Dr. Deaton and staff did a great job in helping me with my toenail problem. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this office to family and friends.

The staff are very kind and were very attentive. Dr. Chmielewski was very kind as well. He listened and answered all my questions and concerns. Very helpful! I would definitely return again if I ever have the need to.

Complete disappointment. After patiently waiting for an appointment all week long I was so happy to finally have a doctor look at my feet, make a diagnosis, and set me on a path to healing. That is NOT what happened. In the weeks prior to my appointment I had developed severe pain, swelling, cracking, peeling on the soles of my feet. The doctor looked at them, called it a fungal infection, wrote two prescriptions. Great! Except the pharmacy informed me that one of the prescriptions was $950 and didnt have a generic and the other one was written in a strength that doesnt exist. I was disappointed that I wouldnt start the healing process that night but it was okay. I called the next day to inform the doctors office. Had to leave a message. Got a call back late that afternoon that two other prescriptions had been called in. Great! Couldnt wait to get to the pharmacy! However....one of the prescriptions couldnt be filled because the pharmacy needed the doctors office to fax some kind of authorization, which they never did. The other prescription was the size of trial size toothpaste and directions were to use it three times a day. It was gone the next day. Tried to get it refilled but is not available for refill for ten days! Tried to call them. They closed at noon and its Friday. I have no medicine and will have to wait, in pain, as my condition worsens over the weekend until I can call another podiatrist and wait for another appointment. This is absolutely inexcusable. I trusted them to help me.

Not a long wait time. Dr C is professional and does not waste time. Quick visits. Nice staff. Does my foot problems and my husbands. Both of us are pleased.

Horrible experience, and one I wont repeat again nor refer anyone for such terrible treatment.At the time of my issue, I was having trouble getting in to see anyone within a 2-3 week wait time and these folks could see me fastest. Huge mistake. Was told when I made the appointment theyd be mailing me new patient paperwork - never received. When I called before my appointment to inquire about it I was told Id probably get it after I came it because thats just how it works these days. Red flag #1. I was told to come early to complete the paperwork before my appointment.I arrived at my appointment a little early at her request to do the paperwork there. With only a few people in the lobby I still waited forever for someone to call me back. Nurse (or whatever she was) repeated the questions Id answered on the new patient paperwork (red flag #2). Did x-rays, took blood pressure, etc. Then i was put into an exam chair and raised, I assume to make it easier for the doctor to examine my foot.I was left there for nearly an hour waiting on the doctor. Had I needed to get off this chair to use the bathroom or any other reason, Id likely have damaged myself further.When the doctor - Michael D. Chmielewski - finally came in he looked at chart and apparently the nurse (or whoever she was) took poor notes and the comments he was making were just wrong about my medical history and the current issue I was having. He rushed through, looked at my foot, scribbled an Rx for an anti-inflammatory cream, instructed the nurse to wrap my foot and was literally out the door in less than 2 minutes (red flag #3).That night I experienced repeated and intense pain. The next morning I called first thing to report it and ask if there was something else he could give me to take at least at night to allow me to rest. Whoever answered the phone assured me shed talk to the doctor and call me back. I waited until late afternoon to call to see why I hadnt heard anything, but they apparently close early on Fridays. So, no call back. I suffered all weekend and had no recourse. Red flag #4.Today, I finally get a message left saying theres nothing he could do for me and that I should call a general practitioner to prescribe something. After letting me suffer all weekend. Final straw.Horrible staff, horrible nurse, horrible doctor, horrible care. I would NEVER recommend this type of care, no matter how desperate someone is for relief.

This by far is the most incompetent ‘doctor’ I have ever seen. The x-ray machine is from the 1950’s. Pretty sure there was no saftey measures taken for me or anyone around me when exposing to radiation. I had a very similar experience to the previous poster. Although I had previously met my Out- of- Pocket for the year and was contracted with these heathens, They were still asking for money. Had to explain what out of pocket met, means.That “Dr C”. Was HORRIBLE. He makes you feel like he is saying “Why the heck are you here?” He made me feel stupid for coming there for care. He did ABSOLUTELY NO PHYSICAL EXAM of my feet at all. Did not touch me. He said you already have medicines for pain and inflammation. Nothing more that I can do.I WAS ALSO LEFT IN THE ROOM RAISED DANGEROUSLY HIGH. Someone is going to fall from there and start a law suit for there negligence.OSHA should really be advised about there practice.
