Good place to get your hair done. Store looked clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Had a coupon for a 8.99 haircut which helped out. Normal price for a childs cut is 13.00 I think. Ashley did a great job on Bradleys hair, looks like a young man now at 8! Plenty of hair products for sell if thats your thing too!

Got a cut for my son and my husband. My sons hair is an inch longer on one side than the other. I measured it. Several long strands still hanging that are three to four inches longer than the surrounding hair. His head looks crooked as a result of this cut. I made an appointment with a different hairdresser to fix it. My husband looks fine, no complaints. Haircuts now $14.

We stopped by to go to Gamestop but they werent yet open. I noticed this Great Clips was. My daughter was needing a good trim. She not only got a haircut but the stylist poured compliments into my daughter and was very thoughtful. The haircut was transforming and beautifully done.

The two ladies that handled my daughters haircuts were great! Their cuts are adorable & we are very satisfied with the results. One of them was a girl named Kasey, I didnt see the other ones name.

Normally this is a 4.5 to 5 star Great Clips but today was sub par. My wife checked us in online. When we did it said we had a 7 minute wait. We walk in to let them know were here and it jumped up to 12 minutes. Standing there waiting (literally standing because all the chairs are gone) it jumped to 15. An elderly couple came in one in a wheelchair, after us. I opted out of my cut so they wouldnt have that long of a wait. You would think theyd have more than 2 stylist working on a Saturday afteroon. Highly disappointed. Just wish theyd start back doing beards. Maybe losing my business permanently if they dont start back.

Checked in online and only had to wait about 5 minutes. Cut was exactly what I wanted. Was in & out in less than 30 minutes.

Another top notch Great Clips location. We travel a lot and everywhere we go one of the first things we do is locate the closest Great Clips. They keep our records of how we like our cuts and I dont have to try and explain what I want each time. The staff here are friendly and professional. My wife and I both had our hair did and were completely satisfied with the outcomes. We will be back in a couple of months when we start getting shaggy again.

Fast, Courteous service! I go here when I need a quick cut. They dont have to style it for me just simply cut it. I always do the online check in via their app so when I get there I never have to wait long!

Im unhappy!! I had to come home and cut long pieces left peeking out.I ask to leave my hair longer in front. On the sides. Stacked n the back.I normally do this once a year since I get headaches and like that style.Instead it was cut around. The stack in the back looks good.. The lady was very nice, clean store, and they have a sale going on also.Still I expected to at least get a professional hair cut. Not to have to come home and cut uneven pieces myself. I wanted my hair to have a longer length on the side which I explained. No going back now. All I can do is hope it grows out quickly. Try somewhere new next time.

My husband used to get his haircut here monthly. He never knew what he was going to leave with. A high and tight is a basic cut so I started cutting it at home myself and do better than any stylist here. My son also has come here several times to get the same haircut that is in the system, it never comes out the same even though I also show them a picture of what he wants. Theres times that were happy with it and other times were not. You just never know what cut or stylist you are going to get. Never the same stylist there. Better to just pay the extra money, find a barber shop or beauty salon so you know who you are going to have cutting your hair.

Good place for a hair cut and good prices too. They can handle just about any of your hair needs and they dont push over priced hair products on you either.Theres never been ridiculous wait times and they have a good amount of hair stylists and the location is a good easy to find location.The shopping center well strip mall has a good variety of stuff also.

This was my first time at great clips Gaffney and Im really impressed! A very nice lady named Cheryl did my haircut pretty much exactly as I wanted it to be done. She did a really nice job of hand scissoring top back sides, constantly communicating and showing me with a mirror what she had accomplished. Ill definitely be going back and asking for Cheryl.

For the past couple of years a family member has cut my hair, but recently I found myself in a position of needing a cut immediately. Apprehensively, I decided to go here. It couldnt have been better! Cheryl did a fantastic job. The shop was clean and bright and the staff were polite and friendly. I will definitely be back!

This Great Clips has continually ruinedy hair. I cut my hair 5 years ago twice cause I had no option. However, I recently thought they had better staff. They dont! They have again for the third time messed my hair up. I will not recommend this place for anyone. I figured eventually they would get more professional staff, but thats false. Would never recommend or go there again!

Do not let Kris cut your hair she gapped my sons hair! He was very upset and so was I. The manager was wonderful and very apologetic, she fixed her screw up. His hair is shorter than he wanted it but Kris didn’t even apologize! Definitely will NOT go back to this location. Kris needs to go back through cosmetology school.

Usually very happy with haircut and beard trim but today had exceptionally bad service.Wanted beard trim and the short fat girl with nose pierce did horrible job. She nicked into the skin not just razor burn, but actually drew a small amount of blood. Then I didnt notice until I got home, she left large uneven areas under my jaw and chin.There are a couple of women here that I wont let cut my hair.Too bad because I tip fairly well

I have been here twice.Haley cut my hair this time and she nailed it.Until I moved away from my old military base I never thought about how hard it is to find a good high and tight.I know, you just laughed because its just a high and tight. I suppose this haircut looks difficult to mess up. But until you wear one I dont think you can have a good appreciation for it.

