This is my second time at this medical centerI thought I would give them another chance but I wait so long in the area and then in the room to be seen.And my son is sick and this is why I came to this medical center. I hope they treating every patient in efficient time frame if they want their place to have a good review. Been 2hr waiting and have not been by doctor.

The emergency room department has become to relaxed & complacent. I shivered & convulsed for almost 4hours & no one thought to check my fever or offer me a blanket until i asked for 1. I was left for severely long stretches of time with little or not feedback.I am honestly convinced that healthcare is no longer interested in the best for the patient but rather what fills the quota of corporate heads.There were a couple of very nice nurses who fulfilled my requests for water & blankets - but that’s it. No darkening the room so i could sleep. Only the bare minimum updates(2 of them) from the doctor.I was dropped off at 5pm, and didn’t leave until after 9pm.If i had the time & energy - i would walk through this ER with staff & show them what they are doing wrong :-(Now I never want to go back again.(maybe that was their goal)

This place is a joke. A staff that acts like its too good for the patients. Been sitting here for 3 hours and nothing.

I came into the ER with Chemo/ Migraine Symptoms at 4:30am. The ER Dr came into the room and started that he doesnt treat Migraines with Pain Meds, first of all, I never got the opportunity to tell him what typically works for me due to the fact that Im a Chronically Ill Lupus & Multiple Brain Aneurysm Warrior. My feelings are truly disappointed for the ignorance of my pain & symptoms. Please train your Physicians on Bedside Empathy for future patients.

Uselessness. Crippling. Me for life,had stroke they let me suffer

I had to be taken to the ER a few weeks ago for a shattered knee cap and found the staff and facilities to be the very best. I highly recommend this place! Thank you.

I know that this hospital has caught a lot of flack over the years. I wanted to make sure that everyone knew that it is a lot better since SRHS has taken over. I have no complaints. They addressed my needs, and quickly got me admitted, and on the road to recovery. I did not know how sick I really was. Thank you, CMC ER.

Wish I could have left a 0 star because this ER was ridiculous! Was sent to ER after taking my son to the pediatrician. They said he needed a chest xray and steroids for RSV. Four and a half hours later!! Two and a half in the waiting room and another two once in a room all for the nurse to get an attitude after I said my son didnt do oral medicine well and that he wouldnt take it. Three hours of waiting and she expected me to administer the medicine. I reccomend that you take your child or yourself else where because Gaffney is just a waste of A Lot of time. Four and a half hour and he got a mL of steroid and and another breathing treatment.

Was travelling through the area when I experienced a sudden and serious health issue. They attended to me immediately, and got me back on my way within 2 hours. The entire staff - from admissions to nurses and doctors - were very kind, courteous, and professional. I am very impressed!

Made us wait 20 minutes before seeing us despite us being the only ones there because they were busy getting breakfast. Keep in mind we were here for a serious concussion and a bleeding foot in need of stitches. But no, we dont want to interrupt them getting Hardees. Thatd be too much.
