I have been putting off establishing a new optometrist since moving but an eye infection fortunately forced me to finally be seen by someone. On very short notice, Dr. Smallwood was able to get me in for an appointment. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and efficient which is always comforting in any new patient experience. Dr. Smallwood saw me immediately and was extremely gentle and thorough with his exam. He made sure to educate me and answer every question I had for him. For someone who hates eye appointments, I have to give him credit for making this a positive experience for me. I left feeling very confident in the treatment plan and I highly recommend this practice! Thank you staff and Connor!!!

Where do I begin?? Two of the front desk opticians decided they didnt like the third and were going to bully her. She calls my mom--weve been going here for years--crying, she starts crying--because Tencza sides with these vipers and says hes going to let her go even though he knows she hasnt done anything wrong?? How much more of a coward can you be? Anyways, I like this third optician, so I followed her to her new place of employment and Im glad to see her happy. Tencza and anyone else complicit in doing her wrong can rot.

Went in to see Dr. Smallwood and ended up being 10 minutes late to my appointment and still got seen on time. Everyone who worked at the practice was friendly and professional. As for Dr. Smallwood, he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Going to the optometrist is not fun but Dr. Smallwood and everyone at Tenzca Eye Associates made the experience painless! Highly recommend

The absolutely Best eyeglasses. Wonderful staff. Patient Dr. Tenzca explains my healthy eye concerns. Glaucoma? Cataracts? Blind eye after a stroke? I have VSP eye health plan from my employment. I get the annual Glaucoma eye exam every year. I pay a small amount of co-pay money for his outstanding care. I always know my care is safe with him. Getting old. I trust him.

My experience with Tencza Eye was exceptional! Getting me in swiftly after concerning symptoms had arose, and performing a thorough and informative exam eased my tension. I’m incredibly grateful and so impressed with customer care. I will be a regular :)

Staff won’t return call for appointment. I have been going there since 15 years. Rude staff in front desk.

I have nothing bad to say about this place and my daughter loved her first visit there. Doctor Peter and his staff were awesome, they made us feel very welcomed and I’m glad we found this place.

I had an excellent experience and highly recommend to anyone. I was having visions problems and Dr. Smallwood was very thorough and went to every length to make sure I walked out seeing better than when I came in. He was also very friendly and personable and made sure to explain every step and detail regarding my eyes.

Pamela you are amazing!!! I am a VSP employee. I went to a different office previously not going to name the worst experience ever. Pamela is so efficient, knowledgeable and fast. I know more of the back end of things through insurance. She def knows what she is doing. I appreciate you and I will be changing my location to Tencza. Keep up the excellent work.

Highly recommend. When I lived in the area, my entire family were very pleased with every aspect of the service and treatment we received. Now that I am back in Ohio, I am tempted to make the trip from Cincinnati, as I have not been nearly as satisfied as with Dr. Tencza.

The office is open and airy. They have a wonderful staff and great spec selection. Peter is always very upbeat!

They had me fill out way too many forms and then charged me more than I thought I was going to be charged. They should habe gone over potential costs before the exam. Peter was cool. Its a shame he did business this way. Again they should print out insurance information then show the costumer what they could pay. I had never used this eye insurance before. They took advantage off me
