I will admit the doctors are great and the exam top notch. However, I have never been treated as rudely as I was by the lady that helps select frames. Despite doctor and assistant doing the exam being wonderful and thorough, being treated that way at the end means I will never put another dime into their pockets. I guess she thought I was cheap because I asked for frames that would fall in the range my insurance would cover, which is $150. When she told me there were none I said I would just take my RX then and get the frames elsewhere. She was even ruder then. A so far pleasant experience went completely down hill. Because of that I wont be back, cannot recommend this business, and certainly tell friends and family to go elsewhere.

I love Carolina Vision!! Ive been going to them for years!! I always get treated with respect, the staff and Dr. Mathis is awesome!! I recommend them to everyone!!! Thanks guys for such a great job!! Ill see yall soon!!

I see Dr Younger and she is the best. Also Dr Haguewood is the best eye surgeon everyone there are polite and very nice

I recently transferred here from a doctor in Shelby. The staff here were very friendly to me and Dr. Stephanie Younger is very through and I was very impressed with her. I look forward to her being my new eye doctor.

Dr. Mathis is great. She does a thorough job and is super nice. The staff are always polite and helpful.

My husband and I are long-time customers of Carolina Vision. Our children have also been patients since their very first eye doctor appointments. The doctors and staff are excellent!

I took my daughter here the other day An the whole staff wouldnt friendly the only person was friendly in there was the nurse that called us back not even the eye doctor is friendly she didnt introduce herself an the nurses just kept looking at me like I was crazy I guess they dont like gay people but I’m me and only god can judge me I could careless what they think of me they act like they discriminate all of them was rude the blonde headed girl at the end of the desk didnt wanna give me a excuse either for work An when I ask the other girl she act like she didn’t wanna give me a excuse either but finally she did but she had a attitude about it I started to cuss all of them out but I was looking mean at all them An rolling my eyes at them like they was doing me I also called the supervisor...Dont go here I wouldn’t recommend this place the nurses are rude even the eye doctor she didn’t introduce herself or say nothing to me when she come in the room to see my daughter my daughter even said she didn’t like them or her visit An I didn’t either....

The optometrist is great but the optic center is a RIP off. I was promised my glasses in two weeks and waited five. I also when on the internet to find my frames and found them $200 cheaper online.

Buyer Beware! While using my index finger to push up my eyeglasses on my nose, they broke in the center! These glasses were less than one-year-old. Because I live out-of-state, I mailed them to CVA, thinking they would make it right by fixing them--that was my second mistake. The manager informed me that because the glasses were not broke at a solder point, neither the manufacturer would replace the frame nor would CVA repair them without paying for a new frame. So, what was my first mistake? Doing business with CVA!
