be my new go-to for manicures/pedicures in Gainesville just because of how good the polish was.

Today I decided to visit this nail shop that was recommended by a co-worker and I was reluctant to go but I did and the way I was treated Time I walked in the door made me feel as if they were racist and did not want me there the lady told me to go away and come back later they were too busy with only one girl in front of me???? I will never ever go here again and I would not recommend anyone else to either I see people for who they are not the color of their skin!

Tiffany nails I used to gave give 5 stars but last 2xi went in u had several of following experiences.... says drill cuticles when I offered them more money to do it manicure style. If u dont return to them for services each time ie. Just came for fill they over charge.. Expect tips. Then they turn customers away left and right both appts and walk ins. They need to hire outside help and get after-school childcare for daughter who left in back room everyday. They will be extra sloppy and unfriendly fuss in their language with spouse looking at your nails done at another salon as if it had job and each other... They need to realize what they are doing especially w their schedules, emotions and pricing or they wont be in business forever.

Horrible job on nails. Don’t waste your money on this place

Worst place. Dont expect much. I came in for a fill since Im not near the last place I went I thought Id give them a try. Well.. they werent very friendly. Usually the nail places I go to. Heck to see if any nails are loose. They did not now I have to get them ready done since I found 2 nails that arecent about to come off. Mind you I just got them done 10 mins ago. I have pointy nails so they need to be a certain way. The guy had no idea what I wa so talking about. He was sayi.get cut them down I was saying shape them.. he got that right in the end. Then I get moved over to the angriestore looking lady whos like man handling my hands like Im not putting them in the UV dryer right.... Theres only 1 way to put them in... they asked me to pick out at color on the wall I had informed them I wanted gel. They never gave me samples to look at an expected me to come up with something on the spot... I chose orange and black except they first chose like a pink... come to find out they had like 4 other oranges. I told them to take off the color I didnt choose. Then she gets an attitude like Im some kind of a hole. Like Im the customer why cant I just have the color I want... then here come the rediculous part... I asked for black tips which since I have stileto nails it requires following the outline of the nail in the shape of a V. I told her 4 times. Still did it wrong. She asked for a pic I showed her. She said sorry I cant do that..... really?? Thats literally the first thing you learn... tips... so now I have these horrible orange nails and have to go get them redone and spend more money... should have realized by the lack of reviews that this is nothe a good place...

Poor gel manicure. The polish peeled up within a few days and the polish had bubbles all throughout it. Additionally, I had to wait 15+ minutes with my feet in lukewarm water for a pedicure.
