Signed up for a month to month, cancel any time membership when this place first opened. Began trying to cancel the membership shortly after the gym reopened from covid. I have canceled the membership in person, over the phone, in writing, and by email. They continued to debit my credit card every month. I reached out to the company that handles the bank drafts for them, and was pretty much told to bad, they were going to keep hitting my account until / unless workout anytime told them to stop. So I reached out to my credit union, and upon their advice had my debit card canceled and reissued. Today I received a letter from a collection agency attempting to collect $108. For a $14.99 a month no contract membership that I have canceled repeatedly over the last 8 moths. Do not do business with these people. Do not give them access to your bank account / debit card / whatever. They are not to be trusted. *** post script... Regarding the owners response, my impression is that you are cooperate, not the owner of the particular franchise that I have an issue with? So in brief, I had no problem with the gym itself. I discontinued the membership because I was uncomfortable using the facilities during the covid pandemic (that seems to be ongoing). That said, a month to month cancel any time membership should be just that. I shouldnt have to try to cancel 8 - 9 times, them cancel the debit card, and end up with a collection that is 7X the monthly rate. I understand bad reviews can effect your overall business, not just this particular franchise. If you can compel these franchise owners to cease and desist, I will be happy to modify my review (here and other places) to reflect that. Otherwise I am going to have to take them to court.

Laid back environment, plenty of free weights and the cable/belt machines have a nice selection.

Very unfriendly people, staff has their picks. Have to always speak first, when walking in, Im never greeted, they just look at you. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Will be canceling my membership and joining your best body of Gaffney SC!

Best gym around. The machines are all new and in excellent condition, and they have lots more free weights than PF. I also appreciate the way they are handling the COVID situation. Providing a separate spray bottle and clean towel for each member as they arrive is perfect.

BE CAREFUL.....I cancelled my membership in person 4 months ago...they stopped auto draft immediately ...then 4 months later auto draft started without my permission...causing overdraft fees ect...when brought to their attention they said they only froze my account and I would not get my money back because they e-mailed my contract which stated the frozen acct. info...they didnt have my e-mail address in their system and did not notify me....BE CAREFUL PEOPLE...

Not honest when convincing you to join. Told I could cancel anytime. Cancelled the membership and they drafted my account anyway. When I called to ask for a refund I was told that they didnt do that, Id just have to keep my membership longer. Not good business!! I wouldnt recommend to anyone!!Better off across town at Your Best Body!!! More to offer and better staff!!

Great place with a great staff that will help you with any problems or questions you might have. Awesome equipment. Tan beds and massage beds are great as well!

Very modern and high tech but also traditional free weights and the best thing is its open 24/7.Everything they have is state of the art and Id say the best available.In addition to many different levels of workout routines and areas to work on your body they also have tanning and a hydromassage that helps for those that are looking for those.My only regret is I should have joined much sooner.

I was designated a disabled veteran in September of 2019 and in December limited to swimming and riding a bicycle for physical activity. I filled out the paperwork at BYBB on 4 Jan, 2020 and to terminate my membership. Subsequently, I was charged membership fees on 19 Jan -which I expect, and again on 16 February. I called and stopped by the gym to ensure my membership was terminated and the February fee refunded, to no avail. Now I was charged a membership fee TWICE on 19 March by the new owner - Kiran fitness.

Friendly staff and their equipment is always cleaned, and the facility is taken care of.

Its clean. Open for your schedule. Staff are nice. But sometimes it a little to crowded and you may have to wait or change you work out routine. Wish it was bigger gym with more equipment.

Scam!!!!! They would not let me cancel my account. I was assured that it was canceled and i was charged for four months before having to call customer service to cancel.

The gym and equipment are pretty nice,the biggest complaint I have is having to listen to the same crappy music every time you visit.it would be better if they played a variety.some people dont wanna hear the same crappy rap and r@b they play every morning!

Can get I really crowded if you dont come at certain times of the day and theres only one stand up and one lay down tanning bed and only one massage chair. Wish they had a sauna.