I really don’t know why it is so hard for. Stylist to understand how to cut my hair. This girl who cut my hair today totally screwed it up. After I left and came to to dye my hair, I noticed that she used a 4 comb and shaved all the way up to my crown. And now that I am home and washed it, it looks absolutely ridiculous. It will not lay down even when I use product. It looks hideous and embarrassing. She will not cut my hair again.

I only get my hair cut at great clips. The staff is always friendly and we always walk out feeling great.

The wait is not long the location is great, but after being there twice, and tipping well (7.00) the stylists began taking people who got there after me, and then if no one else wanted a haircut and was just waiting they would go clean their stations and leave me waiting. This happened a few times before I caught on. I am not easily offended, and not sure if it is because I am a Catholic priest, or because my best friend who comes in there with me is obviously gay, in any case I thought I would share that there is negative issues at this location.

Because of the new regulations because of covid their system of doing things is a little off.

No stars because you didnt earn them. The only reason Im leaving one is to able to post this review. I asked for the stylist to leave as much hair on the top of my head as possible. I am now almost bald and I look like I belong in a circus side show. Worse, its uneven and there are more gaps in what little of my hair that is left than the Grand Canyon. It should have been an easy hair cut, but it looks like Helen Keller cut my hair. The only thing I can do now is shave it off and start over. So no stars for you, Great Clips.

Got my hair cut and she left parts longer than supposed to be and didnt shave the back of my neck and I paid$15+$5 for a tip...I will be back tomorrow and I will get it fixed

No experience! Sat down and told my stylist I wanted a trim and to shape up my layers/style but she cut 1/2 inch of the bottom and was done after 2 minutes. Waste of time and money, wont return!

I wish I ciuld give Great Clips in Gaffney zero stars! Absolute worst experience Ive ever had at a hair salon. I took my young sons for a trim. One of the hair stylists kept telling him to hold his head down, lift it up, turn to the side. I finally told her, Hes 18 months old. He doesnt understand you. Just tell me how to hold his head. She barely cut his hair at all; it looked like it did when we walked in. Then, with my youngest, the girl who cut his hair (didnt catch her name, but she had the piercing in her nose that goes from one nostril to the other) left a huge hole in the back of his hair line and then just walked away. She walked away and didnt even offer to fix it or get anyone else to!!!! Needless to say, we did not pay for that visit, and we will never be back there again! I pay a lot to get my own hair done at a professional salon, but I took my sons there because we could get in and out really quickly. Lesson learned!!

Lady refused to cut my hair how I wanted. Nothing extravagant or complicated. Just wanted a simple high and tight. Asked her to bring the sides up and follow the shape of my head. Told me it was high enough. So I now have an extremely short bowl cut for $12 that looks ridiculous.

The second time I tried to let them redeem themselves but again I walked away furious. I asked the woman to cut my hair BELOW MY SHOULDERS. My hair is so short I can not even put it into a pony tail, the underneath just falls out, but not only does it fall out IT IS UNEVEN. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY! DO. NOT. GO. I called asking for a girl who worked out of Spartanburg, Cassie, who fixed my hair when another Great Clips employee butchered it. I got a call back from this location saying she, Casey, was the one who fixed my hair and that she had moved. I thought I had gotten the name mixed up so I take my daughter in to get a bob. Not only was this NOT the woman who fixed my hair, even though she tried to pretend she was (girl who fixed my hair had short green hair and was super friendly. This lady had longish blonde hair and kept dismissing me), but I tried talking to her several times about issues with my daughters haircut while my daughter was still in the chair. She ignored me, talking to somebody in the chair next to ours. Just real unprofessional. My daughters hair is also REALLY gapped up now. After my personal experience, and now my daughters, no amount of free haircuts will ever get me back into this franchise at this location or anywhere else.

I have taken my boyfriend to get his haircut here a few times hoping that it would be worth it but every time it is a total letdown. It seems as if the stylists dont know anything about cutting hair. Its always uneven, never what he wants, and they dont know how to actually style hair. Terrible stylists. Dont go here.

Husband went to get haircut before first day of work. Told girl he uses a #3 guard but she told him she doesnt like to use them instead she free hands. She barely touched the top and she shaved to the skin about 1/2 inch above ears. When he turns you can se three or four bald spots in back of head where she was free handing. He didnt know this since she didnt show him the back. What a first day impression

That place is not worth goin to the lady is rude me and my partner checked in online and was before someone else but they took the other person before us and then told us we can make a suggestion so we will not be comin back to that place.
