Bought Hearing aids a while back. Got a good deal on them. I now hear much better and my wife has stopped repeating herself. Had an appointment to recalibrate them. April did and excellent job for me. She is always on top of things. She even adjusted my Hearing aids at my home. Who does that anymore? Very Professional and and Caring individual.

Went in for my scheduled 3 month check as usual. Paul is always very helpful with any questions or issues that I have. Cant recommend them highly enough. Great people and awesome service.

Cheryl is the salt of the earth. Wether she’s talking to you in person, or on the phone, she makes you feel like you’re family and important. All your employees are that way, but she’s special!Facility is always kept clean! Feel safe there even with Covid going on

I had great service at my last scheduled appointment. Joel was excellent in the quality of service. He conducted the normal check & clean and maintenance check concerning my hearing needs. He also asked many questions so that he could better meet my hearing needs. As always I found the appearance of the office in great condition and the entire office staff was very professional. I feel as though I hit the Hearing Aid Jackpot with Paul and Cynthia. They are so warm and kind. Before coming to Audibel I already had hearing aids, but they werent doing a very good job. My mother and I saw their ad on TV, and decided to give Audibel a try. Upon arrival we received a warm welcome from Cynthia, the Receptionist. During my short waiting time, we read the Mission Statement that is posted on the wall. Then I knew that we were in the right place. Paul Lucas was also very warm and welcoming. Now I have hearing aids that work better than I could have ever imagined. The customer care is phenomenal. Even after the sale. After the sale youre left on your own at most places, but not at Audibel. Whenever Ive had a problem, a quick call, email, or visit cleared it up right away. Paul Lucas has far exceeded my expectations, and fulfilled every promise. Nobody else can offer what they do at Audibel - They honestly, sincerely care. I cannot recommend this business more HIGHLY . Our experience here was excellent. Kathy is kind and welcoming at the front desk, helpful and patient with scheduling, insurance and payments. The lobby is clean and stocked like home with coffee and treats. Joel Zerr’s care of my mother was exceptional starting with a ‘getting to know you’ time and then proceeding through a series of practical and technological hearing assessments. He was patient to answer questions and repeat explanations if needed and was able to ascertain a hearing prescription over the several weeks necessary to gently awaken auditory nerves. His ability to connect with and educate is a gift and I am grateful for his expertise as well as the support in improving my mother’s quality of life through better hearing. Thank you!!

Have been working with this Audibel team for my hearing aids for going on two years now. From start to finish they were incredibly kind and helpful, easily explaining all options to me and insuring that I was getting the most out of my aids. The receptionist Cynthia is very warm and friendly. She makes me feel that each visit is my first visit, I love her personality. Paul Lucas, the HA Specialist has the same spirit. Regardless of how tight his schedule is he always takes time with me and my concerns. And I dont know how he does it, but he always has a smile on his face. If these two people were moved from this location I would most likely find another place for my hearing needs. My husband is now a member. Thank you for this opportunity.

Having difficulty hearing limited my enjoyment of many activities, I asked for a fitted ear piece. A mold was made for my ear and the new earpiece fit my ear perfectly. No soreness or discomfort—hearing has improved!

Customer service is outstanding! Working with them has literally changed my life. Would recommend them to everyone who needs to hear better.

So have you ever been to a timeshare presentation, well buckle your seat belts ladies in gentlemen, because if you going to this place that’s what you’re in for. A hearing aid version of timeshare. These people are not doctors even though they come out in a white lab coat, they’re just sales people, and like any sales person trying to push a product, that’s what they do, they use common sales tactics like trying to scare you, the Takeaway, basic sales 101 ploys to try to trick you into buying a set of expensive hearing aids that may or May not fit your needs. They wouldn’t know what you need because they’re not doctors, I would never go there again I would never recommend anybody to ever go there . What a horrible company!I have since been to a real audiologist and was treated great by a real doctor and he got me exactly what I needed. I didn’t have to wait 7 to 10 business days I walked out with the hearing aids that were going to do exactly what I needed them to do from my office visit, oh yeah they were about half the price to boot.

I have had a wonderful experience at the Gainesville Audibel U.S. Hearing Solutions. I have had hearing aids since 2011. I kept asking everyone to repeat what they said to me and realized something was wrong. The staff at this office are experts in their field and they have been so very nice. My world is no longer silent... it is now vibrant after getting my hearing aids. If you are having hearing problems...You don’t have to live in a silent world either.

My mother in law got her hearing aids from this business a couple of years ago. She had terrific service at the time of the sale and she continues to have wonderful service. They truly care and have followed through on everything they promised. I highly recommend this business!

I went into Audibel after a cursory hearing test at the Senior Rec Center Health Fair about 7 years ago. I had continuous tinnitus by this time, after years of occasional ringing and stopping. They did all testing for free and identified the tone of my ringing and also that I had much hearing loss in the 3000-6000 decibel range - Higher pitched sounds. They set me up with a hearing aide that had many programs for white-noise to cancel out the ringing, levels of loudness or to soften the noise (as in restaurants or louder areas), and ability to change these programs easily. Several adjustments were done thru a period of over a month. Still no money had changed hands. When I was hearing well and ringing was controlled - I bought the aides, and insurance paid a third of the cost. 5 years of great hearing and ringing control went by and several newer aides and better digitalization had occurred. I graduated to the newer aide over a year ago and never even needed another adjustment. The hearing is even better and the ringing is still mostly under control. There have always been some breakthrough times, but those are rare. Thank you Audibel, Cynthia, Paul and Joel for the wonderful experience of working with you all for better hearing. I have learned so much about preventing any more damage with the stimulation of the cilia and appreciate your caring and friendly attitudes every time I come in. There is no cost for all the follow up and I have appointments every 3 months to check on me, my ears and my aides.

Wish I could give 6 stars or more. My father is currently a patient at NFRMC. He went into the emergency room just a few weeks after purchasing his hearing aids from another company and had not yet gone back to have them adjusted at the time he was admitted into the hospital. His struggles with heart, kidney, and lung recovery were compounded tremendously by his frustration at not being able to hear what his doctors were saying. I contacted the Gainesville North location in the hopes that they would be able to help. Even though his hearing aids were purchased elsewhere, the staff jumped into action. They stayed far after closing to accommodate my fathers treatment schedule. With time pressing, I rushed to the office nearly in tears. Joel Zerr went absolutely above and beyond what I had hoped. Not only did he clean and service the hearing aids, but he reprogrammed them and even enabled the volume control function. I just cannot say enough about this wonderful group of people. They were a blessing to my family and especially to my father. If you are a person who values quality and attentive care, then this is the place for you. I recommend them with my whole heart.
