There are not enough words to describe how amazing beyond skin aesthetic is! Kim, Katie, Delaney, Dr McCartney and Dr Mulumba are the most kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, non judgmental, friendly and diverse group of professionals I’ve ever experienced. They truly treat you like a friend in their home! The scheduling process is the easiest and so accommodating! As well as every appointment... I was in and out in no time (I tend to go on my lunch break). Days that I have had time to chat and inquire about all their awesome skin care products and new services, I never felt pressured to purchase anything. The amount of knowledge they have and share with their clients blows my mind! They are light years a head on what is the latest and greatest in the aesthetics world! I one hundred percent have trusted any procedure that I have had done! The office and waiting room is by far the cleanest and welcoming that I have been in! Full disclosure-my sister works here. BUT-one thing I can say is that I’ve had nothing but great experiences with all of the other staff members and I know they all care deeply for their clients. They offer great services and products! Highly recommend to anyone searching for a place where they will feel cared for and at home, AND they frequently offer specials for many of their services. Dr. McCartney and the rest of the staff are amazing! I’ve gotten injections/fillers at a few other places in Columbus, but I won’t ever go anywhere else. The facility is so clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and Dr. McCartney is very knowledgeable and puts me at ease. I swear he has me laughing for half of the appointment! He also cares a lot about your comfort level, but he is so gentle and great at his job that my comfort has never been an issue.

Wonderful place! The Staff (Katie and Kim) are great. They are kind, knowledgable, professional and provide great customer service. Dr. Mulumba was excellent as well. The appointment was great. The doctor listened to my Botox needs and tried some things different that I’ve been asking for at my old place and They never achieved. Now, I’m achieving better results that I’ve always wanted. The lady who helped with my skin care was so easy to talk to. I think Dr. McCartney has always done a great job with me. The atmosphere is friendly and professional from the time you walk in the door.

I called Wednesday to try and make an appointment for a facial while I was in town, nobody called me back until Friday and the call dropped while I was on the phone. I called back ten minutes later. Nobody answered or called me back all day. I tried calling back again today(Saturday) and they didn’t have any available appointments until Wednesday and I’m only in town until tomorrow. I suggest either hiring an assistant to answer phones or enable making appointments on the website.

I bought 50 units of dysport on Groupon from Beyond Skin because of a recommendation of a family member. The ladies who work there are very friendly, however as soon as I was taken back to the room after a couple questions I was asked if I wanted to purchase another 50 units. Going by the recommendation of my family member, ,I was confident 50 was plenty. The Dr came in we both agreed the lines between my eyes were my worst area. That area he told me I only need 25 units, but forehead, and each crows feet would also need 50, which did not make any sense to me. Now the person that referred me also purchased a Groupon and got done between eyes, forehead, and crows feet all with 50 units. I was told that couldnt be done. So I paid for 50 units and they only used 25. Im wondering if I got someones left over 25 units or if the next person got mine. I had the procedure on 10-17-19. I can see more result in my forehead ( were I did not get any) then the 11s between my eyes. Very unhappy, I was ripped off, and will difanetlty tell everyone I know about my experience.Since is the only way I can reply. My point exactly was I DID NOT get the 50 units I paid for, only 25.
