I have been employed at HCP as a staffing coordinator since December of 2020 and it has been a very rewarding experience. I am very impressed by the sense of family that we all share in our common work place. The owners of HCP have an open door policy which makes it very conducive for a positive work environment. I am very pleased to be a part of a winning team.

I have had the privilege of meeting the office staff at HCP. In my experience, everyone was friendly and very professional. The office was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Their staff was patient and provided Great Customer Service!

I tried to set up a simple interview with a caregiver from HCP to meet with my dad for home care services. We had an appointment set up, but when I called to confirm the date, the company representative kept asking about our private insurance and how we were going to pay. I responded to say that we would have all that information for her when she visits. It was important to us to have the representative meet personally with my dad so he could decide the best options. The representative made it clear that it wasnt worth her time to visit for an interview unless we got her the insurance information. I told her we could even write her a check for the interview! In the end I cancelled the appointment. I couldnt believe this; all I wanted was a chance to meet with a company representative in my dads presence to learn about their services. What kind of company is this?

Owners and clinical manager are extremely in professional and rude! The owners have one thing on their mind and that is $ they do not truly care about their staff or patients! They do what is in their best interest of themselves. One of the owners Mabel sells a weight loss supplement and abuses her power as the owner to make people come into her office and talk to her. Even fat shaming. She made a comment to me about my dads weight when he passed and said maybe if he would have been on this program he would still be here. She also asked me to come into work a half day the day of my fathers funeral, because I did the billing and it was behind. I stayed because I went to school for billing and this was my first job out of school. The final straw for me was Mabel telling myself and other staff that as long as we were not sending our children to school we could continue working from home than 2 weeks later Job the CEO coming back from out of town and her saying that she never said that. Also the clinical manager Donna is the nastiest most rude unprofessional person I have ever met. I also know several patients families that refuses to talk to her. When she gets upset in the office she screams and throws tantrums and even threw a set of keys at someone before. She is very judge mental and is only out for herself. I honestly cannot believe she is an RN and has taken care of people before!

Horrible company. Only one good LNP Theodore. Richard the LPN brought in a blow torch in the home with oxygen. The baby in the room when he used it. He could have killed the family. The company did nothing but get an attitude with the family after reporting it. Donna the RN was more concerned about how the oxgen company found out what Richard had done. She yelled at the family and told the grandmother to STAY OUT OF IT . This company has no accountability. They dont have enough staff. Donna is a severe lier.
