Went in for COVID-19 testing and had a horrible experience. Testing person was young black girl who was very rude and unprofessional in helping me..she needs to be FIRED period...med staff on inside didnt believe that I made it to test on time except for one person who knew I was there help save me and I was able to take my test by her going out her way to test me because she knew I was there too. Im so disappointed in this location..I wont be coming back. Customer service training is needed..please.

I need to let everyone know how professional, friendly, knowledgeable the employee at minute clinics are, and have helped in ways insurance,,pharmacy etc could do for me do over the weekend.

The young lady that saw me was extreme helpful. She even contacted 2 other people to confirm and make sure that she was giving the best care possible. I can’t even thank that lady enough she is amazing and there to really help people. Unlike the location in Reynoldsburg where the doctor misdiagnosed me, this location was spot on with professional and helpful staff. 🙌

I was treated at CVS minute clinic on Stygler. The NP was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time with me and I was very pleased with the visit. I scheduled the appt on line so no wait time.

Very easy came in late afternoon waited Bout 20 minutes to be seen. Was in and out with prescription under an hour. Very greatful for this service when my regular doctor couldnt take me on short notice. Would recommend and use services again.

Went to the one in gahanna on Stygler road, could not get into my regular doctor for a week. Wait time was minimal . Nurse Pam was excellent and seemed quite qualified. Prescribed some medication which I picked at the store. All in all was done in about one hour. great! Would definitely recommend.

Nurse was very unprofessional forgot to give me shots, not only that didn’t listen to what my symptoms were, ended up wasting my time and money, would not recommend going here

Terrible service. The nurse refused to give me a refill on a basic prescription that I need, and now I have to go else where and be charged a second time for it.

The NP got in to open up at exactly 9am. So the first patient wasnt taken til almost 920a. We were second in line. The pharmacy was so slow. Total time in CVS- 1 hour 40 minutes

Terrible experience. never coming back. Had an appointment but they took someone before me and so I had to leave and go to work even though I had been trying to get in for 2 days. So irritated.
